This was my first visit to Beverly Grove and I have to say it was a spectacular experience because of the staff at Salvatore Ferragamo! I came to Beverly Grove on an errand to look at luggage, but decided to make a spontaneous stop into Ferragamo. I had recently seen an amazing Ferragamo purple satin pump while in Tokyo and came to the Beverly Grove store to see if they had my size. Unfortunately they're not carrying this style yet in the U.S., however, the staff made me feel completely welcome and asked if I'd like to try anything else Their warm hospitality especially impressed me because I was quite underdressed, which usually makes me uncomfortable in high-end luxury brand stores. Not the case here! The sales associates treated me as if I had shopped exclusively with them for decades. Their kind attitudes toward me matched the overall atmosphere of the store which is elegant, but not fussy. Special thanks to Pooya Edalat who helped me try on a different pair of pumps and to another fun gentleman who showed me a matching evening bag and played a fun "The Price Is Right" style game with me to guess the price. When I decide to select my next pair of special shoes, I'll definitely return to the Beverly Grove location.

This designer boutique shop isn’t cheap, but if quality is what you’re after then it’s really the only way to go. Top tier quality and a professional staff that you would only find in a high end store like this make your shopping experience a memorable one (in a good way)!!

My wife wanted a Wallet to match her Ferragamo Purse so the best place to go is the actual Ferragamo Store. This one is located in the Beverly Center. This is a really big Mall but we found it easily. Tons of parking available. The store had no other customers while we were there so we had good service from Staff. It's clean and well organized with plenty of selection. She got what she was looking for and was quite happy about it. She looked at Sunglasses while waiting for her item. Afterwards we looked for food services but got lost upstairs mainly from the Escalators that go up but no down ones near which is strange. I prefer to go to Fashion Square or the Galleria because of their well organized layout but there are no Ferragamo stores there. I would not recommend the Beverly Center to go shopping, it's just too big.

Ed went above and beyond to help me find one and even cleaned up to make sure it looks all nice etc since I am giving it out as a gift. The type of costumer service he provided was beyond amazing! Staff had great hospitality! One of the older men definitely made my shopping experience better! The atmosphere was great! Doesn’t disappoint coming here!

The stuff is so dishonest. My mom bought a pair of shoes which are 495 dollar. The stuff swipe my credit card inside a room which I can’t see what he did. Then he put machine to us which shows the price is 550 dollar. We show the price in the label to him. He changed the price by just typing on the screen but not scanning it. When we went back to the hotel, we found the phone number in the recipe are not ours. What a terrible shopping experience. How such unprofessional and dishonest merchant behavior exists. I still feel every angery. This behavior is absolute cheating and fraud.

I am a great Ferragamo fan and customer for the past 15 years. Couple months ago I went to Beverly Center store to have my son's Ferragamo belt cut and the manager John Mooney was very friendly, accommodating and serving me, even if that day I did not buy anything he showed what a stellar customer service skill is. all the Ferragamo managers should learn from this guy. Thanks John for your great attitude.

I walked in and was greeted by an empty store and 2 smiling employees. I mentioned that I was in soley for a belt adjustment and they both took a look and gave me two recommendations and their reasoning. A 3rd employee approached me and offered refreshments. Great service!

Jimmy is the best Super friendly and attentive I was here for shopping some holiday gifts He helped me pick the gift with a lot of patience And finally help me wrap it with beautiful velvet bow It eases me a lot of tension and stress

THIS IS FOR THE RODEO DRIVE LOCATION BY THE WAY! THE RUDEST SALES PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET If you see two young girls one blonde hair and one with dark hair. You will get harassed. The blonde I believe is 23 years old she told me?! The dark hair woman was the one who I believed sold me the shoes a couple years ago and scammed me! 2 years ago her hair WAS BLONDE NOW ITS BLACK! Just so people can know who they are. For starters, THE SHOES LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE THEY CAME OUT OF THE DOLLAR STORE! YOU COULD SEE THE GLUE ON MY DIAMOND OF MY SHOE! And I paid $1000!!! No thank you! I came in and immediately they acted like they were wayyy better than me and I'm like a "tweaker" coming into their store. It's just a job, just be nice. And I was as nice as I could be and kept my patience! I had purchased a pair of heels for my wedding about two years prior from 2024. I was told that I could come in anytime to get them cleaned up or polished if needed. The lady helping us went to the back of the room had a box with the "new pair" of shoes. We leave. I open the box and the shoes were dirty at the bottom. I WAITED TO COME IN FOR SO LONG, bc I WAS TOLD I CAN GET THEM CLEANED WHENEVER! I come in about a week or so ago. I have never met such rude Sales people in my entire life. BOTH OF THE WOMEN STOOD THERE BEHIND THE COUNTER BERATING ME! They said, who told you that? "There is nothing we can do for you""Obviously if you walk with those shoes, dirt will be on the bottom of them" NOOO REALLY! lol I stated I have NEVER WORN THESE AND THIS IS HOW THEY CAME OUT! I was so nervous and way too nice so they wouldn't be more mean. Then finally a gentlemen helps me and gets a random brush from the back and gets the "Stains" off! Worst customer service ever. They make you feel like you are so small, not important, and better than you! I hope the manager of this store can teach these ladies how to have a better sales attitude , and to not judge a book by its cover. Will NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN

The customer service here was pathetic. I walked in with my boyfriend and was completely ignored by the 4 SAs standing by the counter. I tried to make eye contact because I was looking for something specific, but that was unsuccessful; I was still ignored while they chatted away. Someone finally walked over to help me after I started to browse, but I was quite disappointed and put off by the poor experience, so I left. There was only one other woman in the store with her partner, too, so it's not like they were busy. I'm perfectly happy taking my business to Jimmy Choo (impeccable service, just a few steps away) and Valentino (even if it means heading to Rodeo Drive) instead...

I would like to take time out to render the highest level of accolades to my sales representative Austin Shin ! Your superb customer service is everything I look for in my buying experiences. Having bought a bunch of things from this store, I've noticed, recently, that the customer service is not as great as it was before. Most recently I had an issue with a pair of sunglasses; I believe I was given the manager to speak to and he flippantly suggested that i needed to call some other party to deal with that. Not at all what I would expect from a higher end retailer.

I love this Salvatore Ferragamo store! If you ever need some nice casual clothing, a nice pair of shoes or quality Italian leather goods... check out this Ferragamo store and ask for Joseph. He will hook you up and provide you with awesome customer service. That's all... you can thank me later.

Last I asked my favorite associate Ms.Bryant isn't working at this location anymore (moved to Rodeo Dr.) She would make it an exceptional experience by tailoring to my needs and broadening my options.

This review is not for the store but rather the company. Shoes are getting more and more expensive and quality is not there anymore . Shoes fall apart, fashion jewlery doesn't last and their bags scratch easily. So annoying when you buy a female bag for your girlfriend and it shows scratchmarks after the 2nd time wearing it. Quality not there anymore .

This boutique is gorgeous. The merchandise is absolutely beautiful and you can see the quality. It's great for both men and women. I highly recommend.

Friendly staff but the Beverly Center mall is under construction which makes it a hassle to visit this location. The young lady who helped me here was very friendly over the phone and in person.

Of all the brands that make leather products for men, Ferragamo is definitely in my handful of favorites. I have had a Ferragamo belt for about five years and it has not moved despite me wearing it *every* day. Ferragamo was a master leather worker above everything else. That's why the belts last, the wallets are solid and the shoes are both comfortable and durable; not to mention that the styles are young and fresh (but for the older audience, they also keep the classic models). When I spend over $200 for a belt, I may be afraid to even use it because I wouldn't want to damage it. You don't have to feel that way here. These products are luxury, high quality but can take a beating. That's sort of my pre-requisite if I'm going to invest in something nice. On another note, if you head to the ladies store, their silk scarves with these lovely colorful motifs make excellent gifts for older women (like mom and grandma)...I have made many a happy lady in my family with these gifts, plus, you don't have to worry about picking up the wrong size!

GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!! I had put something on hold for my BF as a present for graduation, when I got to the store the sales associate informed me someone would get it for me. Out walked Beli, the general manager of the store, dressed in grey slim suit, all clean cut lines and a pair of timeless this season's farragamos! He showed me the money clip to verify it was indeed the right item, then proceeded to offer my friend and I waters, sodas and other beverages. I declined, but my friend asked for water, Beli quickly returned with 2 small bottles of Fiji water. During the course of the transaction, Beli made small talk which made me very comfortable. After he completed the transaction, he inquired whether I wanted the item gift wrapped. I said "that would be wonderful!" He did a wonderful job with the wrapping - box, ribbons, bag, gift receipt, the whole shabang! After which, he introduced himself and offered me his business card. Overall, one of the best shopping experiences ever!!!

I dropped off a pair of shoes a year ago for repair and NO ONE ever followed up. I have been calling every month to follow up. They originally told me 6-8weeks... If they had told me it would be this long, I wouldn't have paid them to repair it. I also dropped off another pair of shoes at the same time and miraculously THAT one was repaired on time... It's not like the style of their shoes change SO much that it takes THIS long for a part. It wasn't even one of the odd-patterned high heeled sandals... It's a PUMP. I will NEVER buy their products again. It's unfortunate that I spent so much money on buying their products before. Go buy Burberry, LV, Prada, Gucci, Louboutin... ANYTHING ELSE but Ferragamo.

My kinda store. Very classy and chic. The associates are very professional, articulate, well versed and dressed. The store layout is quite alluring too. Mainly because it's bight AND dark. I know that makes little sense, but it's like the store is contoured with many shadows and a dark essense all over it while at the same time, it provides ample light and is nicely brightened, just enough to see the wonderful products they offer. Since first introduced to SF, I have been a fan and this location continues to exemplify the excellence that Ferragamo demands as a company. I'm a fan...

If I could give 0 that would be the best rate they deserve. This store employees are rude, think they own the company, and spoiled brats! I returned an item 3 weeks ago and haven't received the check for my cash purchase. Horrible horrible service . If you want to buy a gift or anything for yourself just use department stores that carry This brand so the return doesn't take almost a month + you don't have to deal with the nasty customer service.

Michelle and the other guy that looks like Buzz light year in the face are down-to-earth and one of the reasons why I shop @Ferragamo 5 stars for you guys
