My chicken looks old and my fries look old too, I called the store back and the man that answered the phone was rude as hell and disrespectful and I told him I was bringing the food back up there after he started getting nasty with me! I just want me refund so I can go on about my business. Never again will I order from here. They also charged me with the same food I cancelled, bad service, bad food. Should've checked reviews first! I didn't even want to give it one star! I wanted to give it a half of one!

If you love Clams and Shrimp!!! Wow! This place is amazing! The first service is fantastic along with its atmosphere. Classy and simple. The food was amazing! I didn’t want to stop eating. I would go back in a heart beat.

Spent $260 on two large platters one mild and one hot. The mild one was fine, edible shrimp a lil overcooked but again fine. The hot platter was spoiled! Like couldn’t eat it at all!! The potatoes and broccoli had this slime on it when I pulled them out. Sadly I live too far and had to work to have been able to return it and nobody called me back when I left a message about it so I’m just out of $130 or a replacement platter 😕

This place is hit or miss but the hits are subpar and you find yourself just happy they got the order right and that the food is fresh this time but when they miss it is god awful atrocious. Also, the guy that deals with order issues has to learn how to speak to people because he is very rude and gets very disrespectful. Remember that you're speaking to another man's mother, daughter, wife, cousin, niece or sister...

I been eating at this place for over 2 years and I just picked up crawfish today and I had about 4 pieces and every piece was old and dry and black the taste is horrible I called them and the man that answered the phone told me they don’t sell bad food never said I can give you another platter or your money back nothing very disappointed

#2 platter is good however Sal who is the owner of A&J is very rude!! The way he speaks to customers is a disgrace when these same customers came from broad and fairmount thee original “Sals” (his mom owned) where the food and service was much better than “A&J” his customer service is truly nasty & makes you never want to shop here again!!!

I love they food never was disappointed but they can work on customer service & taking orders!!!!

The meal was prepared exceptionally well and I have quite the taste I do order pretty often but the fish def a slap to the taste buds I will be trying again.

This is da bomb or I'm just chubby I would eat here all the time if I could it's da bomb
