A Lebanese bakery/store/restaurant where everything goes, totally disorganized, and in total chaos. The oregano and cheese pies are probably the best option, as they're fresh, hot and not oily. The meat pies are an acquired taste and depend on one's confidence in the meat being served. The ordering process is chaotic but quick and while the employees are not friendly, they are almost comical in their approach to the concept of customer service. Prices are a little high but not out of ordinary, especially nowadays.

The food is absolutely insane! I’m middle eastern myself and spend a month+ in turkey once a year and also go to the authentic restaurant and bakeries, this one reminds me of them. The food is top in quality and in taste, excellent home made products with incredible variety. I love breakfast food that allows you to eat healthy not just pork products. We got cheese and meat variety, with some spice. You cannot go wrong getting anything here, it’s all good! The staff is friendly and hard working, the restaurant is clean and professional. They have a grocery store attached to their line for people to get additional hot or cold food items. Will definitely come back again!

Their rating makes no sense. It’s not just the food that’s bad, the whole vibe of this place is off they literally stare at you weird and are very stand off-ish. they use pre made cheese manaeesh and reheat them. the fatayer had 0 taste biting into them was like biting into frozen dough. Everything there looked like it’s been sitting there for days. I was shocked they operate this way with a big location right on Ford rd but they got a bunch of kids working behind the counter giving people weird looks. Their attitude is just stand offish. just do your job and make your manushi bro. theres a lady outside there that stays right by the door asking people to pay for her stuff and they allow her to because they’re obviously benefiting from it. Seriously too bad.

I was introduced to this place by a close friend, and now it’s become one of my absolute favorite spots for bite-sized bakery treats that are truly out of this world! Normally, I tend to avoid Dearborn for personal reasons, but I make an exception just for Saj Bakery. The quality and flavor of their goods are unmatched compared to the other places I have tried—every bite is a little piece of heaven. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t already!

Best bakery in Dearborn/Heights. Freshly made Fatayers make great breakfast or brunch with "Chai" tea or black coffee. Also I recommend you try their Veggie Mashrooha, it's super delicious. Great Fabulous Friendly Staff, specially Haj Anwer. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience here on Nov 10th, 2026. I went in around 2:30 pm and the service was terrible. My husband and I come in and the worker behind the counter greeted us first in English so my husband responds back in English. Then my husband asked what the best sellers are and the whole time the worker looked disgusted at the both of us. We even heard him say to his female coworker “why are these people here” in Arabic while we’re standing right there…. Clearly thinking that because someone is pale automatically means they cannot be Arab? The whole time they were extremely standoffish and even made a whole other lady take our order. Since they were so disgusted by us and couldn’t even speak to us to take our order…. Is this the proper way to treat anyone Arab or not?

We have been to the bakery many times. The taste is always great and consistent. We ordered beef shawarma today. It was made fresh and tasted delicious. They have variety of baked goods freshly made. The staff is super friendly. The mine moves pretty fast as there are many staff members to help out. They also have dessert options. The food is great. The place is clean. The staff is nice. Do check them out.

My go-to for morning/afternoon maneesh. The way their meat is cooked is one of my favorites out of the bakeries in Dearborn. Food is always ready to go whether you're ordering inside or before hand, food is consistent every time whether you're ordering something small or a large amount for the family. The staff are always extremely friendly and welcoming.
