They had delicious taco Al pastor and the waitress was very sweet snd kind enough to let my friends and I practice ordering in Spanish!

The waiter was so sweet and very accommodating. I ordered the chorizo tacos and a pupusa and it was delicious!

Super warm and welcoming place! All the staff was so sweet and nice. Food was amazing and delicious, and not super pricy. Definitely recommend for either a quick bite or a sit down meal. Get the passion fruit juice! They also speak both Spanish and English, so it's very easy to communicate. :)

I had the pupusa tacos and they were top notch! All of the house made salsas were on point as well 👌🏼 Great food, great atmosphere & great prices. I will be back!

Cute little place with a cozy atmosphere. Tortilla chips were perfect thickness, and the polla pupusa were incredible. I had just two, and it was a full meal. Prices were great too. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely be back.

Great pupusas! With a household that grew up eating pupusas made at home, we were very happy with these good pupusas! The regular size pupusa revuelta was really good - good consistency and didn’t just fall apart. The pupusa loca is a giant pupusa, about 2.5 times the size of a regular! It as a frijol con queso was also really good. The chimichanga de carne was good and made with steak. They have several mocktails on the menu — the virgin mojito was really well made! Fresh and not overly sugar syrupy. Recommend it, too. Our server was very kind and good. Overall, a very good Salvadorean-Mexican restaurant. Welcome to the neighborhood, Salvimex!

Place was such a vibe. So cute and fresh been needing a spot like this in the d.c area for a while. Price is crazy good! Food is amazing! Drinks like the horchata and marañon so bomb. Gonna apply to learn how to cook like them ❤️🥰 my new spot, happy they opened up!
