Stopped in for a light dinner after seeing the cute cars out from earlier in the day. They were booked but they found a place for me at the bar. Many thanks to the amazing staff for this! I don’t review everywhere but this place had an amazing smoked octopus carpaccio. On an island of great restaurants this was one of the best things I ate this week. Not pictured because I attacked it! The cheese / meat board selection is also worth mentioning.

What a beautiful restaurant, from the food to the staff we had such a lovely experience. We turned up without a booking and they managed yo accommodate us, but worth booking. The food was sublime. We had the cod bits and sashumi to start. For mains we had the, homemade lobster, shrimp Raviolone with crab bisque, seabass with celeriac mousse and Saffron Kritharoto. Wine was delicious and recommended as well. Service was excellent as they make you feel very welcome. Great atmosphere and location, as we sat outside, with2 beautiful fiat 500s. Very highly recommend?

This is our second visit to Corfu and third visit to Salto. Second time, we were kindly fit in without a reservation, third time we reserved. We shared the shrimp and lobster pasta in crab bisque, beef tagliata, and shoestring fries. All dishes were delicious, and the staff were helpful and attentive, and paired a lovely Greek wine to the pasta. Third time, the service was still efficient, all wines were chosen by the sommelier and explained per the dishes. We shared the halloumi, shrimp dumplings (a must!), the chicken ballotine (another must!) and the beef again. We then shared the millefeuille and semi freddo with a delicious apricot dessert wine. Thank you!

Got a last minute table at this restaurant/ wine bar and wasn't disappointed. Attentive waiters, but also incredibly busy. The fresh bread, olives and oil were delicious (extra charge), starters of ceviche and passion fruit was fresh and floral, halloumi with pistachio was tasty and the beetroot and gorgonzola salad was delicious.

Dinonisos is truly a great host, food is amazing, you can close your eyes and point to anything on the menu, and you will love it. Many thanks to Salto chefs, server Lefteris and specially Dionisos..

Salto was recommended to us by the incredibly friendly owners of the spice shop 'Sweet and Spicy' in Corfu Town (also highly recommended for delicious herbs). Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a clearly experienced waiter and welcomed with a lovely glass of bubbly. As we sat down, we were overwhelmed by the enticing options on the menu, and every dish we saw being served to other tables looked fantastic. Eventually, we decided on the exceptionally delicious tartare, paired with scallops and halloumi saganaki as starters. Each of these dishes was a top choice. For the main course, we selected the prawns and the lobster ravioli with bisque. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful and left us in awe. The waiter was also very helpful in selecting a perfect wine to complement our meal. Overall, we had a wonderful evening at Salto, one that I would highly recommend to everyone. Seriously, try the tartare and the ravioli – you won't regret it!

We really liked the food and the staff was really kind. Had to subtract a star because we were served and charged for a portion of (stale) bread we didn't order and we returned. This is prohibited in Greece if it happens to you btw.

We came here on the recommendation of a friend, and it was exceptional! There were plenty of servers who were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is combination of relaxed and classy, and we enjoyed the acoustic soundtrack of popular songs playing in the background. The lady who took our drinks order asked both my husband and me a few questions and gave us both a wine we loved. The food was mouth-watering. My two favourite dishes were the pistachio-crusted saganaki as an appetiser and the saffron seafood orzo as a main. This is a dinner I won’t be forgetting anytime soon!
