Best Restaurants in Oakland Chinatown Open for Takeout and Delivery | Eater SF

"Perhaps the maker of the best Hong Kong-style milk tea in the neighborhood, St. Anna is your typical Hong Kong cha chaan teng cafe, with a mix of Chinese and Western dishes — rice noodle plates, but also egg sandwiches and pork chop spaghetti. Call in for takeout from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. every day except Tuesdays." - Luke Tsai

Google
A great spot for authentic Hong Kong-style food! The flavors really remind me of home — everything tasted fresh and comforting. The menu has a good variety, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion size. Service was quick and friendly too. Definitely a go-to place if you’re craving Hong Kong-style dishes without breaking the bank.

Google
Authentic HK style breakfast for $10! what a deal! Friendly service from the aunties that can't beat the ambience Milk tea is on the weaker side though Cash Only!!!

Bernice Herng Tzong

Google
Best curry chicken with fried rice. True Hong Kong cafe style. Food always tastey and flavor never change. Best red bean ice milk drink. Love the waitress. I love the shirmp toast.

Kin Lee

Google
The borscht soup is terrible, water down and lacking flavor. The pork chop is thin and dry, the tomato source is tasteless. The only good thing is service is above average.

Kara Chan

Google
The price is great. Taste could be better. But it is ok. The lemon tea is pretty good. Don't think I will crave for the food from this place ever again. It is just a very average place

Google
Best Hong Kong style cafe in the Bay Area! I have enjoyed their foods for over 30+ years :)

Amazing food. I love their white sauce spaghetti!

Google
Ordered baked pork chops rice and white sauce seafood spaghetti. However, the white sauce is quite diluted.

Yelp
On a Friday afternoon, this restaurant was more than half full with most of their customers trying their sizzling lunches. This was my first experience in a Hong Kong style cafe, and I enjoyed the diversity in dishes they had to offer, ranging from fried rice dishes to spaghetti dishes. I ordered their special Mixed Grill dish, which came with hot milk tea, soup, bread and butter, and an assortment of meat (including sausages, beef, chicken, and pork). I enjoyed all the sides that came with the main meal, and the main dish itself came out with sauce being poured over the dish by the waiters. While some of the meats were not my favorite, I enjoyed the sausages and thinly sliced beef the most. Overall, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and would love to come here again to try their other dishes!

Yelp
First time trying Saint Anna Cafe Shop in Oakland's Chinatown as it was posted in a Chinese group on Facebook. Honestly, this place didn't seem like it was anything to write home about. We tried three items this visit, including: Curry Chicken Curry Beef Shrimp Fried Rice Nothing really stood out, the curry flavor was pretty good, and the amount of meat was decent, although, once you get got the bottom, you'll soon realize it's all potato. The Shrimp Fried Rice wasn't nothing special, a few pieces of small shrimp and then rice. Also, ordered an Iced Hong Kong Milk Tea, there wasn't much tea flavor at all, mostly just tasted sugary, and very sweet. Overall, just an okay place to try. The customer service was ok, they didn't seem too attentive, but you can easily get their attention. Might return, might not, we'll see.

Yelp
When my wife and I are craving Hong Kong diner food, we typically head over to the Ranch 99 plaza and visit Hong Kong Cafe. We wanted to switch things up so we decided to try out Saint Anna Cafe Shop this weekend, since it had pretty good reviews here on Yelp. When we showed up around 11:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning, the restaurant was pretty empty, except for one other couple at a table close to the back. Menus were immediately brought over after we sat down, as well as hot tea. Between the two of us, we shared an order of their baked pork chop over rice, along with a club sandwich and a Hong Kong milk tea. The milk tea was larger than your average cup of milk tea at a Hong Kong diner, but it was far too sweet for my taste. I actually was only able to drink a few sips of it because of this. The baked pork chop dish is less cheesy than other places I've been to, and I didn't think the pork chop was particularly well-done: the pork was too thin so it was overcooked and not very tender, nor juicy. The only item that I would order again would be the club sandwich. This one was done well, as was the fries that came with the dish -- nice and crispy. Overall, I'm glad I was able to try out a new Hong Kong cafe, but unless I'm coming for the old-school diner vibe, there are better Hong Kong cafes out there. Cash only, but they also take Venmo!

Yelp
Date: 2/22/2025 Time: 10:45 AM 56° Sunny My glucose level is at 90, which is low. Walking in Oakland Chinatown I start getting lightheaded and I know what I need right away. Breakfast at the nearest cafe - Saint Anne Cafe Shop, located at 326 - 8th Street, Oakland. After perusing the menu, I decide breakfast special, set B. It is indeed a hearty breakfast consisting of orange juice, buttered toast, chicken mushroom omelette, French fries and coffee/hot tea. For a Chinese breakfast cafe, the food is good. Surprise me that the price is reasonable - $11.00. I forgot to tell the waitress my preference is wheat toast. Being hungry I am not alert and I do not care about the type of toast served. Yes, feed me Saint Anne until the hunger pang goes away. Service is quick. My breakfast arrives within 10 minutes. Waitress is helpful. The ambiance is comfy and casual. My overall rating is 3.5 stars round up to a four star rating.

Yelp
I came here with family, and it was so lively! This place has been opened for over 25 years and still has the same servers! With a great love for Hong Kong comfort food, I was excited to try. We were lucky to get seated immediately. Not long after, the restaurant became so crowded! We got our orders in and it did take a while to come. Be wary that baked dishes take an extra 20-30 min to come. I ate the Baked Seafood Rice dish and it was surprisingly so light! I liked how the sauce was bright and mostly egg white, so being light made it complement the seafood well. It had fish, shrimp, squid, and they were all so warm and hearty. The portion is a little small, but the dish was $13, which is fairly cheap. They also only take cash only! The servers work efficiently, and I had a great time!

Yelp
Saint Anna is a nostalgic place for me and my parents - especially my dad. We would come for breakfast on the weekends and get the macaroni set with toast and milk tea. The service is quick with the few workers they have. The ambiance is a little small and dim but it's your typical hk cha chan tang vibes. My favorites are the baked pork chop and tomato and beef spaghetti.

Yelp
Best Hong Kong-style Western food in the Bay Area in my opinion. Great prices and variety, food fresh and delicious! Always enjoy their steaks served on sizzling plates. They are a treat to all your senses- you see, hear, smell and taste the steak crackling right in front of you. Service is friendly and usually quick. Just keep in mind that it only accepts cash or Venmo when you come!

Yelp
Whenever I have a chance to go to Oakland Chinatown, this is one of my favorite place to get some food! And if I'm not with too many things to carry, their Hong Kong milk tea is a must! This time, I wanted to try their garoupa with seeetcorn over rice (my usual in the past has always been Garoupa cuttlet with Saint Anna's sauce - slightly peppery brown sauce with LOTS of onion and some green onions). The choice wasn't bad. The combination of Garoupa with sweetcorn was delicious. However, between the seeetcorn or Saint Anna's sauce, the latter would still be my top choice, personally. Service was fast and timely. The ambiance of eating on-site is like a regular Hong Kong style cafe.

Yelp
A great spot for Hong Kong-style cafe (cha can ting) food to take-out when we're feeling lazy. My fam has frequented this restaurant for many years now and it's stayed remarkably consistent. Our favs are the Baked Minced Beef Sauce with Rice and Baked Pork Chop with Spaghetti. An incredible amount of food for the price point!

Yelp
This is a typical hole in the wall restaurant but it's very reminiscent of the classic HK style cafe. It's interior and service aren't the most standout features, but you go to these restaurants for the food. The iced milk tea is one that reminds me a lot of the milk tea they make in Hong Kong, and you can never go wrong with their grilled plates. My favorite dish however, would be the beef fried rice!

Yelp
I came here late morning and this place was almost packed. There were only 2 servers working all the tables. My server was nice and was great helping me decide what to order. I got the pork chop special for $20 and it came with a lot of food. I chose to have onions with my pork chop and they were both steaming hot when they got to my table. Adding the onions to the pork chop made the whole dish sizzle. It also came with a few fries and broccoli. The pork chop was tender and had no bones. The dish had the perfect amount of sauce for me which added a nice flavor. I also chose to have the pork chop served with a plate of spaghetti instead of rice. I didn't think there was anything special about the spaghetti. I thought the tomato sauce was good. It was kind of creamy and I liked that it didn't have a salty taste to it. The rolls were extremely soft. I actually had trouble spreading butter on it without destroying the roll since the texture of the butter was much thicker than the rolls. I was better off just eating it as is and not messing with the butter. The soup was just vegetable soup but tasted more like tomato soup. I think it had tomatoes, carrots and cabbage in it. It had a light taste and it was the type of soup I would drink if I was sick. This was my first time ever having Hong Kong style milk tea. I picked to have it served hot and it tasted like regular milk tea but with an intense flavor. The drink was smooth and had a creaminess taste to it. I wasn't sure what type of tea I got. It was served hot but it tasted more like water. It had a really light tea taste to it. I couldn't see what color the tea was because of the cup they put the tea in. I thought all the food tasted good and was good value for $20. I didn't think the ingredients used were of great quality but to many people, it probably tasted like comfort food that they grew up eating. I didn't realize this place was cash only and I only had less than $10 cash on me. Thankfully I was able to pay by credit card. I was able to check my transaction a couple days later and everything came up right.

Yelp
The ultimate comfort food spot, I wish I can gatekeep this place forever but I want more people to come so they can extend their hours again. I've been coming here since elementary school and this place holds close to my heart My favorite dishes to order absolutely have to be the beef fried rice, baked bolognese spaghetti, and curry beef with rice. Their fried chicken wings and fries are also the perfect snack if I'm ever hungry and in the area. But if there's one thing you have to try, it has to be their drinks. I honestly think they have the best in house lemon tea in the bay, and their hk milk tea is phenomenal!!

Phil L.

Yelp
Great place for the steak and black pepper gravy. The baked minced beef, pork cutlet dishes are very good ... as well as the beef fried rice. Best iced lemon tea around!
google avatar

Samantha G.

Yelp
Definitely a place for a quick meal. Service here really reminds me of those 'neighborhoods restaurants' in Hong Kong, you won't say they're extremely friendly, but they're always nice even though they're so busy. We happened to order almost the same food, but I would say this is their signature item, pork chop baked with red sauce. I recommend the iced milk tea here, it's pretty strong. Overall it's a small Hong Kong cafe where you can grab a quick and satisfying lunch in Oakland Chinatown.
google avatar

Emil K.

Yelp
Most original taste of Hong Kong cafe. I've tried most of what so called Hong Kong style cafe in Bay Area, and this is the only one can reminded me of the taste of Hong Kong. Hands down.

Yelp
This is my solid stable for baked pork chop over fried rice dish, it is super good and my coworkers love taking us there often. The place is small and is aging a bit, service is still decent and I would still recommend this place, their iced lemon tea is still good, do want to recommend check out the place, 3 solid stars for this place and it is a hidden treasure in Oakland Chinatown

D L.

Yelp
This is my go to place in Oakland Chinatown for HK diner style food. I have a few go to dishes that I get depending on my mood. Their baked pork chop with spaghetti tomato sauce, baked chicken rice, baked rock cod with white sauce, baked seafood with rice white sauce, minced beef rice with egg, or the D Menu set which is Pork Chops, 1 egg, 1 slice ham, bread, soup and a hot drink (cold style is extra $). Their staple drinks are the HK Milk Tea and Iced Lemon Tea. I also like their Iced Chocolate, Horlick and Ovaltine. They serve good breakfast items too. Come in and try when you get a chance!
google avatar

Keliana H.

Yelp
Cute little HK cafe with all the aunties and uncles! We got the chicken wings and French toast. The chicken wings had really good flavor and was still crispy and juicy. The French toast was nice and toasty and not oily at all! They were really nice and the food came out really fast - a good quick eat place!
google avatar

Yelp
Ya know... It ain't too bad! You can come here for a guaranteed low price meal that doesn't taste so bad. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for! I mean, I coulda made my own instant ramen and spam... But it's not so horrible to get served with a milk tea that happens to be super yummy too! They do have a sizzling plate that my partner ordered that came with fries and a not so great spaghetti plate... But the chicken steak with gravy and fries was a more expensive order... So that's something to consider. Overall - I'd be a return customer... Its nothing fancy deserving rave reviews but good enough to keep me as a customer for future business! :)

Megan L.

Yelp
Love Saint Anna, prices are good, food is delicious, my favorite Chinese comfort food place in the entire Bay Area.

Karen K.

Yelp
Typical Hong Kong style cafe. I had the baked pork chop in tomato sauce. The sauce didn't have much flavor. Hot milk tea was perfect sweetness for me but my friends thought their teas were too sweet so the server brought extra unsweetened tea to dilute their teas - that was good service. Restaurant was clean. Not great, not horrible - fine as long as you go in with lower expectations.
google avatar

Karrie L.

Yelp
This is one of the best Hong Kong style cafe in Oakland. We came in for the afternoon tea set. There were 7 options to choose from and if you add a $1, you get the cold drink. We also tried one of their All day Special Set D - pork chop black pepper sauce with spaghetti. All special sets come with iron sizzling plate. The server would pour the sauce to the plate in front of you. Highly recommend Set C - fried chicken wings. It was super tasty. Might not be the healthiest but it's definitely a treat! French toast is good but I have had better ones. The price of the tea set $8 (served with hot drink) is almost like getting a boba drink so it's a very good value for your money. Milk tea was awesome but towards the sweet side. So if you don't like sweet, you probably need to ask for less sweet. The spaghetti sauce was a bit too watery. Tomato soup that came with the set was ok. Parking is the issue in Oakland Chinatown. For safety reasons, we parked in the Pacific Renaissance Plaza Parking Garage parking on 388 Ninth St, Oakland, CA 94607. Saint Anna now accepts Venmo. Which is way better than before only accepting cash.
google avatar

Rachel L.

Yelp
One of Chinatown OGs. I grew up eating here and as did many of the other residents. You'll see your group of elderly enjoying their afternoon tea and kids after school coming with their parents. Even the staff stayed the same. It has been the same 3 waitresses who are very nice. & As a Cantonese speaker, this place draws the Cantonese community so it's truly like HOME to me. I'm glad to see they're still very busy and bustling with a full house. I would say this place is one of the most authentic cha Cheng teng of all of bay area. No one makes a better hot milk tea than Yin auntie (but try all the drinks, can't go wrong). & Although the menu is extensive, there's truly nothing that doesn't taste good. My favorites are the borscht soup, fried chicken leg, the spaghetti dishes are also reliable choices and delicious. But I do think right now they're cash only or Venmo. Saint Anna is definitely an invaluable addition to the Cantonese/Hong Kong community.
google avatar

Bobby L.

Yelp
I went for tea time and had a pretty bad time. Wait just to order was horrible even after trying to flag someone. The tea is definitely hk style, I have a hate/ love relationship with. Sometimes it's great, sometimes wayyyyyy to bitter even with sugar. I ordered two things but they looked pretty..ugh. I've been here before and would say to come for the regular menu to get better food.
google avatar

Helen W.

Yelp
I got off work early and came here with my coworkers because nothing else was open. It was early so only the breakfast option was available. I got the breakfast special with ham macaroni and HK style tea. The macaroni was good, especially the broth! It reminded me of when I was little when my mom used to make this for me. The HK style tea was also very good! I've never had such good HK style tea before. But, also because I don't really get it elsewhere. I haven't had HK breakfast in so long, so this was really good!
google avatar

Olivia C.

Yelp
Looking for a clean place to eat for a good value? Saint Anna's is definitely worth looking into. This cash only establishment has been around for awhile but I've never been. Due to the power outage today, I had the day off work so I joined my parents here for lunch. I decided to order the baked pork chop with spaghetti. It took a little bit to get the order out but the pork chop was thin and easy to chew. The noodles were a bit bland for me but definitely were so filling that I couldn't finish it. I'd probably come back to try out their breakfast items but the pork chop with spaghetti was very filling and just ok.
google avatar

Yelp
Used to really like this place, a HK style eatery. Their curry used to be great... tried it again this week and it was super disappointing. Ahhhh maybe all good things come to endings at some point. Sigh.

Yelp
Love this mom and pop H.K style cafe. It has been here approximately over 20 yrs plus. Now the son of the owner is learning the trade. Excellent community small restaurant which worth supporting. Staff is slow, but friendly, it seems as thought they knew every customers except us who only come once in a blue moon. However, as I can remember, food is still the same greatness of quality. I alway ordered the fried chicken leg, crispy skin with tender juicy meat. The baked seafood over rice took longer, but the cheesy crest was amazingly rich soft with baked cod fish, many tiny shrimps, scallops, squids, and mushroom with white sauce all combination complement each other that Cooked to perfection with generous portion. Cannot beat the price. The ice lemon tea sure quench my pallet. When I can, sure will return to support the small mom and pop cafe.

Yelp
Great food, big portion for the price. Pretty authentic for Oakland standard. Although nothing compares to the true Cafe in HK. Straight forward service no non sense. Been ordering pick up from this place a lot since Covid. Could be hard to communicate on the phone if u dont know exactly what you want to order since they expect you to just chop chop. I speak native chinese with them and still feels like i didnt know what they say sometimes because they speak so fast on the phone. But hey, can't fault them on that, they are busy cranking out $10 plates when other places around are charging around $15 per entree.
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
They take Venmo now!!! And you can call your order in ahead of time This place seriously can't get any better
google avatar

Mike L.

Yelp
Saint Anna is a Hong Kong style Chinese cafe on 8th Street. In Hong Kong style, this place has a variety of dishes from noodle soups, to chow mein, baked rice and sandwiches. I've never had it but I've seen a lot of friends have the salt and pepper steak which is a lot of food for the price. I tend to get their baked pork chop over rice or spaghetti. The baked pork chop is $9. One thing I used to get from them a lot which isn't particularly unique but I really liked ordering from them was iced coffee with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Yelp
Hoping to lunch here soon will Yelper extraordinaire, Cheryl M and The Great George F. Update: George had Flat tire and couldn't make it. :-( The charming little store is dying breed of cha chaan teng (literally 'tea restaurant'). It's commonly found in Hong Kong and known for eclectic and affordable combination of Western and Cantonese dishes. In Wong Kar Wai's classic film, "In the Mood for Love," a center piece takes place in The Goldfinch, a Hong Kong-style Western cuisine restaurant. The Goldenfinch has since closed and I've yearned to taste this unique blend of flavors. Baked Pork Chops or Steak smothered with gravy over rice or spaghetti tops my list. Crinkle-cut French Fries and Mixed veggies are common sides. Hong Kong Milk Tea and Ovaltine (yes!) are popular beverages. Had the Baked Pork Chops. It was ok. I would have dropped a star, however the kitchen staff came out to enthusiastically to cheer on the World Cup!

Yelp
I love mom and pop shops and I especially love Hong Kong style dishes. Originally we were planning to go to another place to eat, but as fate would have it, it was sadly closed on Mondays. As a result we decided to give Saint Anna Cafe Shop a try. We were warmly greeted upon entering and the restaurant was surprisingly very, very clean for being in China Town. We ordered a number of dishes including chicken wings with fries, meat sauce spaghetti, baked fish with white sauce, and ramen noodles with an egg on top. Price point was very reasonable and quality was great given how much things cost. I especially LOVED the baked fish with white sauce over rice. It's my favorite thing to order in HK type cafe's and they did a great job with their dish. Overall, I would totally come back here to grab a bite to eat when in the area.
google avatar

Rosa S.

Yelp
One of the cheapest place to eat, yet the food is so comforting. They have a large variety of items to pick from on the menu. I enjoy eating the white sauce baked steak over spaghetti, baked pork chop over spaghetti, iced milk tea! They also have really delicious French roast! Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. The service is not excellent, but they do serve you quickly and greet you right away.

Linda T.

Yelp
Gem of the city. Highly recommend curry beef, onion pork chop. Coffee and milk tea are authentic HK style. Will try their baked fish next time.
google avatar

Eric T.

Yelp
One of the few remaining HK Style Cafe in Oakland and a decent one. Their baked dishes can take a while (the waitress said 20 to 30 minutes) and that's because they really put it in the oven and not in the microwave. We opted for their iron platters and it's one of the best values out there. Tthey come with a drink (coffee or tea), warm dinner roll, vegetable soup and either rice or spaghetti with their main entree. Note that this place is cash only and the staff here are mostly Cantonese speakers. They're open until about 9:00PM . Place is pretty spacious and clean for the most part.

Danny K.

Yelp
Oakland institution. Been going here since I was a kid. No frills. Nothing fancy, but quality, authentic cha chaan teng. Where else can you get prices like this in the Bay Area? Nowhere. Waitresses and kitchen staff have been working there forever. Of course the ambience could be better. They treat it like their living room with the influx of regulars, loud conversations, and at times crude mannerisms. But that's what makes it special. I hope this place survives another 10 years. Never change!
google avatar

Shirley H.

Yelp
Come here for the milk tea! I came here for breakfast one weekend and ordered one of the set meals with macaroni soup. It's a decent deal for comfort food, but nothing that I'd go out of my way for. The milk tea, on the other hand, is delicious! I got the iced milk tea and tried some of my s/o's hot milk tea. Hot is definitely the way to go! It's perfectly creamy and has a strong tea flavor. You can also get it with or without condensed milk.
google avatar

Jing S.

Yelp
This is a Chinatown stable and I remember going there since I was a kid. I was craving their onion pork chop and chicken wings so I had to make a trip down memory lane. Their chicken wings is just as I remembered, flavorful, juicy and leaves you wanting for more. The onion pork chop is a bit over cooked but I feel like it has to do with the fact that I can't eat it right away and it got more cooked on my way home. Either way, I hope they stay open through covid so I can take my kids there and build on the same memories.
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
No frills, local spot complete with laughing aunties and griping grandpas bonding over the basketball game on TV. Food is cheap and plentiful and pretty tasty on top of it all! We got the beef curry and the pork chop curry as well as the baked beef tongue over rice with tomato sauce. Hong Kong milk tea on the sweeter side. Had a bit of a miscommunication about the sauce for our beef tongue but our waiter was accomodating about it despite having already made the dish. Overall, 5 stars for the price, 5 stars for the local hang out vibe, 3.5 for the food, and will definitely come back next time I'm in the mood for a pile of carbs and tasty meats. Not what you would call the most balanced meal but hey we all need a cheat spot right? **Quote of the night from old Canto grandpa: "No money, no honey! Money better than honey!"

D N.

Yelp
This place has never failed me, baked pork chop with ice lemon tea always hit the spot. Unfortunately, I ate my meal without a pic, BUT I as you can tell from the plate... it's wiped clean
google avatar

Jason L.

Yelp
Glad this place is still around. Best milk tea in the bay where they actually brew the tea rather than use powder like these hipsters places. Food is great if you know what you are ordering from a Hong Kong style cafe. Don't Oder the salad but order the chicken with black pepper sauce with rice kind of things. This is a cafe, so don't expect service like a 5 star hotel. My local favorite. Cash only, I think.
google avatar

Connie C.

Yelp
Note that they're cash-only! Called in lunch to-go today but the lady didn't inform me while I was on the phone with her so I had to walk over to the bank to get cash upon arrival. I hesitated for a bit there when I found out, but luckily I found parking right outside and the meter was still running from the previous person. I was craving a baked meat sauce spaghetti today like no other so I was really determined to pay for this meal! I was super excited to dig in! Anyways, the baked meat sauce spaghetti was just OK. Honestly it wasn't as sweet as I would have wanted it. The meat was a bit tough. I also asked for a lemon iced tea but got a milk tea instead. The milk tea wasn't bad though, and I would actually get it again. Willing to give their other items a try, and will be prepared with cash in hand next time. Hopefully they get my order right next time.

Yelp
This place is like a local shop. They have ok food but it doesn't wow you. It'll fill you up. It's a old style hk cafe. It's one of those places that'll get you in and out and not kill your pocket. I sometimes come here for the baked porkchop over rice and either hk milk tea or lemon tea.
google avatar

Yelp
Chicken wings are perfect. Crispy without it being full of batter. Awesome taste. Fried rice, good wok air, simple lettuce but tastes so good. Lemon tea, those some special lemons.

Yelp
Saint Anna has been our family favorite for years. My husband grew up going to their restaurant and now my teen boys would often drop by there for a cup of ice cream over coffee, milk tea, or ice lemon tea. We so enjoyed their drinks because you can taste the flavors of the brewed tea with the crushed ice. Our favorite meal is always their HK-style ramen. They make it perfect every time and you cannot find it anywhere else in the local area that serves such great HK-style ramen. Although simple, the texture of the noodles is always right on the spot plus the beef and broth go so well with it. Saint Anna still has the best chicken wings in town. Again, although it's simple their wings are always fried to perfection. Our kids' favorite is still their baked Bolognese spaghetti. If you are in a rush, their lunch special is always a choice, can't really beat the price and option you get. Local mom and pop shop so definitely support the local. Even though we can't be in Hong Kong, we are blessed to have something similar to Hong Kong Style food.

Yelp
Fast, simple, tasty and convenient all in one restaurant. Finding parking is gonna be a little bit of a challenge but well worth the search and walk to eat here. I may come back again but I'll try out a different dish, I ordered the chicken wings, it came with fries. The bill only came up to $40 for all of that food I posted pictures of.

Yelp
My favorite hong kong cafe ever!! I've been to hk cafes in hk before, but nothing beats st anna! The food is so consistent here, I've been coming here ever since little but everything still tastes the same~ If you can make it here before 11am, they have breakfast sets for only $6 - $7.50 !!! some of my favorites from here: * hot milk tea - they use condense milk * iced lemon tea - very refreshing * st. anna macaroni - comes with sausage, ham & egg * baked pork chop w/ spaghetti * pepper filet steak - sizzling hot * russian borsch If you're ever in oakland chinatown, you must try this place! the best & most authentic hk cafe in the bay area!
