Salmon Noodle 3.0

Nice spot near Soho with plenty of seating. The soy-milk broth was very rich! I had the Lobster Noodles and Soft Shell Crab Noodles — both tasted fresh, and the noodles had a good bite to them. The beef mashed potatoes were a nice surprise too. Overall a comforting, satisfying meal and a good place to stop by after shopping.

I had an incredible experience at Salmon Noodle 3.0 in Soho. The ramen here is on another level — rich, aromatic, and full of layered umami. I tried the Truffle Lobster Ramen, which comes with half a roasted lobster, and the flavor was absolutely amazing. The broth is deep and comforting without being heavy, and the truffle aroma makes the whole bowl feel elevated. The Truffle Crab Ramen was equally impressive — especially the spicy version, which warms you up instantly on a cold day. The atmosphere is cozy, calm, and perfect for enjoying a hot bowl of noodles. Service was friendly, and everything came out beautifully presented. Their mochi dessert and yuzu liquor were the perfect finishing touches — refreshing, light, and balanced. Definitely one of the best ramen spots in New York right now. A must-visit if you love seafood ramen or want something warm and comforting in Soho

The ramen truly lives up to its origins from a Michelin-starred chef—the broth is incredibly rich and flavorful. We tried the lobster and salmon options, both of which were exceptionally fresh and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

I ordered a Shrimp ramen with Sapporo beer. The ramen was really good. I normally eat a traditon style ramen but this one was so good with fusion style which is combined with seafood. i really loved it. Interior of the store was clean and neat. people working here were so nice and kind also. I highly recommend here to everyone who loves Ramens.

The truffle soft-shell crab ramen was equally impressive, with a fragrant earthy aroma from the truffle and a crispy, juicy crab that added wonderful texture. The beef potato salad was a refreshing contrast, light yet savory with tender beef mixed into a smooth potato base, and the matcha terrine delivered a clean, intense green tea flavor that was rich without being overly sweet. Every dish felt carefully crafted with high-quality ingredients and thoughtful presentation.

We stumbled upon this new ramen place in downtown NYC right on the edge of Chinatown. We were pleasantly surprised how good it was! Our taste buds are on the stronger flavored side (but not salty or overpowering) so we really enjoyed how rich and flavorful the broth were! We had the crab ramen truffle & shrimp ramen spicy (slightly only)—both delicious! The staff, Jason & Sebastian were very helpful & courteous. Clean & nicely lay out restaurant. Will definitely come back.

The moment our ramen arrived, the first thing that stood out was the creamy, velvety broth… rich, comforting, and packed with flavor without feeling heavy. What truly elevated our visit, though, was the hospitality. The manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. After we ordered their yuzu sake, he was kind enough to offer us a taste of his favorite sake as well—a thoughtful gesture that made the night feel genuinely special. Between the delicious food and the warm, personal service, Salmon Noodle 3.0 has easily become one of my new favorite spots in NYC. Highly recommend!

One of the better ramens in nyc. I ordered the truffle lobster ramen. The soup is complex and rich, but the truffle flavor and aroma overpowers the rest of the flavors a little bit. The noodles were handmade and had great texture; not much seasoning was added to the lobster but combined with the soup it tasted great. I tried my companion’s salmon soup and it was also very flavorful and special. The green tea mochi is a little too hard when served, it would benefit from being stored at another temperature before serving The beer should be colder and the glass should be cold and not be room temperature. When I ordered the lobster I think they should also offer the metal claw to help with eating the flesh, but since they just opened I think the operations will be improved.
