Kiya was amazing! From the moment I was seated she came over and introduced herself. She gave great recommendations on the menu and I absolutely loved everything I ordered. The Louisiana eggrolls with the crema topping are the best. Today I also tried the Moroccan Meatballs and they were better than I imagined. My lemon drop Martini was delicious. For dessert I ordered the brownie sundae and it was massive. One of the best brownies I’ve had this year!

My son and I were in town for a concert at The Eastern and dropped in for some vittles before the show. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! We sat at the bar and our bartender/server was Courtney. I can’t say enough good things about the attentiveness and great recommendations for entrees. She allowed us to sample a beer before trying and never let our ice cold glasses go dry. I had the fish and chips and my son had the mahi mahi. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and plating was well thought out. The breading on my fish was the star of the show with the smoked jalapeño slaw being a close second. To add to the ambiance I love the steampunk inspired lighting and our bartender told us that the owner makes them himself. If you’re in the area give this place a shot and ask to sit at the bar with Courtney. She’s awesome!

I came in with my daughter last night on a whim to grab a quick bite before we saw The Little Mermaid. We were seated in less than a minute and the customer service throughout was PHENOMENAL. Our waitress was Tasha and she was so patient with my daughter and I & very knowledgeable of the menu. Checked in consistently and went above and beyond. And Frank, who I am assuming is the manager, was very hands on and working just as hard as the staff members. He was always on the floor, whether cleaning up or making friendly conversation with those dining in. Also he absolutely made my daughter’s night! She wore an Ariel costume for our movie showing and he told her she was the most beautiful princess he’d ever seen and he asked if she could get a brownie with ice cream scoops on the house because of that! She was beaming from the inside out. This meant a lot to her (and to myself) because when we were walking to grab food from exiting the car she admitted to feeling self-conscious (“weird” as she worded it) because she thought people would stare or pick on her. As a mom of course I came to defense and shared that she has to be confident and not care what anyone thinks as long as she felt good. But when Frank (and Tasha as well) boosted my girl and showed so much kindness and like she was a real princess, it made her soar. Her head was held high for the rest of the evening! What probably seemed like a small gesture to them made our entire night!! Thank you Frank and Tasha! As far as food, everything was hot and fresh. They served us pretty quickly. We were in and out in less than an hour (Thursday night). My daughter had a cheeseburger with fries. I had the wings with the Asian slaw and a Caesar salad. My only, only complaint would be that the wings were dry. Flavor was great but without them being saucy or no dipping sauce, it was hard to enjoy them. Usually I would never get dessert (we just aren’t really the type to do sweets) but that brownie he gave us….. OMG. Absolute heaven. Flaky, fudgy, chocolaty goodness. And it was humongous!! Im positive I’ll be back for that again - and for that amazing customer service.

This was my first time Salt Factory Pub and it did not disappoint!!!! It was a total vibe! We started off with the Rockefeller Oysters they were plump, juicy and packed full of flavor! Our waitress Tasha recommended the Enchanted Smash to drink and it’s a bourbon based drink and it was smooth and refreshing. My entree was The Applewood Steakhouse burger with home cut fries! Let me say the sexy angus burger lacked nothing! The BEST burger I have had in a very long time! Everything from the service to the aesthetics were warm and welcoming. 10 out of 10 highly recommended!!!!!! Located in the Madison Yards in East Atlanta!!! Get there and enjoy!!!

This is one of my favorite restaurants!!! The service is fast, polite, personable and friendly. Their food and presentation were excellent and everything tastes amazing. We had the chicken fried chicken and eggrolls! (Both heavenly) Shannon has been our server the past few times and we love her. She remembered us from our first visit and was so attentive. She was doing things for us before we could even think to ask. We will absolutely be back.

I really wanted to like this place. Our first experience here is that they spent too much time on decor and not enough on teaching basics. It wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't good. Best possible version of my take is that the place has potential but we didn't get the A Team staff on a Monday at 5:30pm, when the restaurant was basically empty. Play by play: Hostess was nice, even though I accidentally stepped on her foot while we were being seated. Sorry, again! Server was nice, but treated us awkwardly and seemed very inexperienced. We ordered sodas, an appetizer, an old fashioned, and two entrees. The app came out: chicken and andouille eggrolls. This was definitely the highlight, well made, flavorful, a bit of spice, with a great mustardy sauce. I wish I'd ordered a second one. We cleared that plate, and 30 minutes in our cocktail hadn't arrived. The server came by to check, I asked, and she confirmed that she forgot to ring it in, so we cancelled that order. The entrees came out: Blackened Mahi Mahi (they were out of the salmon we wanted first) and a Southern Burger. The risotto with the fish was good, and the fish was OK (although overcooked and dry). The burger and fries were sad. The bacon was great, but the rest was super salty, the fries came out cool and limp, and the burger patty was *charred black* (ordered MW). It was hard to finish the burger and we didn't finish the fish in house. The server asked 'together or separate?' for the check, which was the first time in a LONG time I'd been asked that question while out with my wife of 20 years. I said "together, thank you." A minute later, she brought separate checks. As we signed the bill, a manager came by, asking if *his* manager had come by. We said no. He then told us about a loyalty program and gave us business cards advertising their new happy hour. He didn't ask about the meal, or the service, or anything else. The place is in a GREAT location, across from an AMC theater and free parking, in a bustling development at Madison Yards. I really wanted to like it. We didn't.

This place is simply amazing. I love the food options. Everything I’ve had was good and well prepared (from the Thai Beef Lettuce Wraps to the Shepherd’s Pie). The customer service is amazing, from the owner to the Director of Operations to the waiter/waitress staff. Shannon was awesome! Kudos to the chef and team! Well done!

Yelp
This review is for 2.5 stars I will say that the layout of this restaurant puv is nice. They have a decently sized bar and an additional covered "patio" seating area. The light fixtures are also quite aesthetically pleasing. I sat at the bar and ordered the Moroccan Style Meatballs and Broiled Oysters as appetizers, the Blackened Mahi Mahi (w/ Lemon Parmigiano Risotto) as an entree, and a glass of Prosecco to drink. The Broiled Oysters were a horrific disappointment as they had way too much breadcrumbs, the parmesan cheese was not even melted for something that was supposedly broiled, and there were foreign creatures in my oysters (see picture). The meatballs were just ok, I wouldn't order them again and the Mahi Mahi tasted fishy. Honestly, the 2.5 stars are for the décor, my glass of Prosecco and the location. Based on those I may consider giving this spot another chance but my initial experience was not a good one.

Yelp
We decided to stop in for appetizers and drinks before a movie. The atmosphere is dark and ww opted for sitting outside. The deck is alright, just not a pretty view looking out on memorial. To drink we had a Moscow mule and a cucumber martini. Both were solid drinks and made right. For appetizers we had the broiled oysters and salmon tostadas. I thought I was in New Orleans with the oysters. They were executed perfectly. Charred on the outside, just like you get at Dragos in New Orleans. A little small on the oysters, but just done perfectly. The salmon tostadas were tasty. Overall the menu is very expansive and we will definitely be coming back again to try new things. There is something for everyone. If we go to the movie theatre which is right across the street, this will be our first option. Service was friendly and quick. Can't say one thing wrong about the place.

Yelp
I base my review on various things, so I will break it down here. First of all, the atmosphere and layout of the pub are exceptionally well done. It gives off that upper-class pub feeling. The menu in terms of food features some extremely classical options of pub food with a few options that you generally don't expect to see. Our waitress was impeccable she was quick to serve us and provide personal insight on how food is prepared, with what ingredients, and even if anything specific should be expected in each dish. Hong Kong salmon - salmon is cooked well, and the taste was alright. unique combination of flavors, but overall little to complain about. Pan seared trout - this dish started off with crispy trout and andouille sauce( crawfish included). Personally, I was amazed at how perfect the texture of the trout was. Now, the regrettable part. The potatoes underneath the trout were of varying size, and this meant that large ones were undercooked. Small were burnt to an unbearable taste. Medium-sized wedges were amazing and complimented this dish incredibly. The same could be said for the green beans it may be worth steaming them a little before applying them to this dish, which can be an absolute balance of flavor. Ultimately, the food weighted down my review in the sense that it looks good. It has an expecting price tag slapped on it, in which case you come to expect standards of which I've outlined to be covered. Service was amazing, except for the front staff being a little unaware. The atmosphere and layout are five stars. Big congratulations to the architect of that vision. Price is certainly mid range but fair given what ingredients accompany those dishes. I feel like overall, this place can soar high given a little tweaking, but I'll give it an opening review and wait to see if another visit warrants a change.

Yelp
Food. Blackened Chicken Tortellini Alfredo. Pasta was served warm so made the dish=*}. Chicken was seasoned well but texture wasn't as moist, but, it was the breast... still cooked well. Alfredo sauce was perfect & ppr tasted freshly grounded. Favorite dish now for sure!!! We did order the Chicken Fried Chicken & requested for the gravy on the side. But... was served w/ the gravy drizzled over the dish, so, we asked for it to go. Service. Ask for Fredo!!! He made a world of difference with the 1st visit @ this location. So pleasant, personable & was on top of the menu=*} This location closes @ midnight on this Saturday visit & definitely enjoyed that the vents weren't blowing us out. This LOCATION. Don't wna forget that the Mgr actually came to bring us our waters & welcomed us & thanked us for dining w/ them. Set up ... is just like the WDSTK location but much cleaner. Bathrm was spotless=*} R A V E ... We will be back & hoping that the quality remains... #Fredo #Salt #RetnoldsTown

Yelp
Absolutely horrible in all aspects :( We recently visited Salt Factory Pub with a large group (8). We've been excited that this restaurant was opening in Madison Yards because we have enjoyed the Roswell location. It's been awhile since I've visited that one, so perhaps it has gone downhill - otherwise it's very hard to believe they're the same restaurants. The experience began with a "lost reservation" and panicked shuffling of tables - mistakes happen, okay. Once seated, 10 minutes pass and finally we get our own menus from the host stand (no QR codes in case you're wondering...). We quickly order drinks and a meat and cheese board - 45 min go by until we finally say something - very politely, I might add, but since we had to be somewhere after dinner... the server has a bad attitude about it. I understand you're overwhelmed, but this is also the gig. At least give us a heads up warning and a bit of an apology! Meat and cheese arrives with the wrong selection of meats and cheeses, but it's been an hour and we're both starving and uncertain we'll ever see more food before our departure time. The drinks come shortly thereafter - even the Diet Coke took 1 hour. 90 min in, we finally flag down the manager. She tells us the kitchen is running 1 hour behind (!!) but she can check on our orders and will be back to talk to us. About 10 min later, things start to arrive - somewhat wrong, very sloppy, missing allergen requests and key ingredients. Again, we're hungry and in a rush. Slam down some food that is not particularly enjoyable. The manager never comes back but our server lets us know the entrees are comped and we're just charged for drinks and the (incorrect) meat and cheese board. The table next to us also had many issues and several items comped. This is not a good business model! Major training and system updates are needed, and then hopefully this place can be what we hoped for!

Yelp
On my date with adult daughter and plunking down a chunk of money in the movie theater we decided to spend even more money to eat lunch. We saw this restaurant sitting directly in front of the theater. It honestly looked like the back of the restaurant but that was okay because they had an entrance. Neither one of us have been here before. We did our research while we were sitting in the movie theater. Everything looks good according to the reviews so why not. There may have been three sets of people in there at the time. We were seated immediately when we walked in. Asked if we wanted a booth or a table. We chose half Booth half table. I like to sit against the wall to look at everything going on in the spot. I server came over to us and took our drink choices and gave us a menu. So there was so many things on the menu that we kind of didn't know what we wanted to eat so we asked for recommendations. Our server Tasha was very helpful with giving us recommendations and we took her up on them. For starters we ordered a mimosa and a lemon drop martini. Next we ordered the Louisiana egg rolls and the Korean barbecue wings. The egg rolls had a nice flavor. It was almost like a boom of seasonings and delightfulness in your mouth. Very delicious. They can add one more egg roll on to that appetizer though. Because they go entirely too fast. The Korean BBQ wings. At first look they look burnt but they are not. That's pure seasoning and sauce. They came out smoking hot temperature wise and I had to let them cool down before I get them. So that was a plus as far as I'm concerned. They too were full of flavor but they were not spicy. Our server is also a bartender so she made our drinks. Her lemon drop martini is chef's kiss. Also delicious I really took my time drinking it. The hardest thing I had to do was choose an entree I finally narrowed it down to chicken fried chicken and my daughter had the London broil. The chicken fried chicken came with sauteed green beans and mashed potatoes. When they place the plate on the table my eyes instantly became large because this is the biggest portion of food I think I've ever had for a chicken entree. You get huge chicken breasts that have been flattened breaded seasoned and fried over. There was no way I would be able to put a dent into this entree however it was a plus for me because it would be my dinner later that day. The moment I bit into it it was just so good. It had gravy on it and it just really made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. The green beans were even tasty. Usually restaurant green beans are bland and nasty these are not the case. And finally the mashed potatoes were very creamy oh my goodness. I literally almost took the whole plate home because I can only do a couple bites. I did not taste my daughter's dish London broil but she said it was very good. She literally ate it all. The only thing that she suggested to the server was that they season the onion rings instead of just seasoning the batter. We will definitely be back. Tasha was very personable, attentive, just an all-around good person to talk to in your restaurant. She let us know that the place had only been open for a year I think. She is definitely good people in an asset to your establishment.

Yelp
A great night at the movies warranted the pub crawl for a good burger and drink! This pub is in a great location- in the middle of everything directly across from AMC theaters so we were a bit concerned to find it empty on a Friday night at 8:45pm. A blessing or not- we took a booth seat and proceeded to read the craft cocktail menu. The menu is extensive- creative, and the prices are average. Our server was great! Friendly, personable and helpful in providing a few tips on "customer favorite items" ... The drinks were great! I had a cute little Lychee drink(it is small and a "sipper" to really appreciate, as the Bartender stated) I did try the "She Crab Soup"... ok, this was not what I expected. The soup had a tomato base, and was very salty this night. I was expecting a traditional, she crab soup similar to those. I've had in Savannah and other places. I would suggest the menu reflect the tomato base. However, the server and manager was gracious, and they promptly removed it off my tab and table. I did enjoy a Margherita pizza, it is very large and shareable. Another item we did not love- butternut squash ravioli. My other party members all ordered hamburgers and loved them as well but the onion rings made the meal! Crispy. Overall it was a good night and I would recommend this location because of the service, and bartender(Cocktails) and You will not go wrong getting a good burger here.

Yelp
I had pretty boy Fredo as my server. Jk . But he does favor him hahaha. He's a friendly excellent server and I'd recommend him to anyone. Me and my girlfriend weren't planning on going here but yelped and saw the good reviews as we were in the area. Good thing we came. The director of operations was very nice and attentive throughout the entire evening. We started off with the oysters Rockefeller and the new Orleans egg rolls which Fredo made a suggestion about . Great flavor. Nice and hot. Crunchy. I will order this again.. For our entrees we ordered the bacon burger with egg (forgot the name) which was a food quality of meat and ingredients. The fries were also very good. Natural cut potato fries. My girlfriend ordered the margarita pizza and the sauce and cheese was excellent. Me and my gf just came back from Italy and so we know good pizza haha. Lastly we got two desserts but we should have gotten one because the brownie is enormous and the bread pudding Is a big portion as well. Both very rich and delicious and I'd order them again but they are great for sharing. So overall 5 stars yall great service great food. Check em out yall . Okayyy.

Yelp
It's a very cool pub kind of hangout place. It reminds me of the Yard house. Food was decent. We had the lychee martini which was good. The ambience is chill. I think for the quality of food, I would expect better for the price I paid. I mean if it's fine dining price for pub food , I would definitely rather go fine dine. But that being said, it's a cool place to hangout catch a few drinks. The service was quick and decent. Would I revisit? Mmmm Maybe.

Yelp
The Salt Factory Pub (based in the Atl burbs with a few locations) recently opened an in-town location at Madison Yards. We came on a quiet, rainy week-night and service was prompt. The food was pretty good but it's not cheap like most things in the area (burgers start around $16). We tried the Korean bbq wings, which our server said were not spicy (since we had kids we always ask) but we're a little bit. Still, the adults liked the tangy, sweet flavor. The Shepards pie special was probably our favorite. The cheesy mashed potato's with the lamb and veggies was super savory and although not huge, along with our pizza and wings, it was very shareable. The pizza was a little disappointing. The cheese was good but sauce was unremarkable and the crust was either undercooked or just too soft with no crisp. I liked the booths here and the music playlists as well as crayons for kids and overall ambiance. I will return at some point to try more menu options.

Yelp
So I was going to the movies and saw this place as I was walking by. I ask for a menu to check it out. I chose to sit at the bar and was quickly greeted by Courtney. She was very nice, friendly and accommodating. I settled on the chicken fried chicken, green beans and mash potatoes. The chicken was lightly breaded. This was perfect to me. Most places tend to over bread the chicken. That wasn't the case here. The green beans were blanched and seem to be covered in a thin garlicky sauce. I quite enjoyed them as well. What's not to like about mashed potatoes. I found my dish to be exceptionally good. My only issue was the stench of a fishy smell witch seemed to permeate the whole restaurant. Not a pleasant thing to be eating chicken while smelling the stench of fish. This was the reason for 4 stars and not 5. However the food was good enough that I will return.

Yelp
Wow! What a disappointment. Two of us ordered beef (London Broil and Tenderloin Medallions) to be medium. Both came very well done. The medallions and a Southern burger came out after everyone else had already finished eating. The onion rings on the London Broil have NO flavor at all. Don't come here. So not worth the price.

Yelp
First time here but definitely not our last. Clean and welcoming. Friendly staff. Our server, Kamila, gave some great recommendations and was attentive. I had chef's special tortellini and it was tasty. Very creamy. Egg rolls were well seasoned and unique.

Yelp
Horrible Bartenders! The fish dishes are really good. Our group had the Hong Kong Salmon, Mahi Mahi, pan crisped Trout with Andouille and we enjoyed all of them. Meatball appetizers were really good. Awesome service from Fredo. The bartender was awful. They made our Manhattans with a huge chuck of ice and I think just Bourbon. Had to tell the waiter to tell the bartender how to make it. Thought our waiter, Jomandi, was not going to charge us since we basically gave us just a huge chick of ice for a drink. When the bill came we saw he had charged us for the bad drink.

Yelp
I was a little apprehensive about coming here because of the pics from the owner & service reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! The bartenders were awesome! I got a chance to speak candidly with the GM and he mentioned they'd made some critical changes. There are no half dressed women here (never were) like the pics suggest. They're all well groomed and professional. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated like all the other locations. The food needs some work if this place is gonna get repeat customers and they're working on this. I ordered the calamari and mussels. The calamari came out greasy & over cooked. For some reason they threw in the small left over batter pieces in the bottom of the fryer. The mussels were too spicy & difficult to eat without water. There was several that were empty. They were really small too, like something you'd see in the frozen section at Kroger. The gentlemen next to me thought they were clams. To drink I ordered a skinny margarita and it was perfectly crafted. Overall the place is decent if you don't wanna be wowed. For the price, I'd say that food presentation & taste need more work before I come back. Dining out is supposed to be an experience. Not something people can throw together at home.

Yelp
Hello Yelp and happy eaters! I was here at SALT when they first opened up in the Madison Yards location. From then until now I have never been disappointed.. Courtney, my favorite bar tender, has always made of feel like I'm the only one at the bar.. and I'm sure all of the guest feel the same. My meals have been the same ... absolutely amazing and never a disappointment.. People like Courtney really make a place worth the trip!!

Yelp
Food was gross. Shrimp on my salad was bad and slimy. The lettuce was wilted. The Lettuce wraps- the beef was putrid tasting. I don't know how to feel about the service. The server was nice but inattentive . Our drinks took forever to make it to our table although they were ready but were just sitting at the bar waiting. A party walked in 20 minutes after us, after our orders were in and still received their food be we did. It was not a great lunch.

Yelp
Salt Factory Pub opened its newest location in Madison Yards. It's an upscale gastropub with classic comfort foods, notable beers on draft, crafty cocktails, and a great wine list. The service was fantastic as they guide you through the menu and provide the best recommendations based on your liking. Salt Factory Pub's cozy atmosphere is perfect for a casual meal with friends or to chill at the bar while watching a sports event.

Yelp
This review is based on 2 visits. We were here Thursday for dinner, and today (Sunday) for brunch. Thursday we sat at the bar and were served by Tosha and Cortney. Preface this with we have always loved the Roswell location. Thursday night we had wonderful food: fish/chips and mussels, and Sunday a pizza, broiled Parmesan oysters and a bleu cheese burger. Everything was outstanding on both visits! Food, service, clean restrooms and wonderful atmosphere. Please give this place a try. They're new, but the kinks are working themselves out.

Yelp
Salt Factory is the BEST KEPT SECRET.. IT'S THE BOMB!! WHEH walking in the place fantastic, friendly, professional and knows his business is COREY. He was so friendly we just came to patronize this restaurant. The chef food preparation is off the chain. We were sitting and watching all the food that was passing us by, and everything was wonderful. If you go, say hello to Corey, Cairee executive chef, and Chasity.

Yelp
This is my second review. For some reason, the first one "disappeared". The restaurant is directly across from a movie theater and there were dozens of teenagers loitering in front of and around the building. It felt unsafe. Salt looks decent on the inside. The food however was awful. Both my companion and I were in agreement on this. His shrimp and grits were LITERALLY DROWNING in whatever that awful sauce was. My salmon was dry and overcooked with no seasoning at all. We sat at the bar. The two employees behind the bar were extremely unprofessional. They were loudly having very inappropriate work conversations, curse words and all. I do not recommend this establishment and will not be returning.

Yelp
I had the most wonderful experience here. The staff was very attentive and the food outstanding. I'm had the Hong Kong Salmon and sticky rice cake. It was a huge portion with lots of flavor. I will definitely order it again. Come for an amazing meal.

Yelp
Parking-a covered lot is free and nearby. The customer service was AWESOME! The food was delicious and well seasoned. The ambiance was cool and the waitstaff was friendly.

Yelp
Really phenomenal food and service. Our waitress Amber was really great and intentional in informing us about the menu. The ambiance is more so laid back in an industrial pub. The art is eclectic and it has a very expansive menu. I had the trout and maple waffles.

Yelp
The service is extremely slow. My family and I came on Mother's Day for brunch, it was mainly empty. It took 15 minute for a waiter to come after requesting one. The food was good but the service was horrible.

Yelp
Great atmosphere but the food was not fresh! The butternut squash ravioli was more like a dessert, very sweet! It oysters and salmon seemed to be old. My friend and I were both up all night after eating here.

Yelp
Ok, have I experienced enough for 5 stars, maybe not. However, 2 visits at the bar. Treated very well both times. Ask for J. Great drinks, and the absolute best beyond burger ever. Smack your mama good!

Yelp
Had such a great experience and wonderful service from Abby today. She was very attentive and showed us the best customer service. This was my family's first time at this restaurant and we loved the decor, music, and atmosphere.

Yelp
Burger was good but fried were limp. I ordered a cocktail but I think I someone's drink instead of mine. Service was good. He did seem a little awkward but he could be new to serving.

Yelp
The food was excellent! I had a Louisiana egg roll and it was so crispy and the flavors went together so well. For my entree I had the blood orange salmon and I don't usually order salmon but I followed my gut and it was amazing. The customer service was perfect, I have social anxiety and it was really easy to have ask more questions. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
After having been here a few times, I feel confident in saying that the food is always prepared fresh to order, and the ingredients have been consistently been top quality. One thing that I appreciate is that every time I come in (I've been a patron for about three months), there seems to be a genuine effort to make improvements in every way. Depending on what time one comes in, the vibe can go from the neighborhood t-shirt and shorts spot, to a date-night, hard-bottom shoe restaurant. The wait staff has always been friendly, with a shot out to Gia for being extra patient with me whenever I get stuck on which cocktail to choose. :-)
