Im just going to copy & paste the email I sent to the restaurant about my horrible experience....
On Tuesday, March 14th, approximately 5:30 PM, I was one of many in a large group dining at your establishment. I am in complete awe of the neglect I have received at your restaurant. I have been coming to this restaurant for several years and have never experienced anything like what happened to me yesterday. Firstly it took over 45 minutes to get my first order, which was a cocktail, that was placed well before other guest had arrived to the table, but yet those guest had gotten their drinks before I, secondly not too much longer after I placed the order for my drinks, I placed an order for two tacos, the tacos took over an hour, before it was actually brought to the table, (by this time everyone in the group had received their food & drinks) only to look as if someone regurgitated on top of them, tacos did not look appetizing at all. Therefore I asked for an order of chips and salsa so I can have something to munch on while drinking, those chips never came either. All of this info was relayed to the manager on duty, that manager had seem to make sure everyone at the table was taken care of by bringing their delayed drinks and food directly to them, all the while my orders were the most delayed/never received, every other guest at the table was satisfied because they had their drinks and food, at the end of the evening the manager came out and gave complementary gift cards to several of the guests EXCLUDING myself who was the most slighted of all.
If anyone should have been apologized to and compensated for such lack of Customer Service it should have been me, but I was not. This has quite infuriated me, even more so because I feel I was truly discriminated against as I was the only African-American in the group.
I must say the manager did comp my tab for my drink, but at the same time he comped the food for the other guest as well.
Again I am a very disgruntled customer at this point.
