"When actor Channing Tatum and his business partner Keith Kurtz opened the burlesque-themed bar and restaurant Saints and Sinners on Bourbon Street in 2012, it spurred endless Magic Mike jokes, a healthy bit of skepticism, and much excitement from the bachelorette party set. It made it 12 years — safe to say longer than many New Orleanians expected — before closing, somewhat abruptly, at the end of May." - Clair Lorell

I was hungry while walking past and decided to pop in. Had the saint and sinner tacos with grilled gulf fish. All the sauces for the tacos tasted like salad dressing, french to be exact. The grits were creamy, needed a little salt. I probably wouldn’t come back but a decent place to curve your hunger.

Google
They were short staffed but did their best to compensate. It was the first night of the French Quarter Jazz Festival so things were a little crazy. The dishes were very tasty, the Poppin shrimp and the crawfish pie were plenty to share with my wife.

Carmen Chan

Google
Homemade crawfish pie! Must have! Highly recommended by our waitress and so glad we got it. It was AMAZING! Very filling as well. Finally got my fix on crawfish kinda boil on our last day and it was really yummy (the corn was a bit too spicy and potatoes were not at all and crawfish spice was a hit or miss). They forgot our margarita and when they gave it to us, it seemed a bit rushed cause they didn't even salt the rim. It was still good though.

Google
Not sure why this place gets good reviews. The oysters were not clean and the salad lettuce was not fresh. Waitress was rude and didn't even reply when I said thank you when she brought food/drinks. I would not recommend.

John David

Google
It's a bar. But, the food was anything but bar food. The presentation was 5-stars and it was just a simple Red Beans and rice dish that tasted as good as it looked, and VERY reasonably priced. John was my server and made me feel like a regular.

Google
Had lunch there. The food was good. Crayfish in our boil was old or overcooked, not sure which. Crayfish pie was delicious, and gator bites were also wonderful. Drinks were good. Our waiter, bartender, and all-around fun guy was David J. He was awesome. It was so good we went back for a nightcap.

Google
Great after-hours bar and restaurant. It's located at the heart of Bourbon St. where all the action takes place. Great vibe, drinks, and music. Celebrities can be spotted here from time to time.

Kim Williams

Google
Walking in, the place looks pretty casual. When we got our food we were blown away. The shrimp and grits was over the top good. Hubs said his alligator po boy was fantastic. Definitely would eat here again.

Yelp
T, the bartender, is amazing and very informative. He is so sweet and talkative. He knows he's there to entertain and he does a great job at it. Loved him!! They were setting up from restaurant to night club atmosphere and they were doing pretty quick too. I would come back for sure for drinks and some dancing. They know, they know :)

Yelp
We had to stop by the famous Channing Tatums restaurant but with a place like this I guess you kind of know what to expect. The Mac was watery, veggies were soggy and salty and the burger was over priced and dry for what you got. Our waiter was very nice but service was quite slow for the amount of folks in the restaurant. We were sat right next to the fan which was dusty and dirty. It made for an annoying dining experience. On a different note, we did really enjoy the boneless wings. There are plenty of amazing restaurants in nola and unfortunately this wasn't one.

Liu K.

Yelp
This place is so disappointing. The oysters were dry and shrunken and obviously not fresh. The oysters smelled so bad so we didn't even try to eat it. The crawfish boil is also not fresh. More than half of the crawfish was obviously stored frozen then reheated since It was soft and mushy. It seemed they tried to fool us by mixing some fresh crawfish with frozen ones hoping that we would think this is the standard here in NOLA. In comparison with other restaurants we have tried here, this one is the absolutely worst. When we visited the restaurant they had literally no customers and now I see why. Please don't serve seafood if you don't have them fresh! For a restaurant in the middle of the French quarter, serving New Orleans signature dishes, this dishonest restaurant have failed the cities reputation. I wish I can give this place a zero star if I could.

Valie K.

Yelp
Staff is always amazing. They didn't have sweet vermouth but the bartender made an old fashioned and cut up a fresh orange to make it. That's outstanding service. Design of the space is spot on for the name.

Yelp
We were craving a crawfish boil and it was surprisingly hard to find a place on Bourbon street! We stumbled into Saints and Sinners and we are so happy that we did! David was so welcoming and kept us entertained the entire time with awesome music and stories. We ordered the crawfish platter to share and it was exactly what we were looking for. The spice level was high, which was great because we usually have a hard time finding ones that are spicy enough. Definitely need all the napkins :) We are grateful for David for the wonderful service and tasty food and drinks. Will definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for good food, drinks, and time!

Gus C.

Yelp
Had our first taste of New Orleans there , I searched for a place for lunch online and it looked good . When I got there , my 1st impression was it's a lot smaller than I thought it would be , more of a bar than a restaurant, we ordered the crawfish platter and chicken gumbo , both were awesome.

Loretta G.

Yelp
The experience here was an amazing one. The food was amazing and the prices were not outrageous. When we went for dinner we got passes to to go back later that night. It was so much fun

Senia O.

Yelp
David our waiter Received a water right away woohoo Ordered BBQ shrimp and Gouda grits Sinner drink (very good but a creep up drink) Will continue later

Deborah S.

Yelp
Delicious food all around and attentive, personal service all evening! We had our teenagers with us and they had a delightful time. Everyone's food was well prepared and the prices were very reasonable. A great place on Bourbon Street for a fun meal.

Ani O.

Yelp
I came here on the last day of my vacation. My family and I arrived at opening and the server was very sweet! Everyone was so kind and the atmosphere was typical for Bourbon Street. The food was super good and I'm glad I came. It was super flavorful and I think my family could also agree. Thanks for having us!

Cindy S.

Yelp
We were here on a Tuesday @ 1:30 pm-2 pm, they were not busy. There was just bartender & 1 server & they were busy. Waited a little for our food but no more than 15 minutes. We had the Chicken & Andouille sausage Gumbo & the Crawfish Pie. Oh my goodness very tasty, would definitely recommend those items. The restaurant is an older style place & had a lot of character. They also promote charities for orphan children & others. We would definitely recommend going here.

Shanty G.

Yelp
Though it's part owned by Channing Tatum and has a pretty cool interior, the food is very average and not worth a return visit. The different servers that attended to us during lunch were pretty attentive, but the food was served room temperature and some items were still cold in the middle (we sent back the mac and cheese balls because they were really cold in the middle) The food itself was good but not better than any other place we visited.

Dawn M.

Yelp
Friendly service with a dirty mouth! That's Saints and Sinners and that's Bourbon Street. Great place for a group of friends. Take your chances on the pole if humility is your strength!!

Janice K.

Yelp
This place was pretty empty in the early afternoon when we got here. The poutine hit the spot after some day drinking. The woman's bathroom was really small and the stall I used didn't lock. We were the only customers so I wasn't worried about anyone walking in. The drinks were good and the bartender was friendly.

Elizabeth W.

Yelp
Best restaurant on Bourbon Street. Great experience. Staff were amazing and so nice. Crawfish had great flavor and everything was so delicious.

Julie K.

Yelp
Best bartender in all NOLA!! Lot's of fun! The drinks were outstanding and he made our day!

Ella P.

Yelp
service lowkey (high key) fire. crawfish went crazy. ambiance is cool, obviously location is pretty cool. i had a pulled pork sandwich and the bread was perfect. i know that's a strange thing to shout out but ever had a sandwhich with bad bread that couldn't support the pulled pork? yep. not the issue here.

Eliza G.

Yelp
Hubby and I stopped in for a light lunch. We ordered the gator bites which were good..... but we have had gator at several other places and it was better elsewhere. The bartender David was very friendly! I needed a bandaid for a blister on my foot, left mine at the hotel and he gave me a couple from his backpack. The couple next to us ordered the crawfish pie and it looked good. I feel like we would give this place another shot but wouldn't get the gator.

Rober M.

Yelp
We came in from Pascagoula just to have a drink. We were turned away because we didn't not have reservations at 5. I had no idea that you needed reservation for a bar.

Beth B.

Yelp
Most delicious Bloody Mary I've ever had!!! The bar tender was quick and witty and a refreshing delight!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Chelsea P.

Yelp
Wow! Stopped in for a bite on Saturday night and boy were they crowded. Luckily they some how managed to make room for us. Lynsey was our server, bartender, & hostess lol, she recommended the grilled oysters and the crawfish pie and Omg, best meal hands down! We left with full bellies & a pair of beads. Definitely will be back soon!

Dee V.

Yelp
The best thing about this place is there is no cover charge and the security have the most incredible vibe. Very fun and welcoming. But there's not much going on inside. Pretty quiet with a couple of bars and a stripper pole. We still had a great time and got to throw out some beads

Jelly O.

Yelp
Honestly, I'm only giving it two stars because the bartender was amazing and super nice. The bathroom was DISGUSTING, neither toilets flushed. The outdoor patio smells atrocious. Crawfish was weirdly squishy and not much flavor. My girlfriend liked her chicken sandwich, and the nachos had watered down cheese

Tiffany C.

Yelp
Located on busy Bourbon, Saints and Sinners is a quaint yet cozy bar/restaurant/ adults only club by nite. If you are ever In NOLA, you absolutely must try the Charbroiled Oysters and The BBQ shrimp and grits. Scrumptious!!! If you enjoy spicy, dive into a crawfish platter. Everything was Cooked to perfection.

Rhonda T.

Yelp
Closed and some sketchy people hanging out like it had been sold or taken over. It was really weird when we stopped by. Didn't get to order any food. The previous night was a private party but this night they just said they were no longer open.

Michelle L.

Yelp
We stopped in for lunch and had a delightful time. We had alligator bites and chicken nachos. I would have loved to order chicken or beef tacos but they only had seafood options. The bartender was amazing! He was funny and engaging. The atmosphere was fun and entertaining.

Amber M.

Yelp
We've only tried the crawfish here but every time we come it's delicious. It was fun when you could watch them cooking it out front but haven't seen that the past couple of years.

Kevin L.

Yelp
We stopped by in the night, when it turns into a little club. I can't speak for the food because all I had was a shot of tequila, but I can tell you that this place has a nice feel to it. It's right on Bourbon Street so you'll for sure get the atmosphere of a good party. Dancing was strong in the air and so was the smell of alcohol. Nothing wrong with that if that's what you're looking for. I'm not a dancer but the dancing was also included. Bartender was kind and friendly, oddly we saw people going up the stairs but never made it up there to see what was there. It's great spot to check out for sure.

Yelp
My friends arranged to have dinner here for 12 of us during my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. It wasn't crowded at all when we got there but as dinner went on, some more groups came in - it never got too loud or to the point where we couldn't have a conversation at the table! Drinks were okay - I got a couple of different ones and there was nothing wrong with them but nothing amazing, either! The food was GREAT! One of my friends got a boil and it had everything we wanted - it was spicy, savory, and everything was cooked to perfection. I got the shrimp & grits and the plate was huge. You definitely won't leave here hungry and you'll even have leftovers to enjoy later! Everyone who worked here was super pleasant! The ambiance was good, getting to people watch on Bourbon while eating was great, and the food was just what we wanted!

Amanda N.

Yelp
I came in only briefly just because we knew it was associated with Channing Tatum. The energy and DJ was ok and the pole in the back was a fun surprise! On a Saturday evening around 10 PM, it was surprisingly quite empty, so might be a good place to go to even later!

Bailey K.

Yelp
This place has such a fun vibe! Some friends and I stopped in here for lunch and drinks, and got in right before the lunch rush. Our entrees included Gumbo, Crawfish Pie, and Shrimp PoBoys; all 3 were great. Pictured below is the gumbo. If you're in the mood to drink, this place serves a delicious Hurricane. It certainly checked all the boxes! This place is definitely a fun spot to come and enjoy some good eats and beverages at!

Joe R.

Yelp
Very lively. Everyone is awake and friendly. Loved this place. Servers were quick and friendly. Gotta try the crawfish on my next visit.

Callie J.

Yelp
We couldn't walk by the opportunity to stop by Channing Tatum's restaurant located in the French Quarter in New Orleans located in the heart of Borbun Street - Saints and Sinners. Walking in, there were a few tables outside and about 10 to 12 inside. It was clean, however I do t believe that he has put much back into the establishment. We ordered two hurricanes, 12 chicken wings, a cheese kurtz. The hurricanes were no joke and full of alcohol! The chicken wings were great, but could have been cooked a bit harder. The cheese Kurtz cook a bit to come out as the kitchen wasn't watching them and they fried too long and the cheese leaked out. The cheese Kurtz were ok, I tasted more grease than I did cheese. I don't think I would order those again. My husband visited the men's bathroom and he said that it needed help. Appearance is half the battle with restaurants. We woyld go back, but not expecting too much from the food. BTW, the service was awesome. Very attentive and inviting to their customers.

Aidan D.

Yelp
My tour guide was Erin, she was very lovely, and seemed like she actually love what she was talking about. I highly recommend her, If you're looking to take the tour.

Sabrina I.

Yelp
Came here for a bachelorette dinner based on their promotions of this being the spot to be for that type of event. They are really strict with their timing and reservations. They give you an allotted amount of time for your table reservations which I wish I would've known ahead of time. The food was disappointing. The alligator tacos were meant for children. You get 3 small tacos with no sides for $15. You'd figure for that you'd at least get a side option. Their food tasted bland and not really flavorful. To be honest it was like tasting cardboard. The gift bags I bought for my cousin and group were cool. A bit overpriced for $28, but it came with a few cool things. The place turns into a dance club at night. Waitress was friendly but I don't think I would dine here again. We came back to the dance club, that was fun but that was about it.

Carlos G.

Yelp
Was excited to eat crawfish prob worst I had, over cooked and flavorless , disappointing for New Orleans, think they boil leftover crawfish

Kimberly M.

Yelp
Great crawfish and fun atmosphere! Bartender was personable on a slow night. Also, really cute merch.

Brooke F.

Yelp
Our server was for sure tweaking... half of the menu items we were told we couldn't even order because they didn't have certain items... one of the people we were with were told they couldn't order their menu item without mushrooms. There's so many more better options on bourbon! If you're looking for a place to host your bachelorette, this is not it!!

Malina M.

Yelp
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service I've ever had and the most disgusting food (if you can call It that) ever. Avoid.

Baylee G.

Yelp
We came here in May with a group for a bachelorette party. We had a reservation to come here for dinner and our table was ready for us when we got there, which was great. Our server was very nice and attentive. However, Saints and Sinners should just stay a nightclub and not advertise as a restaurant. The food options were extremely limited. I ordered red rice and beans, a New Orleans special, and it was extremely disappointing. All the food came out in plastic to-go like containers, with plastic silverware. We also asked for water, and the bar has a rule that they cannot give out cups of water for free, paid bottled water only. As we were eating dinner and buying drinks there, we thought this was ridiculous. Everyone else's food was just ok. I would come back to dance and drink here, but would never come back to eat here.

Tamara P.

Yelp
We were here for a bachelorette party of 10, the reservation itself took several phone calls but it eventually got done. A few plates were sent back due to the chicken being undone and weird smells from the catfish, these were quickly replaced and the meals were compensated. My bbq shrimp and scallops were spectacular. The show given by the staff during dinner and throughout the night are the main reason for the 4 stars. Come for the show and you're promised a great time.

Brett B.

Yelp
Visited here for lunch and had the gumbo. It was good, a little salty but flavorful. Really the only complaint I have is the poor woman working there was running everything herself. At least she didn't have to cook, but damn, hire some people Tatum.

Bethany R.

Yelp
Madi was amazing, the vibe was perfect, and the food was so good at a great price!! We'll definitely be back!

Kimberly G.

Yelp
restaurant seemed gross. it smelled off. and the table was dirty when we sat down. we had to ask for it to be wiped down. but menus were gross and sticky as well.... staff was friendly when we got there but service was not the best. we got our order taken and were given water, (not to mention my friend found some random gunk in her water...) but once our food came, we weren't helped again until the bill came. and the restaurant only had one other table occupied. as far as food goes, the oysters I had were okay, but the bread that came with it was stale. gumbo was dull, lukewarm, and didn't have much flavor, and even though this was the first time I had gumbo, it disappointed me greatly. only finished it since I was paying for it... the pictures make this place look better than it is. so if you're considering eating here, you might want to consider other places first :( we won't be trying it again

Monique F.

Yelp
We enjoyed Saints and Sinners twice during our Mardi Gras stay in NOLA. The first time we got to sit upstairs and enjoy the ambiance and spend some time on the balcony. The best part BOTH visits was our bartender server David! He was a great time and helped make our experience good!

jason l.

Yelp
Good spot for music and drinks. The VIP table out front is nice if you want to draw some attention on Bourbon St.

Felicia I.

Yelp
My friend & I came here for lunch & a day later I'm craving more! For starters we had the "homemade crawfish pie" & just as other people said you must try it, which is why we did, I'm reiterating the same thing...it's a must have. It's served with creamy risotto style rice, crawfish, cheese & it's between two puff pastries. It's creamy, cheesy & the puff pastry adds another whole level..it's also very fulfilling. We also had the pound and a half of crawfish platter which was delicious...spicy, but I like heat & if you do too, you'll love this. It's also served with potatoes, corn & sausage. For our entree I had the crawfish étouffée with rice which was also good & my friend had the shrimp & tasso pasta, which she enjoyed as well. If visiting here, I would definitely say get some sort of dish that incorporates crawfish because it's cooked & seasoned perfectly. If you've never had crawfish, this is definitely a place that would make you love it after you leave.

Corinne M.

Yelp
Bachelorette party with not one but 2 life sized Channing Tatum cutouts and the best bartender/server in NOLA. "T" was exceptional with our party. He had us laughing, drinking, recommending the best items on the menu to try all while being attentive and personal to our needs. You can tell he loves his job and goes above and beyond for his patrons. Excellent food, drinks, music, vibe, staff-just a great place to start your weekend in New Orleans! Oh, and I highly recommend a cup of gumbo and the homemade crawfish pie!

Erik E.

Yelp
tl;dr THE Packers bar in NOLA. Stopped in at Saints and Sinners specifically to catch a Packers game, as we had heard this was the place for cheeseheads. I'm happy to report that is true! They had a room setup in the back and upstairs with all TV's set on the Packers game with sound. I was surprised to see just how many fans were here. Drinks and food were priced as expected on Bourbon and the portions were huge. Damn that was a lot of shrimp on Pop's Bangin' Po' boy, $15.95. It wasn't the best po' boy out there but it is still worth ordering. The massive mac and cheese balls were good, but not $13.25 for three good. The service is what brings this place down, as it is terribly slow. You'd think if you have customers sitting for an entire game that you'd make sure they ordered as much as possible. The amount of times my beer sat empty was crazy. Seriously, want to earn more as a server? Let us order more. I just don't get it... As a Packers fan in NOLA, this is the place to be. As a general tourist, well... come for a drink or a "quick" bite and keep on moving.

Chris H.

Yelp
My man Chad Johnson helped me out here and had a great time. Thanks Chad!
