Very good quality food, modern ambience, good for a date night. They have a nice outdoor patio and also inside seating and a bar. Also they are open 24/7. We need more 24/7 food access that's not just del taco, jack in the box, and Castaneda's. I'm glad I found this place. It was very clean when I was there and even though it was late and the staff must have been tired they were very kind, friendly, and professional. I recommend trying here for lunch or dinner if you haven't before.

Overall I’d rate this place 5 stars- I definitely should have taken a picture before digging in! Such a cool place for a late night bite and drinks whether you’re by yourself or with your friends. Extremely fast service, friendly staff, and it’s nice to see they have fun together. Laid back ramen bar with a cool Tokyo nights vibe. Delicious and very filling.

Normally, the food is fine here but every time I order online for pick up, they always seem to mess up my order. We ordered two Ramen bowls and had extra on each of our bowls on my bowl. The tofu and the mushrooms were missing on my husband’s bowl the chicken was missing and when I went to go put his broth in the bowl there was a hair inside on the lid. This is the second time I found hair inside of our food at this restaurant the first time I thought you know it’s an accident. It’s no big deal but this is the second time it’s happened and it’s quite frustrating. This is definitely not the first time they forgotten to put things in our food which is why we checked because usually the eggs are missing I’ve never had a problem with any of the other food items missing. This is the first time. They’re not answering their phones so we have no way to get a hold of them and we drove about 30 minutes just to get there very unprofessional and definitely don’t recommend going there if you wanna find hair Or missing items from your food.

Did not expect this ramen place to more of a “grab your own food” style. It edges toward a slightly industrial vibe with steel tables and brick. Very atypical of most ramen spots. I got the chicken broth with vegan noodles, with added pork and egg with a side of edamame. The pork was the worst I’ve ever had. It was tough, overly chewy and lacked any taste. The egg was cold, and they don’t have ramen spoons, but instead give you a regular plastic spoon. Very odd. Additionally, I got hot green tea, which they served with a run of the mill tea in a plastic cup. is this a super low budget spot? Edamame was average, but for the price wouldn’t recommend getting as it comes in a small plastic to-go bowl but charge you $5?! I can get a giant bag of edamame from Costco for the same price. The staff was nice.

I always come to this place with my friends and sometime with me over a Hundred Dollars en Food. A few days ago. Came and asked for the restroom and they told me if I don’t buy nothing. I cannot use it. I was very surprised. I totally not gonna come here. No More, I was wanted to come today. April 4, around 745 Pigem, but because what they did to me. I’m applying to come here no more. And there is a chain, because I used to like this place a lot, but after what they did to me, I definitely came no more, and it was a Lady in the front. Who told me I can use it if I don’t buy something.

My first time here after co workers and friends telling me to try it. It was good. I got to say the rice was good. The soup was great too. My son say 3/5 wife says 4/5 and I say 5/5 my son said chicken was a little chewy, my wife loved the rice. I loved the fact that it’s open 24hrs. They have different drinks. Japanese style atmosphere. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is clean. They have a bar. I would recommend it. Try it out. You want late night food this is the place for cold weather. Winter food.

Ramen here is delicious and savory. Staff are friendly, and the environment is peaceful. Also the murals of Sphinx cats are adorable.

Google
Ordered vegan ramen- with vegan broth, noodles, spicy. Horrible. Just horrible. The picture speaks for itself. The bowl is not even filled to the top. I watched them serve out multiple ramens, NONE were even close to being filled. Not even close. The noodles were NOT FULLY COOKED. Ramen has a chemical flavor. Very expensive as well. Do not come here. Worst ramen I've ever had. Only eating this crap because of the price, otherwise it's garbage. This place thinks they can get away with this because they're the only place open sometimes. I promise you, eating nothing that night would have been better

Yelp
this place is absolutely amazing, out of all of the ramen places in the ie this one beats them all because of how its set up, i would recommend to order online because the lines can get really long but even at that they take about 20-25 to complete your order considering how many people are there

Yelp
I heard about this 24 hour ramen spot and had to try it. We drove up from San Diego on a Saturday evening. Parking was easy, and the crowds weren't too bad. We ordered our food and were instructed to seat ourselves. we found a seat, were called to pick up our food and finished eating within 20 minutes. They're so efficient, it's insane. I loved the decor.. very cozy!

Yelp
Shoyu egg. You may ask why I started this review with "shoyu egg"? It's because I try to start, even the most disappointing of reviews, with the redeeming qualities. Or in this case, *quality* (singular). That's it. Shoyu egg. Now you may wonder, "what about everything else"? Service: Fast casual place, so order at the counter. Everyone working there seemed like they were in purgatory. Food is served in plastic take-out bowls and plastic cutlery. Ambiance: tables and chairs were not clean. The bar area looks more like storage shelves. Laminated Menus at the front were falling apart. Restroom handle was broken and MacGyver'd together. Food: Tonkatsu Ramen broth and chasu pork was nearly flavorless, unlike the noodles which were completely flavorless (and undercooked). Price: The small portion included only the ramen, 2 pork slices, green onion and mushroom. Everything else is an add-on... and each add-on is way overpriced. $45 for 2 child size, sub-par quality ramen bowls in takeout containers with plastic spoons and you have to clean up after yourself when you're done eating?? No thanks. But, yeah... shoyu egg was good.

Yelp
I have been going to this place for years great staff and food. I have not ever had a bad meal there. The chicken fried rice is my favorite I feel a lot safer with security there now. Before security there was drunk people that started a lot of fights and just made dinning in uncomfortable.

Yelp
Me and my friends went here for lunch on new years day after attending a NYE event. Aside from it being open on a holiday, the cold breeze and a tiring day called for a ramen day! We all crafted our own ramen and I always go for any pork bone broth that's why I went for the tonkatsu base. However, the soup was not warm enough and the soup is too thick. Not the best for me. After going through the reviews here I don't know if it was just us but yeah they flip the screen for a tip but you have to pick up your order and clean your table and bring back your trays. I don't mind though since it's a holiday, gotta pay extra for the people who worked and cook for us! The review is mainly based on the this dish. The ambiance was fine since and we had good seating.

Yelp
So we went to the food lab and saw ramen so our heart was set on ramen. Therefore we yelpeed a higher rating place and found Saku Ramen. Luckily no line. its right across from the Mission Inn on the side where its a blocked off walkway. It's great to to build what you want, everything is ala carte in the toppings so your ramen can add up. i got the tonkatsu with spicy and it was a nice spice for a cold day in December. First place i have ever seen to have 0 cal noodles so it's konjac noodles. What a nice treat to eat it guilt free carb free! Broth takes great!

Yelp
Disappointing in some ways. Loud music made it difficult to have a convetsation. No adult beverages available. An order of Gyoza which was very good, cooked to perfection. My dry noodle ramen was salty and topped off with slices of cold chicken. The interior of the restaurant was cold and drafty. Asking for a tip when you pay for your order. Generous serving for a very modest price. Just not my type of place. Staff was indifferent and cold with customers. No cash, credit cards only. It was more of a fast food place sans a drive thru.

Yelp
Late night cravings (@2am) landed me in Downtown Riverside for some ramen! Only one of maybe 3 food places in riverside that is opened 24/7 . Loved that I found a place for late night eating. I missed a small rush but order for 3 was ready within 10-15 min. Their ramen was very satisfying. Broth is flavorful and fresh , super hot ( a must) and many options to build your own or try their recommendations. Saku ramen offers all spice levels from none to hotttt! I have noticed this place can be busy at certain times so be patient or plan ahead , definitely worthwhile. Employees were very helpful with my first food selection here. They offer Outdoor seating and good casual Indoors seating, plus a bonus Bar area. Good single or group gathering place . Parking is a bit of a hassle but if you don't mind a short walk then there is street parking on market or 6th st , and nearby parking structures.. They offer delivery and order online services which I'll be using next time to expedite my order.

Yelp
Visited Riverside to see the Christmas and saw the line for Saku Ramen, so had to try the ramen and fried rice.

Yelp
Love this place. Great food and ambience. Occasionally you have entitled people come through & hit and push the security guards and get upset once they get peppered sprayed. Just happened last night. Came on here to leave my review and was surprised to see the same customer that was swinging on security and had to be peppered sprayed on here claiming to be innocent.... This place is actually great to relax and eat. Security is there to protect its customers and does an amazing job.

Yelp
Great place to grab some late night ramen! They're open 24/7 and usually everything closes early in the inland empire. They have a great selection of drinks and ramen. They have chicken, pork, and even fried rice for the vegetarians. Good place to grab some ramen and service is very fast if it's not in a rush. Ambiance was big and seating everywhere. You can stay and eat the ramen or go home to eat at your own convenience.

Yelp
Food 5/5 Tonkotsu Ramen with egg, pork, corn and bamboo shoots Good service and great atmosphere

Yelp
This place is lame. You order at the register, self seat, and clean your table when your done. They have the audacity to ask for a tip when they turn their little screen around to you. Toppings that come standard at other restaurants are extra charge here. I mean EVERYTHING. Corn, bamboo, egg, Naruto, onion, seaweed, etc. So if you order no extra toppings then your bowl is straight up Noodles, protein, and broth. I ordered two Tonkotsu bowls with pork and standard noodles. Added corn, ginger, seaweed, bamboo, and naruto. Two drinks and a side of rice....$76!! Their seating sucks too. There are these tall metal tables and the metal bench seats are so flimsy. I was making the bench move around and it was affecting the other people sitting on the same bench. Im 190lbs.

Yelp
I had high hopes for this ramen spot given that there are few in the area and it is open 24 hours a day, but I was truly disappointed in this restaurant on my first visit. The ramen was mediocre at best, and the reason for the two stars is because I asked for spicy miso ramen and it definitely was spicy! However, it tasted nothing like miso. My husband ordered the spicy tonkatsu, and although spicy, our two soups tasted exactly the same. Their service was also subpar. They take your order at the register upon entering the restaurant and then call out your name when it's ready. You have to pick up your food and you also must return it to the trash cans in the back of the restaurant when done. Absolutely no customer service is provided at all! They only have one bathroom in the back, which was not kept clean and smelled like a park bathroom. I went during a busy hour and the line for the restroom was so long it had seeped into the dining area. The layout of the restaurant is very odd and has awkward and uncomfortable seating. I was also displeased with the fact that they do not accept cash, but also charge a fee to use a credit card! This felt like a scam. All in all, I will not be returning to this restaurant any time soon.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place out for a while and finally got a chance to after a night out in riverside. I love that this place is open 24 hours! The inside is cute and the service is great. The food also smelled amazing when I walked in. While waiting in line to order I asked a lady in front of me if she had been here before and what she recommended. She recommended I try the tonkotsu for the broth. I got the tonkotsu broth with the yellow noodles and pork. I added in bean sprouts, corn, and egg. At first I forgot to add the egg so I went back up to the front. I ended up walking outside to take a picture of the entrance and the gentlemen who was working as the security guard recommended I try the Niku fried rice. I ordered a small just to give it a try and quickly regretted I didn't get a large lol. I definitely will be back again. Can't wait for a rainy day so I can swing by with my family.

Yelp
Food: was good. Noodles were nice and thick the broth was flavorful and had a great kick to it. Ambiance: I love the ambiance .it was certainly different . Service: was subpar Affordability: I thought it was a little steep but nowadays it's pricey anywhere you go.
google avatar

Yelp
Found this place on rainy day! We went in and just learnt that we need to order at the reception kiosk. The lady mentioned that someone will call when order is ready plus there will be text message and we may sit anywhere. In fact we didn't receive text instead someone was delivering it to us. My spicy Tonkotsu Ramen was good & tasty while my husband Tsukemen was 'fine', the broth has so much beef flavor. Moreover, as a spicy lover, given a chili sauce (without charge) is a plus for me. Parking wise, we were lucky coz there was parking in the area, besides, it was on Sunday, so it is free!

Yelp
I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent visit to your establishment. It was my first time here, and I must say that I was rather disappointed with the dining area for customers. Specifically, the high silver metal high-bench seating was not conducive to a comfortable dining experience. As a tall individual standing at 6 feet, I found that there was no footrest available, which resulted in my feet dangling uncomfortably and hindered proper blood circulation. Consequently, I experienced discomfort and pain in my legs during my time spent at your dining area. I believe that addressing this issue can significantly enhance the overall dining experience for your customers. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Kathleen H.

Yelp
We've been coming here for years because the food is always amazing as it was this time. However, it doesn't matter how good the food is, without a good customer service it ruins the entire experience. We were a party of 4 who sat at the bar. Nobody greeted us or asked if we wanted a drink. We got our food and still no attention from the bar tender. Finally we got her attention and ordered a drink. When another member of our party asked, "you just got your drink" he replied with how long it took. The bartender then continued to talk shit about us with her coworkers. (Helps that I can lip read which I'm sure she wasn't aware of) she never once came back and asked any of us if there was anything we need or wanted. So unfortunately with this less than exceptional experience is why this place is getting this rating. Maybe get your food to go if you want a nicer experience? And maybe Saku Ramen will get either a better more friendly bar tender or train who they've got. She was the bartender on 1/25/25 at 6:30 pm

Yelp
Saku Ramen, open 24/7! So hours of business are amazing. For when you are just craving or want some Ramen. The ambiance of this place has a cute Japanese cherry blossom tree, siamese cat art work, great music playing. Food not only looks good, but taste amazing. The price is pricey but worth the drive, and the wait when it's busy. Also after a late night out dancing and drinking Ramen hits the spot.
google avatar

Tania G.

Yelp
So, a couple friends and I drove out to riverside to check out this place since the hype was so real on instagram. Once we got there, there was a line to get inside, so this restaurant is the type where you pay and then sit and wait for your name to be called. The restaurant inside was okay, it was a like a high school auditorium with a fake cherry blossom tree in the middle, and then just like a mural with a cat, pretty cool I guess. The restroom was pretty gross, and it was a little gross that the trash was right next to where you get your drinks from like soda and stuff. Which was also pretty close to the restroom. I felt like it was overpriced ramen that tasted like instant ramen. I paid close to 40 bucks for a small soup, gyoza and a soda. The food wasn't really warm to be honest. I guess needless to say I was quite disappointed on the experience.
google avatar

Heather J.

Yelp
First of all, their social media is top tier. That's why we came during the holidays. But the service alone is why I will not come back. You have to order ahead at the register before you sit. So read the menu you before you come. The lady at the register was not very helpful. And looked lost. Then, they charge extra for every addition. Corn for example is not included. 1.25 for each side can rack up making it costly. We wanted a drink. The bar is limited but we sat at the bar and there was no one there to help us. When we did get someone she seemed like she was annoyed we even asked for a menu. Then took another 10 minutes to take our drink menu. When the food came it was very very basic. Nothing special. Then the music, cleanliness and space of the area isn't the best. I would prefer sitting outside. The chairs are uncomfortable. The music wasn't loud and not current; it was 2000 emo rock. And it just seemed unclean and unkept. The restrooms were so bad my friend told me to hold it until we left. I felt like I walked into a dirty dive bar with rude staff. We will not be back

Yelp
I would like to express my concern regarding my recent experience at your establishment. As someone with over a decade of experience in the service industry, I understand the significant impact that customer service can have on a business's reputation. Unfortunately, during my visit, I experienced some interactions at the takeout area that were disappointing. Specifically, a staff member named J Victorinna displayed unprofessional behavior, including rolling her eyes when questions were asked. Such conduct reflects poorly on the overall customer experience. I believe that addressing these issues is crucial for maintaining high standards of service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
google avatar

Gabriela G.

Yelp
Love the low exposure, ambient lighting, and decorations. Food was so good and came out quick! Service was nice and they answered all our questions since we were new! There is limited sitting inside but there's seats outside too!
google avatar

Mandi B.

Yelp
The staff was helpful when ordering since it was our first visit. The wait wasn't very long for our ramen. We found a set at the counter inside. Everything was very good.
google avatar

Alexis F.

Yelp
Finally had the opportunity to try this place out! After a night out, a hot bowl of ramen is perfect! I love how fast the service was, and how they are really open 24 hrs! The flavor was great and portion size was perfect!
google avatar

Yelp
Asked for nonunion and no spice. Serves with green onions and red pepper under noodles made it spicy but tolerable. Easily removed the green onion. Staff was fast and friendly. Food was out in 10-15 min and the place was busy. Order first then grab an open seat.
google avatar

Cassandra W.

Yelp
Should have read the reviews before coming. This was a experience of falling for A+ social media marketing. Picture 2000s emo rock music, a half empty dining room with the most uncomfortable barstools, the dirtiest bathrooms and service members who looked like they would rather watch paint dry than talk to a customer. Add in ramen that lacked tasting flavor and looked like it straight came from the Cost-Co make yourself pack, with overpriced toppings (yes, they charged for each individual topping some as expensive as $2+). Let me save you dear eater, come see the mission inn lights for the holidays but skip the Green Day fan fair and over priced Americanized ramen.
google avatar

Jill H.

Yelp
Ramen was one of the best in the Inland Empire. The noodles are fresh and the toppings are generous. Got the Niku with ginger, egg, corn and pork. The pork was so delicious, with a little crunchiness to the outside. Seating is okay but I'm sure it is crowded when it gets busy. They do not take cash so be ready, it's most definitely worth a try!
google avatar

Maritza R.

Yelp
Not worth the 12 min drive. Very bland. No flavor. I don't even think my ramen included broth.
google avatar

Sharon M.

Yelp
A local recommended this spot and I had also seen a lot of reviews on this spot thru tik tok! I enjoyed the broth and gyozas I'm glad I was in the area to try it

Yelp
When you enter this place, there is always a line outside. This is one of those place where it's open 24/7 accept Thanksgiving and Christmas. They have a pretty big fan base in this Riverside CA area. When you enter you will have to order your food right at the register and then once ready they will bring it to your table. Now. I don't know if they did this system after Covid or it was always been like that. I am comparing (if they had any) table side order. It seems like they didn't but I could be wrong. The experience of ordering at the register was very simple and the host/hostess were very helpful in ordering if you are a first timer like me. You know where I am going with this: That they have a very good customer service. Like for reals! Great service and I have to give kudos to them. Especially the bar tender was very nice, gave me a free Sake Jelly. Let's move to the food now. That's where I would give them 4 stars. They have ramen for everyone. They have vegetarian, vegan and for meat eaters. However, the broth lacks flavor. The noodles seem to be like packaged noodles. I think if they made their broth a little more flavorful and have less oil in their broth they would definitely win in this category as well. Their noodles didn't seem to be freshly made however it was blissfully chewy. However, when the bowl came to I was shocked to see two things: the quantity for the price they charged me and also the amount of oil they used in their broth. I made my ramen extra spicy and I think extra spicy means extra chili oil, however, the oil lacks flavor. It's just oil. Again! if they would work on their broth and noodles they would definitely get more better reviews. They already have service in their bags. Overall this place is definitely worth trying for and it's open 24/7.
google avatar

Norma A.

Yelp
Thought we would try it since we spent the night next door at the Riverside Mission Inn. We tried the Shio w/ yellow noodles & chicken. My daughter had tofu. The chicken was dry. I personally dont like brown eggs so i didn't even try it. It wasnt bad but it was great. Ehhhh The chicken gyoza was tasty. Overall for the money and the extreme wait time we would have been happier going to Waba or even In & Out.

Yelp
AMAZING ramen!!! this place is open 24/7!!My dad brought me & my boyfriend for our first time @9/9:30pm on a Monday & it wasn't too packed, the vibes were dope, the music was upbeat. The minute you walk in you're greeted & you order upfront, they have menus so you can look & they don't rush you so no worries if it's your first time. We got to sit anywhere & they had a self serve water area, which I loved. It's in the middle of DTR so afterwards you can walk around & explore all the stores! They didn't have soap in the bathroom other than that 10/10 def recommend!! The potstickers were 10/10 & the edamame was soooo good!! I also really appreciated how the bowls of ramen were basically a to-go container so if you didn't finish, you just put a lid on it:)
google avatar

Kezia S.

Yelp
Food was good, just expensive I never loved when basic add ons cost extra money But at least it's open 24/7 so it's good for a midnight snack Ambiance is v nice tho! Decor is so pretty, took lots a pics (just a bit crowded)
google avatar

Beverly U.

Yelp
This place was all over my Instagram page so I finally decided to try it. Upon arrival, we saw the line already going out the door. We figured it had to be good! We ordered our food, and within 5 minutes, they called our number. Mind you, this place is more of a fast food ramen restaurant than anything. I thought this ramen was going to be gross, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's not the world's best ramen, but for being 24/7, it's pretty tasty. It's dark in this restaurant, but I think it helps to enhance the decor of the place. I would come back here!
google avatar

Jess M.

Yelp
Food doesn't taste as expected of Ramen. Service you have to tip yet you get your own food , worst you clean your own table, what's the purpose of tip? Ambiance the rest room and the tables are not clean.
google avatar

Becky L.

Yelp
yes.. this place is really open 24 hours.. I had an amazing bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen at 8:30am. Honestly, every day should start with Ramen. This is a cute, communal style eatery with long benches everywhere and cool cat murals on the wall. They were vibing to some chill lo-fi hip hop and it really set the mood. This was a really good bowl of soup, silky, full of umami, complex, and perfectly spicy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Yelp
Drove from the high desert (son attends school around the area), seen this spot everywhere online. Lady upfront was nice & patient (we were indecisive plus 3 yr old wild child). Lol, my son explained what he loved about his niku ramen to the T!! What more to say? The ramen was sooo good, it speaks for itself. 24/7 too? YESS! Would definitely make the drive for some real good ramen. Bringing my girlies next time we are in the area. The cherry blossom & graphics were a nice touch to the ambiance. Only thing to consider is seating accommodations if you have a wild child like mine. Not sure if they had a booster seat or not, didn't ask we were in a hurry before catching the 15 traffic.

Yelp
Food not bad but the place its to small, service crew is not really friendly maybe its so busy but its okay

H B.

Yelp
overpriced and not that good. you can find much better ramen for way less anywhere else. You pay for each individual topping and unless you like plain broth and noodles you're gonna end up spending about $40 a person for mediocre and cold food.
google avatar

McKenzie G.

Yelp
Charlie gave me such an incredible first impression of this restaurant. He took my order, but, he was also tending to other guests during his shift and making sure they were doing ok. I was so happy to engage with people who were genuinely really friendly. I was so happy with my dining experience here and interaction from the employees. I will admit, the prices are a bit high for not coming with more toppings. I wish the Tonkatsu ramen came with the seasoned egg as most do. I really enjoyed my food. Its definitely not your traditional ramen. The broth was very delicious, but definitely had a cream flavor to it that was not like traditional Tonkatsu ramen i have had. I would say this is more of a urban-modernized ramen bar with a twist. The soda machine was just top notch. I got the cream soda and it was not too sweet. So good. My favorite part was the seasoned egg. It was incredibly delicious. The noodles, also, are great. When i buy the fresh noodle ramen from asian markets, i prefer the thicker noodle like this one. Its definitely a place to meet people, i noticed! So if youre looking for a meal and to socialize, this is a great place to make friends! The struggle was the parking. Be prepared to walk or pay for parking!

Yelp
I had got the creamy chicken broth I believed with yellow noodles I added egg, seaweed, kimchi but it came with chicken fried onions . also they waitress was decent she was nice it's also in a pretty area I haven't been there before it's clean in the inside but there was 2 things that kinda bothered my friends and I had order 3 different types of noodles not to mention one of my friends got spicy like me other didn't and they broth didn't have labels so I had to compare mines to my friend who had spicy and there water cups or small there like bowls . but other then that it was good for my first time this why I gave them 4 stars !

Yelp
Telling me that it is closed for maintenance but there are a lot of people hanging out inside and outside the restaurant. And the kitchen being opened, the weird part the other guy was about to attend and from another worker to tell me it's closed

Yelp
I wish I was You reading this Yelp review before I decided to eat here. We DO NOT Recommend. And Here's why: Ordered: 2 bowls of Tonkatsu Ramen with standard house "Yellow" noodles. 1) Overpriced: Small disposable plastic bowl of not authentic ramen (see next) for $15. 2) Average at Best Quality: Noodles like Spaghetti, Tonkatsu like Bacon Anyone who rated the food quality here as excellent must not have had authentic Ramen from a real Japanese restaurant. This is "Maybe" ok for $5.99 but not $15. 3) No Service, Literally: Seat yourself, even though the restaurant gives the appearance and pricing of full service. Nobody will check on you to see if you need a drink even though there is nowhere to get your own water or drink. Cashier said alcohol is available at the bar, we sat there for 15 minutes and nobody came to ask if we wanted to order. Cashier seemed like she doesn't like her job. We did not feel welcome there at all. I should have taken that mood as a hint to leave. A business owner should never put someone that unhappy at the front of their business. 4) Seating Cheap & Uncomfortable: We gave up on the bar because the seats were uncomfortable steel with no cushions, and we moved to the bench seats at the tables which were also very uncomfortable. Again, if you are getting $5.99 fast food your expectations are low- but at $15 for a small bowl of Ramen that doesn't taste all that great, you hope at least the ambience is good. But it's not. 5) Only one bathroom, and it's not maintained: Ever been in a poorly maintained gas station bathroom in a bad neighborhood? Yes, this is the same. It was dirty and in poor condition, had graffiti, leaky sink with scalding hot water that was hard to adjust down to normal temperature. You'd think that with a line coming in to this place with $15 little plastic bowls could at least maintain their single bathroom. I'm a guy and didn't find it acceptable. I told my wife to just wait to use the bathroom, I can't imagine ladies using it. If I was the owner of this place I'd be embarrassed about that bathroom. 6) In Conclusion: Overall, again if you're paying super cheap prices maybe you would be willing to accept a lot, but I would recommend considering any other restaurant in the area first. Just be patient and get your Ramen fix later at a real Japanese restaurant. I normally do not go out of my way to give a bad review, but this is one time I can't keep it to myself. It's hours later after I returned home and I'm still upset about this place. What a waste of my time and money, I would never come back here ever again.

Yelp
The food was alright, overpriced tho, it's about 25 for a bowl of ramen and a soda after tax and they include the tips themselves automatically, the service was zero to none existent, the inside was super dark and they full blast music to make the spot seem more lively, for the same price I can drive down to Irvine and get ramen that actually has Michelin stars, you have to seat yourself and I don't even get why they would have servers if all they do is bring the food from the kitchen 10 feet out to hand it to you.

Yelp
Had to try this place being a 24/7 ramen spot, food was okay but definitely not worth the price. I got a bowl and was surprised to hear that aside from the noodles broth and protein every topping was an extra charge. I'm use to ramen bowls already coming with basic toppings. I added 3 toppings and it was an extra $6, I would've ordered more but an extra $15 for toppings is just ridiculous. Ended up being over $25 for an average size bowl of ramen and a small soda. Overall pretty disappointed since I drove pretty far to try this spot, won't be back.
