I had an incredible experience at Salmon Noodle 3.0 in Soho. The ramen here is on another level — rich, aromatic, and full of layered umami.
I tried the Truffle Lobster Ramen, which comes with half a roasted lobster, and the flavor was absolutely amazing. The broth is deep and comforting without being heavy, and the truffle aroma makes the whole bowl feel elevated. The Truffle Crab Ramen was equally impressive — especially the spicy version, which warms you up instantly on a cold day.
The atmosphere is cozy, calm, and perfect for enjoying a hot bowl of noodles. Service was friendly, and everything came out beautifully presented.
Their mochi dessert and yuzu liquor were the perfect finishing touches — refreshing, light, and balanced.
Definitely one of the best ramen spots in New York right now. A must-visit if you love seafood ramen or want something warm and comforting in Soho
