Chick-fil-A opens its first location in Downtown Las Vegas at the Golden Nugget | Eater Vegas

"A Landry’s steakhouse is slated to join the Golden Nugget as a 6,180-square-foot addition, serving chicken and seafood alongside char-grilled beef and a 10-hour slow-roasted prime rib; the concept expands the chain’s footprint of more than 80 locations and follows its earlier expansion to the Golden Nugget Laughlin in 2010. The new restaurant will take over the former Grotto Italian restaurant space, which is being relocated." - Susan Stapleton

First, reservations are not required but suggested. This place was amazing. From the time you walk in the service is amazing. The food was very good. We had ribeye which was cooked to perfection and loaded potatoes. If you have never had red fish this is the place to try it because they blackened it perfectly and the crab topping along with shrimp was the perfect topper. One thing to remember is it's sprinkled with red pepper which added a perfect zing. The potato soup was also very good. If you think that you may eat at one of their other restaurants then for $25 you can get their club card which you get $25 off your next visit. Well worth it if you eat or stay at one of their properties.

Stopped in to eat dinner. The atmosphere and service were exceptional. I ordered the salmon with asparagus, mac and cheese, and a side salad. The salmon was a bit overcooked, the rest was good. I also got the tropical sangria, I personally did not like flavor. We also got the Cajun steak with mashed potatoes. It was cooked perfectly!

Google
Everything we had was delicious. The grilled chicken breast was tender and perfectly cooked. The rib meat fell off the bones. The pumpkin cheesecake, which is seasonal, had the perfect blend of pumpkin and cheesecake. Our waiter was delightful and very helpful.

Looking for a casual place for a good meal while RVing. Wow did Saltgrass hit the mark! Not surprising when we found out they are part of Landrys !! Our go to at home is Kincaids and this place absolutely measured up!

Google
We started in the bar, our bartender was MARIBEL, She recommended a few drinks and she was on the money!! Excellent Service, the shrimp cocktail was very delicious, the house margarita was pretty good, but the grilled pineapple margarita was FANTASTIC! and so was the Texas Tea, very large and refreshing. Our dinner waitress was Christina and the cashier was Stephanie. Service was Excellent, the T bone steak and grilled Salmon was prepared excellent, the smoked Mac and cheese & asparagus was delicious as well. I also recommend the potato soup, everything served was hot and delicious, and the service from the staff was above standard, you can't go wrong with this restaurant, a great view of the river too.

Google
The starter bread was so yummy with honey butter. Then we had pomegranate mojito x 2, specialty bourbon. Paired for you steak and cake x 2 one baked potatoe, one asparagus. So tender, tasted well balanced seasoned. Cooked to perfection med well and med. Skipped dessert. Our guest host was Memo, and he was so pleasant. We are considering moving here from WA State, and he would be a great reason to alongside this steakhouse. Bon Appetit!!!

Sami S.

Google
Our appetizers, the Range Rattlers were so good! If you like something with some heat and spice, these are a must have! We had the soup and salad. The chicken tortilla soup was well seasoned and tasty! Our wedge salads were fresh and crisp! The service was very good! Oh! And the Old Fashion and the Dirty Martini were excellent. 5 stars!

Google
This was my 1st visit. The food was amazing. I was not aware they made their own dressings in house. The atmosphere was nice and I did not feel crowded at our table. I will be back.

Monica D.

Yelp
Service is great. Our server Anthony was attentive and kind. He recommended the ribs after he told us the new receipt. we could see he was busy but he checked on us.

Yelp
On our little getaway for our anniversary weekend, my loving man picked this restaurant for dinner on one of our two nights here at Golden Nugget. The food was excellent. Service was ok, nothing special. But enough to still deserve a 20% tip. The drinks were great. Not watered down at all. It gets loud in this restaurant so if that's what you're looking for, this place is perfect. My steak and shrimp was perfect but the blackened fish that he ordered was phenomenal.

Yelp
This is the second time I've eaten at Saltgrass. We were here on a weekend getaway to the city of Laughlin . I have always been lucky enough to be seated by the window with a view of the river. These tables are great ( I would request one if it's available) as it can get pretty loud in the center of the restaurant. This is a Landry's restaurant, so we always try to use or Landry's Select Club card to earn rewards. ( it's free to sign up and has many ways to earn ) The server was attentive, and very quick to grab our Espresso Martinis from the bar. These are my favorite drink, and Saltgrass makes them soooo good! We also ordered the fried pickles and peppers- the peppers were spicy but in a good way! We also ordered the filet and the Chicken Laredo. ( I forgot a picture of the food except the fried pickles and martinis!) It comes with bread, a pretty big portioned salad and a side... we opted for the mac and cheese and baked potato- it was so much good, we could have shared one meal!!!! Everything was cooked perfectly and served quickly! The food is great, reasonably priced, and the menu has something for everyone. ( pub food included!) If you're in Laughlin, I do recommend Saltgrass, if you are looking for a decently priced meal with great service!

Yelp
So it's a mixed review as the service was good but the food was good but not great. The drinks were good. They are a bit pricey for the quality of food.

Breffny M.

Yelp
Our server was great. The rest of the experience not so much. REALLY overcooked pork chop received by one of our party after he asked them not to at time of order. It looked like he was sawing wood as he tried to cut through it. Less than enthusiastic response from supervisors/managers about it. Do not judge the restaurant from the website photos and description. This place, like the rest of the Laughlin entertainment area, seems like it hasn't been touched since the 80's or 90's. Fine for bar food and poorly executed entrees but manage those expectations. Not going back.

Yelp
Went to Saltgrass for NYE. I had salmon and a baked potato. My food was great. My friend ordered a steak, it was a bit overcooked. Our service was also great. I would say it's a pretty average steakhouse but again, my food was cooked exactly how I asked.

Yelp
There's no reason to be salty when you are at Saltgrass Steak House! I was looking for a good steakhouse while on a family vacation to Laughlin and between the Yelp reviews and personal recommendations from locals we decided to go to Saltgrass for dinner. They didn't have any reservations so we just showed up and got on the wait list with a party of five. It only took about 15-20 minutes for us to be seated and were lucky enough to get a table by the windows over looking the Colorado River. Once seated we were immediately greeted by our server who took drink and appetizer orders. The staff is very friendly and quite attentive, we never had to wait for drink refills or look around to get someone's attention but at the same time we were never bothered. I ordered a Bloody Mary and it was fantastic! It's very hard to find a good Bloody Mary at a restaurant but the ones at Saltgrass are on point! All of the appetizers looked great, but I had my eyes on the Range Rattlers...Jumbo Jalapeno stuffed with a Shrimp, Jack cheese and Cilantro served with onion straws and ranch. This was the ultimate popper and so good! It had a bit too much heat for my wife and daughter but absolutely perfect for me! Entrees were another difficult decision as there are so many delicious options to choose from, but it is a steakhouse so I had to go with a steak. My oldest daughter and I are huge carnivores and pretty picky when it comes to ordering steak out at a restaurant, but Saltgrass did not disappoint! My daughter got the 16oz Ribeye and I went for the 22oz Porterhouse. They were both cooked to perfection and had amazing flavor! For sides she got the garlic mashed and I went for the smoked mac-n-cheese...again both were awesome! Our meals also came with a salad or soup, I opted for salad and my daughter got the potato soup. My youngest daughter had the mini corn dogs and she said they were the best ever and ate every last one. My wife had the Caesar Salad and a bowl of Tortilla soup which were also perfect. After eating at several locations in Laughlin, this is by far the best. Not only for the service and food quality, but honestly the prices were quite fair for what you got. Next time you are in Laughlin, please treat yourself to Saltgrass Steak House. They have a wide variety of other options like fish and chicken too! I highly recommend this place and we will definitely make it a regular stop on our future trips to Laughlin.

Yelp
This place is amazing! The food is always fresh and the drinks are just as good. Dang those Texas T's lol. The people are very friendly and they keep the place nice and clean. Just know the later you go it can get very busy but well worth the wait. Give it a try you won't regret it

Linda K.

Yelp
The food is outstanding end with the exception of a Saturday night the service is really good They are so busy but they get the food out on time actually too soon cuz they need to turn the tables so you'll have plenty of leftovers. Prices are fair for the quantity and quality of the food that you get They don't post the prices online for some reason However be prepared to spend 60 to 100. For dinner for two with appetizers and drinks

Yelp
It was a Friday night, and they were not taking any more reservations. Fortunately, they were able to get me in as a walk-in. I'm glad they did. The space is large, it's very clean, and everyone was very friendly.. I got great service. The space can get loud, so it might not be the best for a quiet or a romantic meal. The meal started out with a large round of warm brown bread, with a delicious sweet butter. I liked it a lot. My meal came with soup or salad, so I chose the chicken tortilla soup. It had lots of chicken, veggies, rice, a dollop of avocado, with tortilla strips on top. The bread and the soup, they make from scratch. The broth was also delicious. It *did* have a bit of a "zip" to it, but it was well within what i can handle for spicy. If you don't "do" spicy, you might want to try something else. For my main course, I had the petite fillet. 6 oz. I asked for it medium rare, and that's exactly how it came. The flavor of the steak was so good. I decided to splurge a little, and I had it " cowboy style," with grilled shrimp and butter on top. The shrimp were delectable, with just a tiny bit of a char on them. I also had the flash fried green beans as well, and they were also very good. I was stuffed, but I just had to try a slice of their carrot cake.. so, I took it back to my room with me. So rich and delicious once again, I tore into it so fast, I forgot to get a picture. An excellent meal, and they also offer a military/veterans discount. Even without the discount, it would have been well worth the price. Thanks for a great meal!!!

Yelp
The food and service were fantastic. I ordered the ribeye and green beans, both amazing. The waiter was super tentative and very polite. The dining room had a cool laid back vibe, there are tv's throughout the restaurant which was just what we were looking for since we were wanting to watch a huge playoff game and we got to sit right in front of one of the tv's. There were a lot of other fans in the restaurant cheering during the game so what wasn't cool was that the table next to us decided they needed to tell us to keep it down when literally the entire restaurant was invested in the game and cheering as well. I know it's nothing to do with the restaurant which is why I'm not favoring it into my star rating but just wanted to mention it, maybe they were secretly rooting for the other team lol.

Yelp
Usually go to one of the other Casino steakhouses and decided to give Saltgrass a try. Atmosphere is much more comfortable and relaxing for sure, but didn't have the same views. Prices were better at Saltgrass as well and can't complain about that. We loved the food and especially the service. The relaxed atmosphere allowed for some fun banter with the staff which made the night that much more fun. Will definitely make this a tradition for each trip back to the river and Laughlin.

Yelp
They do not disappoint! A+ service and food. I chose to do an early dinner on Saturday to avoid lines of people. If you're like me and want to avoid the crowds 2:30PM is perfect. I was seated immediately, had a choice to inside booths or table. Window seats were booked. Kelly my waitress came immediately to take my drink order and introduce herself. Great smile, very friendly. Fried mushrooms were mouthwatering delicious. Kelly said it is a very popular appetizer. Ribeye steak was cooked exactly the way I requested. I asked for "smothered" which I got lots of. (Mushrooms, onions&melted butter) For a side I chose broccoli steamed to perfection. Not over cooked or mushy and not undercooked. Serving sizes were good enough for me to have leftovers to take home. I highly recommend you try it at least once. If you want to eat later make sure you call in reservations. I'll be definitely be coming back!

Yelp
This place is a lovely place to grab a good steak while looking over the Colorado River. Service was good, our cocktails were delicious and the food was good. We would come back for a special dinner as it is a little pricey. It's decorated like a traditional steak house and the crowd seemed happy to be there (except the drunk family who loudly argued about their left overs being thrown away and demanded a fresh new plate to go but hey, degenerates will be degenerates).

Karen C.

Yelp
Arrived a little early for our reservation, but they worked us in after a short 10-minute wait. They were packed and so it was fairly loud. Don't come here for a romantic dinner. Anyway, the service was quick and we were served a bottle of wine and salads. Before we were finished with salad our entrees arrived. (My pet peeve, and it was the only complaint of the evening.) The steak was cooked exactly as ordered and excellent, as well as the salmon Oscar with baked potato, which was very good. We sat near the kitchen and the wait-staff team really seem to work together like a well-oiled machine. Thank you Saltgrass for another great meal.
google avatar

Lorena Q.

Yelp
Service was great. We ordered the steak & cake (A filet with a crab cake) and the New York. Both steaks were cooked perfectly. The crab cake had nice lumps of crab. Will definitely be back when in Laughlin again.
google avatar

Yelp
A must try, we had the ribeye and fish, both cooked to perfection, homemade dressings and the service was great, we sat at the bar and had great conversations and everyone was very accommodating.

Aly L.

Yelp
The service is always amazing! Food is great too, we love to come for happy hour and appetizers. Good times and great food.

Kathryn G.

Yelp
Went to Laughlin on a trip..decided on having this place for dinner. Best food ever. Was delicious. From the time we were seated till time we left great service. We all had something different (5 of us) everyone said best meal they have ever had. I personally had the Cajun steak..wow!!!! Drinks were phenomenal!! Their salad with homemade ranch was amazing! Very cute inside, decor was good. We set in a small room with a fireplace which was so neat! I would go back I am ready for a good meal again!

Cynthia M.

Yelp
This is a tough review for me...the food is good. We really like going to Saltgrass as we feel it's the best place in town but tonight we observed something in the bar that just didn't seem right. The bartender set 5 seats aside so a party could sit together. That was fine except the party was not all present. We were told we could not sit in 3 seats reserved for the party of 5 that had not shown up. We were able to get two more seats a few minutes later but once we ordered and was almost done with our meal, finally the 3 others showed up. That was a complete waste of seating for paying customers. Didn't seem right to do that to other customers who were waiting for a seat at the bar. Maybe follow a rule of 10 minute wait and then if party not present, don't save the seats. So not cool.
google avatar

Giselle G.

Yelp
My husband and his siblings had dinner here last cinco de mayo. We were promptly seated even if we didn't have any reservations. The ambiance is very cozy and relaxed. Our server was very friendly and explained everything since it was our first time. They serve home made beer bread while waiting for your order and it was very good that we finished it. The meal comes with soup or salad as well your choice of sides. I ordered the ribs and i really enjoyed it. It was very flavorful and tender that the meat easily fell off the bones. My husband ordered the country fried steak and he finished it too. The food taste like home cooked meal. The serving is also very generous. We all liked our orders and our server was very attentive and keeps on checking on us. We would definitely come back here.
google avatar

Jack H.

Yelp
Great food and service. Could improve on draft beer selection and avoid the appetizers as they are pretty salty.

George C.

Yelp
The food is great. The service was terrible. The waiter was too busy talking to table next to us. Socializing and looking at pictures. Waiting for our soup and salad. Then Waiting for our meal. Our tables were getting their food and they got there after us. Management did not care. When we talked to waiter. He blow us off and have a shitty responce to our comments. No tip for him

Craig D.

Yelp
Great service and atmosphere. They were also open on a date when many restaurants in the neighboring hotels/casinos were closed. I ate there about a month ago and can't remember which type of steak I had, but it was very good. The Carrot Cake I had for dessert was huge.
google avatar

Richard B.

Yelp
If you plan to charge me 17$ for tortilla chips and 50$ for a steak the least you can do is provide me with a server that's not going to talk s*** to me throughout my meal. My football team loses and I'm wearing the jersey of the football team that loses I don't want to hear about my team losing. If I'm on my phone reading a new story I don't want my server talking s*** to me and asking if that were texting each other at the table. Maybe hired servers that don't look like they're 15 years old and have more maturity. I'll never come to saltgrass steakhouse. I have no reason to number one I love retaining my money. Number two I don't like being treated like s*** and then having to pay people to treat me like s***.

Yelp
What an experience! We walked in on a Wednesday night at 6:30 - table of 4. We were immediately sat by the hostess who was kind at a great table by the window with a river view! Our server, Jarred, was wonderful. He was attentive, kind & very helpful with suggestions as this was our first experience. We ordered the Southside 45 which was a Jameson Whiskey based drink and are you kidding me ?? Absolutely Delicious. And we ordered the Tito's Texas Tea. Holy heck that's good. For appetizer- we got the Range Rattlers. Hands down one of the best "Jalapeño poppers" I've ever had. Dinner we got: BBQ Ribs & shrimp - they were great. Meat was so flavorful it advertised as "fall off the bone" and they kept their word on that!! It sure did. The shrimp was delicious and grilled to perfection. But the French fries... awful. They were soggy yet crunchy ? Almost like they were under cooked then left to get soggy? Really interesting combo. Pats Ribeye w/ baked potato & Lobster Tail. Every single part of this was delicious. The ribeye was a perfect medium rare. Kids Mac n cheese plate - no complaints here!! Made them very happy!! But I ordered the Atlantic Salmon & baked potato. I can't say enough how excited I was for this and oh was I humbled. All 4 of us tried the salmon and it was truly underwhelming. The salmon had been cooked far too long- it was so beyond dry. The flavor was severely lacking. I really wanted to love it as I am a salmon kind of gal but we left without eating it. Still a great experience. Prices are what you would expect from a steak house. Drinks are delicious. Parking is simple. And the view from your table is 10/10.

Flora O.

Yelp
The place was busy for a Monday night (holiday) so we got a small wobbly table in the bar. Service was good in the bar but the front hostess (4 of them) were not friendly or inviting. The potato soup was rich in flavor and just the right thickness. The bread was good but not worth eating more than a small slice. The chicken had great flavor and texture but a bit dry. The ribs were fall off the bone but for my taste it had way too much sauce. The Mac & cheese didn't have the smoke flavor I expected and the cheese seemed watered down. It's one of the better places in town but cost to value, I don't feel it's worth it so I gave it a 3 star.
google avatar

Mark S.

Yelp
We were disappointed. At every turn there was a problem. Salads came with dressing when we asked for only on the side. Had to be fixed. The server didn't know if the bread option was gluten free. The steal was asked for no dairy or butter products. The steak came with butter. So I watched my wife eat and then my dinner came and she got to watch me eat. No compensation was made. Very disappointing. Not the standard I'm use to. We are Landry members and it appeared to make no difference. I had hopes for a nice relaxing dinner, it didn't make it. Also for being non-smoking, the smoke was a problem. I was hoping for a better experience.
google avatar

Will P.

Yelp
Steak is always cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is on point, and the attention to the presentation of food is darn excellent! This is a must when coming to Laughlin and sometimes the only reason the wife and I even come to Laughlin at all.

Yelp
The family and I had dinner at Saltgrass Steak House last night on what was our last night in Laughlin. We didn't have a reservation and wanted to eat around 8 so the hostess told us to check in around 7:30. We only waited a few minutes to be seated. Our table was next to a window that looked out over the river....once you looked past the sidewalk and railing from the riverwalk. Our server, Joshua, arrived to take our order. He was great! We started off with drinks, the Mrs. ordered her usual and I had Saltgrass's Barrel Aged Manhattan. We ordered the fried mushrooms, which are a MUST if you dine at Saltgrass, and the fried onions. But he were very good. For my main dish I ordered the 8 ounce Wagon Boss Center-Cut Top Sirloin. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked a perfect medium rare. One of the best steaks I've ever had. The baked potato I had as my salad was perfect. The Mrs. ordered the Shrimp Duo which was fried and grilled shrimp. The fried shrimp had a Cajun batter that was flavorful and had some heat to it. She had the Smoked Macaroni and Cheese as her side and it was good. Despite the criticism of my daughter. My daughter also ordered the soup of the day which was potato. She said it had no flavor but the Mrs. and I thought it was good. Overall I was surprised at the quality of the food and service at Saltgrass considering it was part of the hotel. Also, considering where we were, I thought Saltgrass was a great value for money.

Paulina B.

Yelp
Sydney was amazing. 5 stars. Very kind, and on point.. Will b back. Food was amazing. Couldn't eat it all. If you leave here still hungry, we'll I don't know what to tell ya.

Yelp
Place was packed on Thursday, we sat right down at the bar and had an awesome meal. The drinks were great and bartender was nice. I would definitely go back.
google avatar

Brittney P.

Yelp
We sat at the bar for happy hour and ended up having dinner there as well. The bartenders were great and served us quickly. The food was delicious for the price for sure. The steak was delicious everything was perfect

Joshua T.

Yelp
This was one of the greatest dinning experiences I've ever had. My wife and I each ordered a steak with sides different from each other and everything was perfect. The drinks came quick, followed by fresh bread and the entrees were shortly after. The steaks were cooked perfectly. Jeanette was our server and she was prompt and didn't push any offers, the bill was fair and worth the price. The ambiance of the place was really nice and clean, not too loud even with how busy it was.
google avatar

Hilary T.

Yelp
Great service, food, and ambiance. Sat near the river. For our meal, we had the Range Rattlers, Rib Eye with smoked Mac & Chesse and Filet Mignon with the crab and sweet potato fries. Joshua was our server. Very good service. Will come back next visit to Laughlin.

Yelp
Succulent steaks at Salt Grass. We were looking for a place to have a good meal in Laughlin and found this place on yelp. It's a great place to come for some steaks and a nice dinner with family and friends. Restrooms are located right outside of the restaurant and there is some seating available while you arr waiting. We were a party of 5. Our wait was roughly 45 minutes. They do a great job at providing you with an estimated wait time. There is a bar you can also sit at and enjoy some drinks while you wait. The service was great. Our server was friendly and attentive. He set a positive tone for the evening. Loved it! My daughter and I shared the New york strip woth mashed potatoes. This was a big, juicy steak cooked medium rare. Just the way we like it! It's a pretty big steak. The mashed potatoes were creamy and tasty. I also had some of the mac n cheese. Yum! Yum! Yum! Our entree also came with a fresh side salad. All in all this was an excellent experience all around. The price was reasonable, our server was awesome and the good vibe is contagious. This is my fave in Laughlin.
google avatar

Paul I.

Yelp
Great place and nice western type atmosphere. Most seats have a great view of the river. I had the ribeye smothered with onions and mushroom and it was tasty and cooked perfectly. The bread and rice pilaf are same ole. I have enjoyed all steaks and will continue to come back to this one in Laughlin. It would be nice to see some open up in California.
google avatar

Yelp
Use to be fabulous...smaller portions. Higher prices. Took some of the best things off the menu

Yelp
For a chain steakhouse me and wife were presently surprised. We came in a Friday night at about 6 and it was packed. About a 40 min wait. However they do have a bar area with open seating and was able to get one when we arrived. All staff were very attentive and friendly. They checked on us regularly and service was pretty fast. Started with a drink. Got an old fashioned and will say the best one I've had at a restaurant. They even use luxardo cherries. Wife got a wine and liked it. Drinks were very reasonable. To eat I got the center cut sirloin with fried shrimp and baked potato. Wife got the filet mignon with grilled shrimp and baked potato. We also got a salad with our meal and a bread loaf prior to our food with a really good butter I think it's a honey butter. Both our steaks were cooked to perfect medium rare. The shrimp were also really good. Now don't get me wrong this is not Prime at Bellagio but for the price really happy. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Alex K.

Yelp
Unfortunately, the other night (Saturday 9/14) our server JEANETTE must have been having a terrible night. She made us feel like a bother the ENTIRE time we were there. Easily the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. I don't know what we did to deserve it, we kept trying to lighten the mood but she was very abrasive. Being a server is hard. I can understand, too, if she might have been having a bad day. But honestly? Jeanette is just not cut out for being a server at Saltgrass. Every other server I've ever had at this restaurant has been extremely nice, accommodating. We asked questions about a couple things to Jeanette and she basically rolled her eyes at us and treated us like we were stupid. I wouldn't go back here unless someone confirmed to me that she was gone. Yes, it was that bad. This place is awesome and with any other server, it's a 5 star review every time. Because the food is consistently great. Management needs to work on making sure the wait staff is maintaining that level of excellence. Jeanette wanted to be at home watching a movie or something. I think management should make that happen for her and tell her see ya later.

Joey R.

Yelp
The best food I have had in awhile. From the jalapeño stuffed shrimp appetizer, to the wedge salad, to our steak dinner! The balsamic dressing on the wedge is insane! Definitely will be back!

Yelp
Stopped in on New Year's eve at "Saltgrass restaurant" at the Golden Nugget, Laughlin. We tried it before on our last visit with not good results, so thought we'd give it a 2nd chance for our last meal of the year, heres the outcome... My man and I were seated quickly in the back by the window. Our waiter Josh was very nice suggested a few items. I took him up on his Jameson drink with tejin on the rim! Yumm, a must try. We wanted the pickle starter which were also good. I ordered the soup (tortilla) and a house salad. My guy ordered the pork chops with mash potatoes. The meals came out. The soup was hot but missing something, maybe just me, so I pushed it aside. The house salad was a good portion, delicious! My mans pork chops were tough. Josh was busy with a huge party but he returned sometime later, told about the pork chops and the manager quickly came over. They asked if he wanted another meal instead, but my guy asked if they can just cook it a little more. Well it came out not better but thats what happens.. Josh was great, not his fault. The ambiance was pleasant. Maybe we will try just drinks and an appetizer next time.

Yelp
Amazing service! hands down would go back, after i get paid. be prepared to spend some money here. me and my boyfriend got the steak and cake, and a 6oz sirloin with asparagus. i can't remember my servers name but she was so very very sweet. they were super busy so i had a feeling we had to wait but they took us right in. the decorations are super cool loved all the wall art and the tables were clean, a little wobbly but didn't bother me compared to the rest of the experience.

Yelp
This has to be the best food in the tristate area! It was super good and no wait on a Thursday night. Only issue was the seating. There were many booths open and they had over 10 parties in tiny little tables and chairs and arms lengths from each other. I would have liked to be spread out more, and we needed a bigger table. With 4 of us, we were crammed. But other than that, the food was amazing and we will be returning.

Yelp
Everything was great! I was surprised to find a good restaurant here. Came in with low expectations and wanted a steak. Will definitely be coming back here every time I am in town. Drinks were reasonable priced.

Yelp
Once again, Salt Grass for the win! Each and every time we come down to Laughlin one of our dinner night is here. While my parents were upstairs gambling, my husband and I waited down in the bar area of the restaurant sipping on Dirty Tito Martinis. Arturo the bartender (which we are always happy to see ) knows how to take care of his customers. He was attentive, friendly and made sure our drinks were on deck when he saw us on low. Just a few hand gestures and he was on it! We'll see you soon Arturo! Oh! Totally forgot, the food was awesome!
