Google
Friendly service, clean restaurant and yummy food. Lots of choices on how to fill your bowl and the complimentary soup cup is a nice way to start or add to the meal. I also was able to try the viral Dubai Chocolate I've been hearing about. Expensive for the amount you get but cheaper than buying a bar! It was too sweet for my taste and I would have preferred more pistachio flavor but now I know what people are talking about!

Google
This is a good location with helpful staff and nice seating. The food is tasty, serving sizes are the same as Chipotle, and prices are higher (although Chipotle doesn't offer tasty, free lentil soup). My greatest frustration is with their website. NEVER give them your email or otherwise touch their ordering website. If you do, you will be pestered after every meal to take a survey. Once you complete that survey, you will be nagged to review each individual item and leave a Google review. They used to give you small freebies as thanks, but no longer. If you ignore that, you will be sent another email to make sure you leave a Google review. The unsubscribe link in that email does not work, which is both frustrating and possibly illegal.

Google
Wrm soft comfort foods and friendly staff here at this location. I csnt handle fast foods junk and i discoverd this place. I thought this was like CAVA but they are super nice and healthy meal with daily cooked fresh foods. they make you feel welcome and are very nice ad well keep up the good work!

Google
Delicious delicious delicious! You must try this place out. They have so many healthy toppings for your bowl (beets, cauliflower, eggplant, garbanzo beans, etc) AND they do not charge extra for most of them. Even hummus is not an additional charge. (Compare that to Halal Guys that charges for everything that’s actually good.) each bowl also comes with a complimentary lentil soup that is so good. Not to mention, the customer service is always exceptional. The one caveat is that I don’t think this is a low calorie food at all!.

Google
I love this place, my daily go to spot, fulfilling sized bowls for a real affordable price! This food is Bombtastic!!! Employees are amazing too!

Very friendly stuff, the lady from the Philippine is a sweet heart , food was so delicious

Google
The food here is delicious, but the service has made my visits uncomfortable. I like my sauces on the side and have no problem paying for it when I ask for 3-4 larger containers, but one new employee acts like I’m trying to take advantage. I’ve explained to him several times that I would pay for them, but his attitude comes off like I’m asking for something for nothing. His attitude hasn’t changed each time I go. It would’ve been nice if he would’ve asked the owners or manager how much should he be charging me or just speak up and say I can’t buy them. But I never got that. Great food, poor customer experience — I won’t be coming back.

Google
Warm cup of free soup? Yes please! Falafel wrap was delicious. I added all three sauces: hummus, tahini and the yogurt sauce. You get to choose the toppings. Really, really delicious 🤤

Yelp
Went here for lunch on a Thursday while I was on shift! They have a first responder discount as well as a student meal! Free soup, pita chips, and drink with your entree! Food is so fresh and there is a lot of variety. I got the chicken shawarma and it was super flavorful. I really liked their strawberry lemonade as well. Service was excellent and the staff is all very friendly! The restaurant has nice stools and tall tables for you to eat at if you choose to dine in.

Yelp
I ordered to go at this place because I heard it was similar to cava. The interior was cute; I would've ate here if I didn't get take out. I would say it did satisfy my cava craving. I got the chicken shwarma with cucumber tomato, red peppers and tzaziki sauce. The ingredients tasted really fresh and yummy! The chicken had good seasoning and was pretty tender. It lasts me two meals because of the great portioning. It has pretty good value and I'd definitely come back here for a healthy feeling meal.

Yelp
i decided to stop by here because i was told it is similar to cava. i'm normally the type to order online because being met with so many options is overwhelming for me in person, but i decided to just order in person here since it was my first time. the lady that prepared my order was very sweet and did a great job of explaining the establishment and recommending me options. i got the chicken shawarma bowl and the toppings were, in fact, a bit overwhelming because there were so many options. they are unlimited, so i just decided to get a little bit of everything LOL. your order comes with a side of lentil soup. i also got their homemade strawberry lemonade. my total was $20.18! the bowls are very filling and fresh. i'd say you can split it into 2-3 meals. honestly, i haven't had cava in a fat minute but i'd recommend sajj to anyone who asks.

Yelp
Quick and easy Mediterranean place. Build your own bowl, wraps, etc. Food tastes fresh and lots of sauce to your liking. Friendly and welcoming staff! I got the steak shawarma bowl with turmeric rice. The steak seasoned well and was soft but didn't have that rotisserie char. The eggplant and cauliflower were tasty. The cold toppings tasted fresh. Hot peri peri sauce had a small kick. The pita chips seasoned well and were fried perfectly. It was crispy and wasn't too hard. Hummus was average. The Dubai chocolate was too sweet for me but had good pistachio flavor in between. Meal also comes with a cup of lentil soup which was hot and full of lentil flavor. Would come back here for quick and easy Mediterranean food. Plenty of parking

Yelp
As a socal girlie I miss my cava and I go to Sajj whenever I miss it. While the proteins are not as inspiring, I really like that you get the option to do combos with different meats without adding more and usually the portions are quite big.

Yelp
Stopped by during my lunch break and I loved it. The place is cozy. The food is great. The staff is friendly. I was in and out within minutes. I had a bowl with rice, chicken and vegetable; and for the drink I had their mint lemonade (highly recommend). Easy five stars!!
google avatar

Nat T.

Yelp
Ordered a falafel pita here online and checked that I wanted tzatziki sauce in it. Then had to pay an extra $1 extra for 2 small tiny containers of hot sauce and mint cilantro sauce. I got no sauce whatsoever in my pita. So I pretty much just ate dry falafel balls with hot sauce. Also, why the charge for such little hot sauce? Overall, I think I would've been better off at Halal Guys or Nick the Greek's...it's cheaper, and you don't have to pay for sauce to be added to your food.
google avatar

Ethan W.

Yelp
No Cava grill in the bay so this is the closest thing to it! I like the concept of the Mediterranean build a bowl with high quality ingredients. They've got a plethora of items to add to your bowl which is nice. The combinations work well for the most part, but I will say the sauces can get a little greasy so don't get too many of them. It's also a thoughtful gesture to include the complimentary soup!
google avatar

Yelp
The food is standard SAJJ, as you would expect. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the service. I picked up an online order and it took 15 minutes longer than the scheduled pick up time. 15 minutes is not a long time, but I noticed they were fulfilling orders that came after mine. When I asked about my order the 2nd time, it ended up being the bowls of food that were by the register, but they didn't finish packing it. I guess they forgot about it. Also, I got the dubai chocolate and it was not good. I've had Dubai chocolate from Dubai, and the one at SAJJ does not taste good and was no where close to the taste of dubai chocolate.

Yelp
It's my first time to try SAJJ and I'm glad that I did. I'd say this is the Mediterranean version of poke bowl for me. It's a build your own style. You line up, tell them what you want for your bowl, and then bring it to your table. Set up is perfect if you're busy and on-the-go. The chicken shawarma bowl is tasty and satisfying, with the garlic sauce and eggplant. Adding extra feta as topping surely elevates the Mediterranean taste even more. The bowl size is big. I also added the lentil soup and it's a nice warm side on a chilly day. It's the right amount of consistency for me. This meal is around $25. I guess that's the new average meal cost everywhere if you want a good food plus drinks and sides. Glad I now have an added option if I'm craving Mediterranean food.

Yelp
I came because I saw this was the closest dupe we have in the Bay Area to CAVA. I had the kids meal with chicken shawarma, onions, rice and garlic sauce. The kids portion is huge, it lasted me two meals! It also came with a capri sun and pita chips. My boyfriend got a bowl and the portions all around are very generous. The food was okay, not as good as CAVA but good for a quick meal option. The highlight to me were the staff, the older hispanic gentleman and woman behind the counter were so sweet. I would definitely come back.

Yelp
Had a craving for Mediterranean style fast food and found this place nearby which was on point! Here you can build your own whether it's a wrap or a variety of bowls or have it built for you too. I chose my own rice bowl and the base is fluffy, turmeric rice (I asked for extra!) the. got the marinated chicken shawarma. They have six proteins including gluten free options. For spread I got the garlic sauce and tzatziki. You can add as little or do the nearly full meal deal which I did and included garbanzo beans, mixed greens, tomato cucumber salad, cherry peppers, pickled cukes, cabbage slaw, olives, avocados, and pickled turnips. Topped it with tahini sauce, balsamic vinaigrette and hot peri peri sauce. I got a side of warm pita bread. The manager also offered me a cup of split pea soup! Service was great and the interior was modern and very clean.

Yelp
The food was enjoyable, but the service left much to be desired. The staff needs to be more attentive to customer preferences when fulfilling orders. My server was rushed, inattentive, and seemed disinterested in listening, which led to me receiving and eating items I hadn't ordered or wanted. This lack of care significantly impacted the overall dining experience. Have been going to this place a lot but now I do not know . Disappointed.
google avatar

Yelp
Service: excellent Food quality: great Portion size: smaller than expected Parking: ample, it is located in a plaza Overall great customer service. I placed my order online and it was ready by the time I got there. The workers were also welcoming and friendly. I ordered the family meal for $68 (paid extra +$5 for chicken kebab) and the protein portion seemed smaller than expected for the price. I used the $5 off for my first online order but honestly I probably won't order the family meal again because it looks like if you make individual orders the protein portion is larger. It tasted healthy but the description it says that it can feed 4 people, but that was barely the case.

Yelp
Very warm and welcoming atmosphere, we were greeted with smiles. and I love that. Playlist was a vibe too. Sade, oldies.. good energy. I'm not gonna lie, I came in hangry and immediately relaxed the moment I stepped in the door. We got the falafel wraps with everything on it and they did not disappoint. They definitely don't skimp on portions. I was worried he wasn't going to be able to close the wrap but he made it happen lol. The complimentary lentil soup was a comforting surprise. One bite into the wrap and I was like YUP. Bursting with flavors. It was huge so I saved half for later but it definitely felt nourishing with all of the fresh veggies in there, not heavy at all. The mint lemonade was BOMB. I also loved the little facts on the tray lol. We'll definitely be back.

Yelp
This place is actually AMAZING!!!! The food literally changed my life. There are so many options to choose from, and everything is so flavorful. The staff are super friendly too and make the environment very comfortable. Chipotle can't even top a place like this. It's also super affordable!!
google avatar

Yelp
My friend showed me this place a few weeks ago and I've been coming back ever since. Everything about this place just reminds me of a better version of Cava. Ambiance 5/5: nice and clean inside. It's like a Mediterranean Chipotle. Service 5/5: the employees here are super friendly and even gave us complimentary lentil soup and a drink! Food 5/5: they loaded up our bowls. I got salad, rice, steak, all the free toppings and sauces, and everything was delicious and fresh. The garlic spread is fire. Pro tip: if you're a student, they offer student discount so be sure to bring your ID!

Yelp
I REALLY wanted to go to Cava today, as I was traveling in Phoenix, but I didn't have enough time before my flight. For two one-hour flights and one twenty minute layover, Mediterranean food was the only thing on my mind. SAJJ is apparently the closest thing to Cava in the Bay, so the minute I landed I started an online order. The cashier at this location was SO kind - I was about to not get pita chips but she convinced me to do so, and I was so glad I did because those really made the meal. Everything was fresh, especially the chicken shawarma and eggplant. They also had really cool drink options like mint lemonade and tamarind juice, the latter of which I tried and loved. Until I get to Cava, this will be a solid go-to!!

Yelp
Stopped here for a quick lunch on a Saturday. There was no wait and the workers were extremely friendly and welcoming. They asked if it was our first time and educated us on how to order as they walked us down the line. The food was fresh and definitely a very light meal but still satisfying. Not going to lie I was suffering from a hangover but this didn't leave me feeling heavy after eating it. I opted for the pita bread with chicken and is was very fresh. The only thing I didn't like was the way the ingredients were piled in, so you're getting a layer at a time. My husband ordered a bowl and he loved it! It was very flavorful and you get all the tastes at once. Our total was $40 (pretty pricey) but you're definitely playing for a quality meal. It comes with complimentary soup as well with anything you order.
google avatar

Yelp
Perfect spot for quick, filling, and healthy mediterranean food. I ordered a steak shawarma bowl and added a whole bunch of toppings. My favorite toppings were the eggplant ragout and the garlic spread. So good! The bowl was pretty pricy after I added avocado and peri peri sauce at almost $20, but it lasted me two meals. It was a perfect balance of flavor: savory, acidic, spicy, + more. It's cool that they give free lentil soup in the side too. Also tried their falafel and chocolate hummus. It was my first time trying falafel and I liked the texture but not so much the flavor. The chocolate hummus with cinnamon chips were good though, and that's coming from someone who doesn't like chocolate! Loved the helpful and efficient service here! They're very professional and keep everything super clean as well. Inside houses a good amount of seats for a casual spot to eat, but I see lots of people doing takeout too!

Yelp
Looking for a quick well-balanced meal pack with veggies lean protein low carb high in fiber then SAJJ is where is at located right below the clock tower building in an area comprise of upscale restaurants, boutique and cafes. Came by on a Saturday morning not the best time on a weekend though parking is a hit or miss and in an area that is congested with heavy traffic. Upon entry I was greeted by a friendly staff so I opt to dine-in a cozy updated modern interior. As for the menu I chose chicken shawarma rice bowl serve with a bowl of lentil soup. Portions were very generous with so many toppings to choose from loved the hummus and tahni sauce adds flavor very rich a healthy nutrious gourmet meal along a cup of mint lemonade not too sweet has a vibrant taste. Would definitely be back SAJJ packs a mean punch with a diverse flavor a combination of both Middle Eastern and Mediterranean gourmet meals.
google avatar

Stephanie G.

Yelp
I'm so glad I stumbled upon SAJJ. From the moment I entered I was greeted with a smile and was helped right away. Sadly, I can't remember who helped me on Friday the 8th but he was so helpful and make it easy for me to order! I'm honestly surprised to not see this placed full as the food has great flavor and you have different options to try. It's nice and quiet inside with music playing in the background but not too loud where it would get annoying. I got a steak shawarma wrap. I have to say this was very filling but not in a bad way. Kept me full for the rest of the day. You get to build your own so I was able to add a variety of flavors to my wrap but each one complemented each other. The gentleman also gave me some sauces to try which added more flavor. The cilantro had to be my favorite! The nice thing is you get a side of lentil soup! I'd definitely would be back to try a bowl another time I'm in town again. The food and friendly workers are what would bring me back and that's not easy to find nowadays!

Peter A.

Yelp
Food is awesome and service and staff are even better! The ambiance is great, they play traditional music!
google avatar

Hamza K.

Yelp
Excellent customer service they greet you as soon as you walk in and take the time to explain the different types of food they offer. The food itself is delicious and well priced. They even serve soup with the meal, which is a nice touch. Their special juices are worth trying too; the lemon mint was a standout.
google avatar

Alicia M.

Yelp
Came in during closing time but staff was still super friendly and kind!! The food is amazing for a great price, especially if you're a student. The falafel is fresh, crunchy. The rice is moist and soft.. I could go on and on. As someone who doesn't eat gluten it can be hard finding a place to eat but sajj exceeded my standards. Many options here are gluten free and the lentil soup is excellent!! Thank you Victoria for helping me and for your kindness!
google avatar

Jason A.

Yelp
Great go to food for a work from home lunch! I always get the chicken wrap bites, and the garlic sauce it comes with is so good! Have also tried their bowls, very healthy option!

Dave B.

Yelp
The food is great and the staff is friendly. The issue is errors filling online pickup orders. I have picked up incorrect orders 3 times now, one today (they left out the main ingredient...). I don't have time to go back, am at work, so I can't correct it. Each time in the past, I get an apology email with a reward coupon - when I try to use the reward, I get an error message. It is very frustrating - I would go a lot more frequently if they just got the orders right...
google avatar

Anastasia N.

Yelp
I have been coming here for well over a year and this place is always consistent with how fresh and delicious the food is. If you are looking for a flavorful and affordable Mediterranean food spot- this is it. Their lentil soup is also very comforting if you want something warm and filling to get you through the day. The two gentlemen are always very nice and welcoming as well!

Yelp
My husband and I are kicking ourselves. After living in the neighborhood for 10 years, we only just found this diamond. While not a chain, it works a bit like Chipotle: choose your protein, decide on getting it in a wrap, pita bread, or bowl. Husband and I both got the pomegranate chicken in a wrap and in a pita. The seasoning on the chicken was FANTASTIC. We both tried a sample of the steak and it was equally amazing. Had we not had beef the night before, I would have chosen it. There is a good variety of toppings to add including lots of fresh veggies like marinated eggplant. Everything was flavorful and the portions were filling. There are sides of lentil soup, fries, and pita chips for an extra cost. The owner and an employee who helped us couldn't have been nicer. We had planned to get takeout but the interior was so clean and cozy we opted to stay. Seating is on bar stools which I normally hate. These stools were shockingly comfy. Heed my warning: don't sleep on this place! It's a great stop for a healthy, delicious meal.
google avatar

Andrew T.

Yelp
This place is basically a Mediterranean Chipotle which I really enjoyed. The staff was friendly and happy to answer any questions. I ordered a rice bowl with steak shwarma and pomegranate chicken. You can do half and half. I got all the toppings with my rice bowl such as the tomato cucumber, beets and hummus. The rice bowl tasted really fresh and flavorful. They even had guacamole. I topped my bowl with the cilantro sauce. I was already pretty full after eating about half of the bowl so I would say the rice bowl equals about 2 meals . The fries were pretty good as well. The free lentil soup went well with the meal. When you check-in, you get free pita chips with a meal purchase. You can pick which dip you want for the pita chips as well. I would definitely come here again if i want a quick Mediterranean meal.
google avatar

Vivian P.

Yelp
Good spot for quick and easy food. If you like mediterranean food, this is a great spot. Pick and choose what you like! The falafel was great and the cilantro chutney was amazing. They are very generous on all the toppings. The side of lentil soup wasn't my favorite, but it was free! The service was great - everyone was super friendly and helpful. A casual spot for a quick bite.
google avatar

Kurangi D.

Yelp
Had Pita Sandwich and falafel bowl. Loved them both, the portions were huge, it was two of us and we felt we should have ordered just one. Victoria was serving us , and her energy was wonderful. We had gone there after a long day and her kind, welcoming nature rejuvenated us. Ambiance was great too ! Clean , nice music . Loved this place!!

Yelp
Quick review for a quick lunch spot - honestly very solid! It's a build-your-own bowl establishment like Chipotle, but it's unapologetically Mediterranean so much better flavors and textures, if you're into that. I built my own bowl with the steak schwarma - it came out a little too shreddy for my liking, so definitely opting for the (cubed) chicken next time, but the seasonings were on point and flavorful. The real stars in my opinion are the - their saucy eggplant was super good and the side of tomato cucumber salad is fresh and flavorful. Definitely also worth slathering the tahini on everything, because it was super tasty and complemented everything. Ditto with the hummus, which was looser than usual but actually worked well with the dish because it let it seep in everywhere and make the whole bowl a bit moister. Overall just a solid bowl. It is a little bit on the pricier side but unless you're absolutely famished you can easily get two meals out of it. I powered through the entire bowl in one sitting and had a big food coma afterwards :( Worth it though! I'll be back. --- sweet: great flavors, big portions bitter: proteins could use some TLC with regards to dryness / shredding. flavors are excellent though.

Yelp
THIS PLACE IS YUMMY! It's like a Chipotle style but for Mediterranean food. Love ALL the OPTIONS available. You choose a base: turmeric rice; couscous; or spring lettuce mix. Choose your protein: chicken Shwarma; pomegranate chicken (I need to try this next time); falafel Toppings: hummus, chick peas, beets, grilled cauliflower , and a whole bunch more!! Sauces: regular and spicy Tahini, etc My husband took me here a year or so ago and the very next day I wanted to come back! It was THAT GOOD. Location is right next to my work but since covid, I don't go in as much anymore with WFH. I will have to take a picture next time but I get so excited I forget to, so you just have to try for yourself! Their drinks are also YUMMY! Tamarind, ginger lemonade, and another. They also give you lentil soup with your meal, and never had it previously but no wonder why ppl like it! (Will try my best to take pics next time. )

Elizabeth D.

Yelp
My favorite bowl-style fast food place. The staff were super nice. Any time I door dash it's always fresh and good. The pomegranate chicken is my favorite, the cilantro mint lemonade is a must have!

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Love this place. They are so generous with their portions. Yummy quick lunch! I like their eggplant and pita chips. Warning, the water dispenser is aggressive.
google avatar

Yelp
LOVE being able to have lunch during work guilt-free! Sajj is the perfect balanced meal to have during the day, as it's not too heavy and will surely fill your stomach. Yes, it can be pricey at nearly $20/bowl, but it can last 2 meals and the quality speaks for itself. Like many reviews, yup it's essentially a Mediterranean Chipotle. However, they are SO much better. They provide lots of healthy toppings, such as beets, sumac onions, eggplant, etc. There's endless toppings and just as flavorful meat. My only one gripe was the falafel was a little dry. Not the best Mediterranean food I've had, but the customization and variety greatly elevates the experience. Unlike ... you know who... they don't skimp on the meats ;) My firm catered from here as well, and the food was fresh as well! You can never go wrong with some delectable chicken shawarma. The customer service is fantastic too, always greeted with enthusiasm. It's a clean interior and in a plaza with lots of nearby stores: Trader Joe's, Target, even a nail salon! Love having this place in Downtown!

Yelp
This review is specifically for my experience today. I've visited sajj once before several years ago and didn't like it, I think I just wasn't familiar with Mediterranean food at the time and didn't know what to order. I had been wanting to give it another try recently because in addition to being gluten free for a long time, I'm now dairy free, and sajj has a lot of options that work with my dietary restrictions and everything is clearly marked. I got a chicken shawafel (shawarma / falafel) rice bowl. I love that their falafel is gluten free which I feel like is not common, and they have a lot of dairy free sauces to choose from. Now that I've tried this bowl, I'll customize it next time to make it more to my liking. I definitely would've liked more rice and less sauce, and about 4x the amount of pickles but that's 100% a me thing. Hopefully they allow you to customize toppings like that in the store. I noticed you can't specify topping amounts when ordering on their website. I also got their complimentary lentil soup which was delicious and their strawberry lemonade which was pretty good too. I'm glad i picked that one and not the lemon mint because for a pink lemonade, it wasn't very sweet. Total was about $20 and they didn't ask for a tip. (awesome and very rare these days) Will make it cheaper next time by getting just falafel rather than the combo and maybe skipping the drink.

Yelp
Ambiance- nice place with inside/outside sitting. Always found it clean! Service- never had an issue, fast service! Food- amazing salad bowls and nice protein options. I like the lentil soup as well.

Yelp
Falafel wrap had all veggies on top and only falafels let at bottom. Not thoughtful. Not good to taste given this distribution

I've been coming here for years but todays experience was very bad, not only did she wrap my Shawarma like a burrito (this isn't a taco stand, it's Mediterranean!!!) the service needs improvement ASAP!

Yelp
This was my first time ordering Mediterranean food in a more customized setting where you build your own wrap or bowl with a meat option and a variety of toppings and sauces. It was a unique experience where my bf and I were both equally confused but fascinated with the options that could go into our choice of wrap (his) and bowl (mine). I usually go for bowls so I got a half rice/half couscous bowl (tried couscous for the first time and I love it!) with pomegranate chicken (y'all know I gotta get the meat with a fancy fruity name) and eggplant ragout (love this vegetable in Mediterranean dishes) complete with ALL the usual toppings which included tomato cucumber, diced beets, garbanzo beans, etc and tzatziki sauce . Not really sure what that combination would taste like but it turned out so good - the chewy pasta like couscous was so tasty with the slightly sweet pomegranate chicken and the eggplant was so soft, mixed together with everything else the flavors were tantalizing in a new way. It was tasty with healthy ingredients - If this was closer to my workplace I would definitely grab this for lunch because eating this made me so happy My bf went with a wrap where he clearly tried making as Mexican style as possible with chicken shawarma, garbanzo beans, and toppings that included a specific request for guacamole Other things we tried include: - fries the wide and long pieces of fries were the perfect texture of soft and crispy, I was surprised I enjoyed them so much. I'm usually not impressed with fries but these were very impressive to me - desserts were baklava and chocolate hummus! I've had baklava before but the chocolate hummus was new and tasted like a granulated chocolate pudding which was very cool. - falafel and pita chips with three dips (Babaganoush, garlic, and hummus) the dips paired well with everything! - lentil soup with chips is always good All in all, this feast was a delicious dinner for me and my bf as well and the leftovers made for a just as delicious lunch the next day

Yelp
Love Sajj. The food, portion sizes, service all are super. Always get the veg falafel bowl but have tried the pita and wrap version as well which is equally yummy. Cant go wrong plus they now have giftcards in costco.

Yelp
So delicious and the staff are really sweet too. You get to choose your base, meat, and toppings in a bowl or wrap (Chipotle-style), and they really pack the bowl/wrap. It's great value and feels healthy too. Personally I love the pomegranate chicken best. Their drinks are also so good and unique! Plenty of seating but also a great grab and go kind of food.

Yelp
I liked the variety and taste of what I received, but it wasn't what I ordered. I specifically wanted steak shawarma, not salad! I paid $18 for a very small portion of shawarma, which was barely noticeable in the bowl. The shawarma/protein portion size needs to be increased without raising the price.

Yelp
Why have I waited so long to eat here?! The Coleman location was so clean and the staff was amazing!! It was my husband and I first time here and the staff was so helpful introducing all the different food options. We opted for bowls half rice half salad and the chicken shawarma, with different toppings. It was everything we hoped for super light, refreshing, and filling!! We will 1000% be back with our sons, our teenager will love the extra protein option, and they have quesadillas and fries for our toddler!! Excited to add this place to our rotation!!

Yelp
I come here all the time and the food is always so good! The friendly faces behind the till are always so excited to see you and are friendly and shows a lot of care to their customers. It's a decent sitting area with some high tables and a few low ones too, but also have some seating outside. I love this place

Yelp
Quick, customizable Mediterranean food that tastes great and is healthy for you too! There are not a lot of places you can say all that about, but SAJJ has it down! I usually get their rice bowl, but you can also order a pita sandwich, wrap, or salad bowl. The rice bowl comes with turmeric rice, and I like adding freekeh (super flavorful and delicious) and greens as well. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their pomegranate chicken! It's marinated with the most delicious pomegranate molasses and then grilled--ahh, it's really the best! You can then customize your spread and toppings; they have a lot to choose from! In terms of spread, I'd definitely recommend getting all three! Their hummus, garlic sauce, and tzatziki are all great for mixing into the rice bowl. For their toppings, the Sumac Cauliflower, Sumac Onions, and Eggplant Ragout are my favorites! They also offer other side items to add on to your meal. You wouldn't think that a Mediterranean place would have good fries, but their fries are amazing! I always gobble them up! Haha. Their pita chips and hummus and good too! Their pita chips are very well-seasoned. For dessert, their baklava is yummy! They also have chocolate hummus, which is unique! Give it a try!
