Wow. We had an incredible experience here. We walked in with a request for a small meat and cheese platter- they typically offer medium or large but were very accommodating to make something smaller. We gave minimal guidance about what to include, very general review feedback about a couple flavors we preferred to stay away from. We left and came back 30 min later to a beautiful platter that was very filling and incredibly delicious. My husband and I could not stop snacking. The cheeses were excellent, they made great pairings with the meat choices. They also added a nice mix of crackers, flavors and textures.. including grapes and local honey. There was a truffle cheese included that I am still thinking about. Can’t recommend enough, was thoroughly impressed, and will make a point to revisit.

If you appreciate authentic Italian flavor, then you’ll love Salumeria Sarto. From the focaccia to the espresso, it’s the real thing. I recently spent two weeks traveling thru the south of Italy visiting friends and family, and therefore was greatly appreciative to return to this outstanding salumeria. Grazie per tutto!

Enjoyed gorgeous, thinly sliced mortadella, with a piece of rosemary focaccia. Went to heaven. Now I'm back. Will return soon and often. Il più bello.

I’m pretty sure this wonderful place has closed. Please convince me I am wrong.

Yelp
This place is amazing and they made me one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The store is run by a couple and the man behind the counter told me that he could make me any sandwich. He was willing to engage with me as I weighed the options and really cared about making me the perfect sandwich. I had a sopressata and mortadella with mozzarella di bufala and roasted red peppers. He also added some basil to it, which was perfect. The meats were sliced perfectly thin and the ratio of meat to cheese was perfect. The bread was also perfect for this sandwich, not to fluffy, not to dense. When he handed it to me it was clear that he had taken great pride in it. You don't find this kind of artisan care anymore and it is really special. The crazy part is that it was only $12! That sandwich would have been $18-$20 somewhere else. They told me that they also do dinners for 16 people once a week. I can't wait to go back and

Yelp
You should go here. Ask them to make you something. Anything. It's all amazing. Get a sandwich. Or a cheese board. Or some antipasti. Go to their tasting dinners. Small, intimate venue with a welcoming vibe. Like being in someone's home. Just go.
