Moroccan-Influenced Bistro Darna Opens in Montreal’s Petite-Patrie | Eater Montreal

"On St‑Laurent at Notre‑Dame a new upscale burger counter called Saint Burger has opened; I noted its schtick is being open 24 hours to serve the bar and club crowd." - Tim Forster

The restaurant itself is very pretty. I like the decor and It's also a little souvenir shop at the same time. I ordered a few times there and the food was good but service is a bit long. It looks like there's only one person working there so that might be why. Food is a bit too pricey in my opinion. The poutine is great though, if you like crispy fries you must try it ! ❤️ There was a generous amount of cheese too which I appreciated ! Also, I wonder why they gave me a cardboard box and plastic fork even if I asked to eat in the restaurant. It's just a detail, but I like when restaurants do their part for the environment. Overall, I would recommend if you are not in a hurry.

Went in for a poutine and wasn't disappointed. The first impression was nice as the server straight away spoke in English, maybe knew that I couldn't speak in French (being tourist from Toronto). Honestly, never seen such an antique bagel/sandwich cafe before. You can hop into this place for a quick fast food

Very nice place. Excellent poutine, and the food is pretty reasonably priced. The decor is lovely too - never seen a bagel shop look this fancy before! The service can be a bit slow at times, but it's worth the wait, and the staff are very friendly and helpful (and the guy who helped me was bilingual, which is nice!) Definitely worth checking out.

I had some out of town visitors for the new year and poutine was high on the list for lunch. Saint Burger is an attractive site to dine, with a great decor on the main floor, worthy of a visit. Order has to be placed and paid for, prior to getting to the table, on the upper level. Service was mediocre and we were given a beeper that would go on, when the order was ready for pickup and bring to our table. I was expecting the place to be packed for lunch on the last day of the year, and interestingly enough, it was rather quiet. While I wrote earlier that the decor and furniture was inviting but what good is that when it was barricaded, and therefore not accessible. I tried the Royal poutine that has multiple toppings, including smoked meat, bacon and pepperoni. Quality was just plain simple with the toppings being very dry. Smoke meat has to be moist and juicy, but was anything but this. The burger was just ok and nothing extraordinary. Just be careful when sitting on the high chairs as the wooden seats are not solidly attached to the metal frame.

Wonderful restaurant, the poutine is hefty and tasty. The bagel is also filling and delicious. The chicken burger is savory which I highly recommend. The decor is beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful place to enjoy and chat with friends.

If you come here expecting great service or an easy to find washroom, you’ll be disappointed. This is a small family owned restaurant and is more like a fast food place (order first and sit later), that gets really busy but they also keep part of the area closed (I think it’s just to stage furniture). Food wise? The burger is juicy and delicious! Poutine is also on point. Time to get your food? Long. Price of food? Slightly expensive given the fast food style setup. Overall, would definitely come back for quick bites or snacks.

It is a very decorated place for breakfast. The atmosphere is authentic and beautiful. There are a lot of nice items or souvenirs. You can enjoy here both from your eyes and mouth.

The man working behind the counter is super friendly. Limited seating, but not busy when I was there. I ordered a veggie bagel and a side of fries. It was $21. The bagel comes with fruit slices! 5/5. It was my first Montreal bagel experience. Maybe I'll come back to try a poutine!
