The place itself and the ambiance is very nice. We arrived at around 9pm and didn't have a reservation, so we went to the bar upstairs and had Buffalo mozzarella with some greens, fresh toasted onion and olive oil. We also got a dark daiquiri and a very good local Stout called Madalena. The flavor was amazing and we really enjoyed that.
The problem started in the waiting time, it took more than 2 hours and a half to get a table which the AC was blasting and every person that was sitting there was freezing.
We didn't move.. I just switched places with my wife and took one for the team but in any case, the menu was a little bit dirty like something spilled throughout the pages but nothing major. I got an Octopus Risotto that was Ok. From my taste, they could've used a few more spices and pepper on it. It's not something exceptional but worth trying once. By the way, the plate I got was tipped on the corner of it, so something easy to change. My wife on the other hand got an amazing filet mignon that boy.. they showed what they are there for.
In the end, the experience was ol but the wait, lack of spices in my food and the AC right on us messed up a lot. I would come back to try something else if we have a reservation and to get a different dish.
