"Tacos are an essential part of eating in Texas, and while there are several great options for tacos in the Fort, our favorite spot is Salsa Limón for their straightforward Mexico City-style tacos. Of their six locations around town, we recommend the Distrito location for its lively front patio. Make sure to order the carne asada street tacos, and definitely a few Topo Chicos and extra crema. There are great salsa options, including a mild salsa verde and a spicy habanero that’s not for the faint of tongue (hence the Topo Chico)." - emily smith

First time visiting this lovely little spot off of White Settlement. Grabbed a couple of breakfast Tacos and some salsa to go ..... fresh tortillas and amazingly flavorful barbacoa and adana meats. Their two green sauces were also amazing. Can't wait to go back to try more and sit on the cute patio.

My first time eating there and it was early so I ordered a breakfast burrito with no beans. I get to the office and there’s beans. I have never had an order that was wrong that tasted so good 😊 The aqua fresca was delicious too.

Salsa Limón Distrito, located in the River District area of Fort Worth, is one of our favorite places to get breakfast tacos. While we personally prefer their breakfast food, they also serve lunch and dinner. This location also offers happy hour, Monday - Friday from 4:00 - 6:00, and includes drink specials on imported beer, domestic beer, margaritas, cocktails and a handful of other specialties including shots, Wine, Champagne, Vodka, Rum and Tequila. Because everything is completely customizable, there are many options for both Vegans and Vegetarians. They offer Tacos, Capitan, Quesadillas, Burritos, Tortas, Mocal bowls, Salads, Breakfast Tacos, Breakfast Burritos, Migas, Breakfast Bowls, Salsas, rice, dips, chips… even family packages to feed larger crowds. We always get the potato breakfast tacos with cheesy, creamy mashed potato’s. You have the option to add many different toppings to whatever you get: crema, guacamole, breakfast meats, eggs, cilantro, onions, jalapeños, pickled cabbage, tomatoes, rice and beans - both refried and black. Pros: Use the Salsa Limón app to save your favorite orders and skip the line while earning rewards for free food/drinks! They have a wonderful salsa bar where you can pick your favorite level of spicy salsa for your meal. We love their outdoor patio area with the enormous oak trees and picnic style tables. There’s an oversized yellow chair for picture opportunities, a large green space for kids to run and play outside and two tree swings hanging from the magnificent trees for the kiddos. Cons: The restaurant is very small and crowded inside with only a few tables and some bar style seating along the wall by the bathroom. They removed the outdoor tent, but replaced it with small table umbrellas, so finding shade outside is an option again. There’s only one tiny unisex bathroom inside and there’s usually always a line, but the food is well worth the inconvenience! Suggestions for the restaurant: Please consider adding a utensil dispenser and water cups by the salsa bar so that customers can get what they need for their meal without having to get back in line when something is left out of their order. 😁

After the twelve years I’ve lived in Fort Worth, no one compares to how great this place is. El Captain Tacos, the Burriots and fantastic hot sauces to go with it. Love this place and you will too

This place is wonderful, it really fascinates me, its food is the best in the area, there are usually a lot of people but they serve very quickly, I recommend it

Such a great spot for quick, hot...and oh so tasty Mexican food! Dine in, or outside...day or night. I had a couple taco's, black beans...and cabbage with a very cold beer. My food was ready before my wallet returned to it's rightful place...my pocket. Amazing, but better yet, was my dining experience outside on a simple but clean table. The soft warm evening breeze went perfect with the house music. Had the place to myself, so I wasn't shy about moving to it! My tacos and black beans were soooo flavorful, not too spicy at all, which I like, then you can taste the meat and pork. The green salsa is killer! So glad it's close to home.

The atmosphere and location are very good, but they put more rice than meat in the burrito. They should be called rice and bean burritos. The truth is, it's expensive. A taco with a lot of cabbage and little meat for almost $5 isn't worth it.

Food/drinks, location is great, outdoor seating and lots of parking space. Great ambiance. Staff is great and food comes out pretty quick.
