The food is absolutely insane! I’m middle eastern myself and spend a month+ in turkey once a year and also go to the authentic restaurant and bakeries, this one reminds me of them. The food is top in quality and in taste, excellent home made products with incredible variety. I love breakfast food that allows you to eat healthy not just pork products. We got cheese and meat variety, with some spice. You cannot go wrong getting anything here, it’s all good! The staff is friendly and hard working, the restaurant is clean and professional. They have a grocery store attached to their line for people to get additional hot or cold food items. Will definitely come back again!

I was introduced to this place by a close friend, and now it’s become one of my absolute favorite spots for bite-sized bakery treats that are truly out of this world! Normally, I tend to avoid Dearborn for personal reasons, but I make an exception just for Saj Bakery. The quality and flavor of their goods are unmatched compared to the other places I have tried—every bite is a little piece of heaven. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t already!

The food was fresh and flavorful—especially loved the Manaeesh and the sweets. Great menu selection that reminds you of real Middle Eastern home cooking. Friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting!

cute little shop rhat has a huge variety. the staff is always friendly and helpful and they work their butt's off to get through the lines as fast as possible. I drive all the way to this bakery for their cheese breads my family loves them!

Used to come here all the time years ago when the food was great, so decided to come back recently and highly regret that decision. The chicken shawarma sandwiches I received were the driest with the least amount of sauce or flavor I have ever had anywhere. Won’t be coming back again.

We have been to the bakery many times. The taste is always great and consistent. We ordered beef shawarma today. It was made fresh and tasted delicious. They have variety of baked goods freshly made. The staff is super friendly. The mine moves pretty fast as there are many staff members to help out. They also have dessert options. The food is great. The place is clean. The staff is nice. Ordered a large platter and the food was literally half of what we’ve gotten before. The meat was burnt and barely seasoned . I’ve been here over 10 times and never had an experience like this. They need to fix whatever they have going on or will lose a lot of good customers.
