I honestly don’t even know where to start. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a very long time.
The service was absolutely terrible. Our server was inattentive, unprofessional, and acted like we were an inconvenience just for being there. We waited and waited with no explanation, no updates, and no sense of urgency at all.
The food took over an hour to arrive. Over an hour — in a restaurant that wasn’t even that busy. No apology. No check-in. No acknowledgment that something was clearly wrong. We were just left sitting there, hungry and frustrated, wondering if anyone even remembered our order.
By the time the food finally came, the entire experience was already ruined. At that point, it didn’t matter how the food tasted — the damage was done. Dining out is supposed to be enjoyable, not exhausting.
What really made it worse was the complete lack of care. Mistakes happen, delays happen — but when staff doesn’t communicate, doesn’t apologize, and doesn’t seem to care at all, it shows a deeper problem with management and training.
Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time or expects basic respect as a customer.
