I was so excited when I spotted a Napoletana pizzeria on Woodhaven Blvd—finally!
There are plenty of pizzerias in Queens that label their pies as “Napoletana” or “Margherita,” but they often miss the mark. This place, though, is the real deal.
The crust is thin and beautifully charred, with that unmistakable flavor only a wood-burning brick oven can produce. The sauce has a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, must be San Marzano tomatoes. The cheese is just right—melted to perfection, never burnt. And the fresh basil? 🌿 I’m in love.
My personal favorites are the Hipsteroni and the Signature Salsa pizza. Thank you, guys—much respect!
