This property operates on a bait-and-switch model, and my experience fell apart immediately after signing the lease.
Before signing, I was told my unit would include an in-unit washer and dryer. After signing, when I followed up to ask when the washer and dryer would be installed, a staff member responded unprofessionally and told me, “Please don’t be one of those people coming down here every day asking about the washer and dryer.” That alone was inappropriate. More importantly, this building has been open for nearly two years, and there are already residents living here. That makes it very clear that I am not actually getting a washer and dryer, despite it being discussed prior to leasing.
The apartment itself was not move-in ready. There was visible hair, food residue, dust, and stains throughout the unit. This was discovered immediately upon key pickup, before even moving in.
Safety is another major issue. The parking garage is open to the public with no gated entry and limited cameras. I encountered an aggressive homeless individual walking through the garage at night, which raised serious concerns about resident safety.
Multiple things were also not disclosed until after signing, including trash policies and inconsistent pricing compared to online listings. Deposit information changed at the last minute as well — I was told one amount, prepared payment based on that, and then informed at key pickup that the amount was different and would be “applied later,” which was never explained beforehand.
I was also explicitly promised a $100 gift card as part of move-in. When I asked for it at key pickup, I was told the leasing agent didn’t want to bother the supervisor because she was on vacation. I never received the gift card. There was no follow-up, no timeline, and no accountability — just another promise that disappeared after the lease was signed. Rent credit misrepresentation: The advertised “$500 off next month’s rent” was not honored.
What stood out most was how dramatically the staff’s attitude changed after signing. Before signing, everything was friendly and accommodating. After signing, concerns were dismissed, questions were met with attitude, and promises suddenly became inconveniences.
This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to get every single promise in writing and be cautious of anything that sounds “coming soon”

Washer and dryer misrepresentation: The availability/condition did not match what was advertised.
Unit cleanliness: The unit was not properly cleaned at move-in.
Parking and safety concerns: Parking is problematic, and safety issues were not disclosed.
Trash disposal not disclosed: Trash procedures and limitations were not explained beforehand.
Pricing discrepancies and lack of disclosure: Fees and pricing did not align with what was originally presented.
Deposit confusion and inconsistencies: Conflicting information was given regarding the deposit.
Overall, this property has been misrepresented, and I would not recommend moving here.
If you’re considering moving here, don’t. The living conditions are unacceptable.
