Excellent option if you want to sing and have fun with friends! Be sure to have a reservation and even then, ensure you get the number of seats you reserved for, great service. They play the video with lyrics of every song, that way if you don’t know it you can still sing. You can eat there as well, be sure you do that early, the place gets really packed so prepare yourself for that and long lines in the bathroom.

Awesome atmosphere, read the things inside it all has to do with you will fine the one the one love 😂, I prefer straight bottle the drinks are sweet but great for the girls.

Had reservations for 6:00, stood in line for an hour prior. Stood in line until 8:00 and was not able to get in as it was pick and choose who comes in. Horrible service and organization. This is a know someone establishment and they don’t respect your reservation. For sure will never attend this place again and don’t recommend going.

I would stay away from the place, the host and hostess do not honor reservations. We had a reservation for 9 at 7:30, we arrived early to make sure we had plenty of time for our reservation. We waited an HOUR AND HALF, and still were not seated. This place goes by the who you know system, a lot of people were showing up, and were allowed in by the host because they were friends. I hope this place closes. I have attached a video of the crowd who had reservations, who were also waiting over an hour.

It was so much fun. Mind you our reservation, 4 people, was made one month in advance. It was a Monday but still was super packed. I will agree with some of the reviews, it’s how you dress, present yourself, and who you know, that will get you top notch service. The host and the what seemed a bouncer, were pretty rude and nonchalant about everything. Like fix your attitude, you’re at the FRONT of the business. Our server was amazing and very accommodating. Overall I would go back, but front door service needs to make more effort to make people feel welcomed.

Decent food and drinks, and fun atmosphere. The place does not honor reservations. I had a reservation for 25 guests who were mostly coming from outside of the country. When we arrived, we had to wait almost 30 minutes just to get in, and after getting in, we were given a table for only 6 people. When I spoke with the captain to complain, his only solution was to move us to a more private area of the restaurant, but only if I agreed to spend a minimum of $20,000 pesos; since all of my guests were waiting and standing around, I had to agree. This felt a little bit like a planned scam. The waiters did a good job, but were very pushy and constantly pulled me aside to tell me I had to order more bottles, when I told them I was done ordering bottles, the captain came to talk to me; even though I had already spent more than we had agreed. Though the environment is fun and the food is ok, I will never return due to their lack of professionalism, disrespect, and the attitude of the staff. The hype is not worth the stress.

It looked like a fun place, but it was incredibly loud. I ducked out after 10 minutes.

Very disappointed with the service. We made our reservation 4 months prior to our trip. We flew from California. When we arrived we showed our reservation confirmation and we were ignored. They were letting other people in and when the finally let us in, the gave us a tiny table with 2 chairs right next to the entrance where people are being frisked. They said they didn’t have chairs for us. All 4 of us ladies (in our 50s) felt very discriminated. We decided to leave and never come back.
