Overall Positive Experience So Far I’ve had a very pleasant experience since moving in about two weeks ago. The application and move-in process went smoothly, and the property manager, Elle, was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made sure everything was set up properly before move-in. I also received a great holiday move-in special with a $500 credit, which was very appreciated. The washer and dryer units arrived from the vendor last week as expected, which was reassuring after wondering about the timeline. The apartment itself is modern, well-furnished, and feels high quality overall. Everything has met my expectations so far. The location is also nearly a 10/10—just minutes from The Domain, HEB, Costco, and major retail and grocery stores right off Mopac. Location has been a huge plus. Living here has felt like a major life upgrade compared to my previous apartment. What stood out to me even more was that my unit had no prior tenants and was brand new. The modern fixtures, lighting, and overall luxury have made settling into my new home very enjoyable. Management Elle deserves a 5/5 rating. She has been respectful, patient, and professional, and made the entire process stress-free. Her communication and service really stood out, and she consistently came across as genuine and polite. I’m very thankful to have worked with her throughout this process. Minor Cons My only real concern so far is the open parking garage, which is accessible to the public and can feel a bit sketchy late at night. I’ve also encountered a homeless individual near the dumpsters while taking out the trash, which was uncomfortable—especially for a luxury property. I believe adding gated or restricted access in the future would greatly improve security and resident comfort. A trash valet service could also be a nice addition. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my decision to move here and truly appreciate the professionalism of the management team. With improved parking access control, this community would be close to perfect.

I worked with Property Manager Elle and she was amazing! She gave a thorough tour and made me fall in love with the complex which, was not hard. It is so clean and has so many amenities. The application went seamlessly also because Elle prepared me for what to expect. I’m so happy and would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I’ve had a great experience with this apartment complex so far. The location is a huge plus — it feels very safe and is just minutes away from The Domain, grocery stores, Sam’s, and Costco, which makes running errands or going out super convenient. I also want to give a special shoutout to Elle. She has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning and is genuinely kind and welcoming. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, and it really made a difference. Overall, I’m very happy here.

Okay so let me just say that there really is light at the end of a dark tunnel. I previously wrote about an apartment complex that was … well not the best. I was able to leave that place but thankfully found a forever home at Saison North. I was greeted one late afternoon by a lovely lady named Elle who helped me above and beyond. Now I know how hard it can be to work in a stressful environment especially dealing with the public and you all know the public can be challenging at times but Elle, yeah she definitely was up for that challenge. I explained my situation and as Elle sat and listened to me rant on and on I could tell she really listened because other places would lowkey diss me or zone out. Elle went over everything I needed to know about the property including some history on the location. That same day I applied. She even waited after her closing hours so I could run and get a money order at the local store nearby. She showed me a unit but had already told me she could only show me that unit so I could see the layout and then said that she would have the unit ready once my application was approved. Now I probably would’ve said oh no after what I had just went through but Elle made me feel like I could trust her so I did. I showed up after my app was approved and she showed me the unit I would move to and let me say it is breathtaking. My view is the best I have ever seen when it came to a place to call home. No one has lived in this unit and it is perfect. Now normally this would be my happily ever after ending but of course with all new places there’s a few things that the unit needed. But I didn’t have no worries because Elle made sure to follow up on the emails or phone messages I sent and All the work orders I asked for. Elle would even send updates on items that I completely forgot about. Elle really does her job well and she’s very thorough with everything so that way you are not surprised about anything. I’m thankful for Elle and Saison North for helping me find a place that is a perfect fit for me. So if you’re in the need of a nice property that’s always kept clean outside, ensures you always have a covered parking spot, staff that are very thorough with paperwork or work orders then go check out Elle and the staff at Saison North.

She handled everything quickly and professionally. Her clear communication and genuinely supportive attitude made the process simple and stress free. Congratulations We would like to thank the managers and employees of the complex for their conscientious work and every interest in creating comfort for residents. Living here, we feel protected and calm, as all household issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

I’m sure this may be a nice apartment complex and a quiet however, whoever works the front desk left a bad taste in my mouth and totally discourage me from applying. The lady made an assumption that I wouldn’t be able to qualify without asking my income restrictions. Then , she laughed when I asked about availability at a later date, informing me that they don’t hold units and overall she seemed overwhelmed and overworked as she was the only one in the office again beautiful apartment complex I would’ve loved to torted but first impressions matter.

Wonderful place to move into. Everything is close and convenient. Had excellent help by Ernesto Santillan with the move in process and every question was answered without a flaw. I recommend others should come by and experience the joy I had getting my apartment,10 out of 10 in my books. Keep up the good work Ernesto and team.
