St Francis just recently won an Michelin award and for obvious reasons. The food is insanely good. I've been wining and dining here for the past few years and it never ceases to amaze. Service: Incredible and lovely staff, attention to detail, kind and engaging and well adversed in wine. Food: words and photos will never do it justice. But just imagine a perfect balance of flavour, texture and presentation. The food is presented as sharing plates, expect to order around 5-7 plates between a couple. Its the best way to dine with friends and family, or for an intimate romantic dinner. Every dish is a talking point, every dish equally as good as the first. With the freshest of local ingredients and food combinations that will knock your socks off. Many people are put iff by sharing plates, but for me it has only heightened my dining experiences with friends and makes for a more engaging food experience. Price: we ordered 7 plates (5 savoury, 2 sweet) with 2 drinks, it came to €110 ex.tips. The food, service, experience and atmosphere makes it worth every penny. I genuinely cant rate this place enough. Please note my photos dont do any justice, we cut the baklava before taking a pic, and one of plates was halved to my side dish.

Truly incredible food. We ordered 5 different dishes to share and everything tasted so fresh, flavorful and inventive. We were especially impressed with the veggie-focused dishes, but everything was delicious. The staff was also warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

New favourite restaurant in Cork. Every bite was delicious, you can tell the chef loves her job and they look after every detail. Strong Spanish influence that brought me back home for a couple of hours ♥️ We will be back, couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Every single bite was delicious!! Our server Zack knew the menu in and out and made our celebration of our engagement even more special. Very cozy restaurant for a romantic meal.

Amazing oysters, the sole was out of this world good and the smoked potatoes were just the cherry on the top. I was so thankful they got me the last table in the place!! I'll definitely be back (and will book next time)

Sunday brunch at St Francis was a really unique experience with the farm to table concept in action. Loads of people in the town as there was a summer music festival ongoing so we sat at the bar for a treat. The chef brought her Spanish training to serve tapas style small plates packed with flavor. We had just about everything on the vegan/veg menu and left very satisfied

incredibly good dinner, not a single miss. Wine was suggested by the waiter/somm and was very yummy. Served by a handful of people but Anna was lovely at the end. Will be back when I’m next in Kinsale.

Amazing food, atmosphere and service. Genuinely the best food we’ve had in a long time. The menu is small, considered and thoughtful with well balanced flavours. The wine list is well chosen. We were served by a woman who I expect was the owner as well as a very helpful guy named Jack. They cared about their customers, an intimate service you only get in a small, owner operated restaurant. The Baklava is a must! We would travel to dine here again. ⭐️
