"There's a decided beach house vibe going on here, from the white brick walls to the white marble tables and chairs. Dotted with skylights, it's sun-drenched, too. The menu is seafood/bistro, like olive-oil-poached salmon, steak au poivre, and lobster rolls—with the oysters and fries being our favorite order. Thin glass tumblers filled with wine, illustrated menus, and food intended to be shared makes this an ideal place for dinner with friends (or a date). Photo: Jakob Layman"

Yelp
Very good food. Attractively appealing restaurant. VERY small portions. We were two experienced male diners out for dinner, and we both left hungry from dishes seemingly designed for women on a diet. The 6 small raw oysters were very small for $14. We each had grilled octopus ($14 each) which was fine but very little octopus. We each had the main course bouillabaisse ($19 each), which is supposed to be a hearty fish stew. It was served deconstructed in a small bowl, with broth added at the table. Each contained 2 small shrimp requiring decapitation and shelling, 1 mussel, 1 clam, 1 small piece of bland white fish (maybe tilapia?), 2 tiny slices of octopus 1/4" thick (no kidding!), all in a tasty broth. In short, everything was a maximum of 1/2 to 2/3 of normal portions for good restaurants, tho well prepared, served, and presented. In short, extraordinarily poor value compared to, say, Hungry Cat. We won't be going back. Thus the three stars.
