Saks OFF 5TH

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I was an avid customer for 10 years and recently ordered an item and when the item arrived it turns out it was a fake dress ( tags from the dress I ordered placed on a totally different item). I opened a case and automatically returned the item and then proceeded to wait a month. During that time no refund and no word from saks. Instead I received the item returned to me a month later saying the return was denied because an employee at the warehouse took off the tag to refuse the return even though I had a detailed case open. Spoke to customer service AGAIN and NOTHING. Apparently it’s my fault I gave them my money and their employees commit fraud. Save your money and purchase directly through the brands, their prices are not worth the hassle and there is a chance your item is a fake due to their lack of internal controls.

I ordered this shrit online in slim fit. After it arrived I removed the tags only to find out it was a classic fit. I returned it via mail, only to have it rejected and sent back to me with a hole in it. I called customer service and they put me on hold forever... If any manager sees this and would like to refund my money or send me the correct shirt my order is #310532874 Case# 09427617

I had the worst horrible customer service ever in my life in this store, I always shop there , and not only the lack of sales associate on the floor that keeps you waiting for 30 min to get some assistance! But also the dirty games they play to push you to shop , I got an email about an extra discount on jewelry so I looked online and I liked a necklace, turned out it’s available in that location so I went to try it , I tried it and wanted to purchase it , but the price was higher in the store ! So I showed the sales associate that it’s cheaper online, she claims that it’s two separate things and she can’t honor the price online , I went to the floor manager and asked her , she said yes we can honor it , the store manager came with me to pick up the necklace but the sales associate refused to give it to us ! It was so shady what was going on between them both . So I bought it online at the end . Next day I receive an email saying my order was canceled! With no explanation why it was canceled! It was dirty games the sales associate played to push me to buy that necklace with her ! And refused to give it to us even after I placed the order online in that exact minute! It’s like she’s punishing me for not buying it with her because she gets the commission on it . Versus online she won’t get commission on it . I attached two pics ( confirming the purchase and the cancellation) . Seriously it’s disgusting customer service!

PLEASE DON’T SHOP HERE!! Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t ever buy anything from here. All of their products look used to begin with. That’s the only reason you think you might be getting a good deal is because it’s all discarded products. I tried to return some shoes that I never wore and they would not accept them. They need to get new inventory.

There are a lot of brand names to choose from such as bags, shoes, clothes, especially shoes on the 8th floor. Spend several hours here. Shoes discounted 30-40%, very impressive.

If you will have any issues with your order, customer service will absolutely not help you. They’ll just open a case to get you off their back which they will deny a day later. I was a long time customer, but after seeing how they handle problems I will never shop with them again.

I just called to inquire about an order that I placed online to pick up in store and not only I was placed on a long hold but the associate that finally answered the call was the least professional least customer oriented person and had a horrible attitude towards me, she didn’t even let me finish the question I was asking and cut me off by saying in a rude way that if I haven’t received an email my order isn’t ready!! I understand you may have a bad day, but come on! You gotta do better than this! Will update depending how things go from here…

ABSOLUTE SCAM: I read the bad reviews, but I ordered anyway because the offers were too great and I have never had a bad experience ordering online. Until now... My package (worth about $500) was apparently delivered to my house, documented with a picture, but actually never arrived. I called them several times and tried to get my money back, but Saksoff never offered any compensation! Do yourself a favor and please never, ever order online from here!
