Oakland Dive Bar Smitty’s Cocktails Will Reopen After Sitting Dark Since March 2020 | Eater SF

"I'm reporting that James Beard Award-winning chef Sam Choy has opened a restaurant inside North Lake Tahoe's Incline Bowl called Ohana Diner; it serves lunch and dinner and features dishes such as Spam musubi, poke, and a kalua pork sandwich, bringing Choy's Pacific Rim influence to Tahoe's shores (SFGATE has the full story)." - Lauren Saria

Ono grinds in Incline Village?🤙Best of all, prices are reasonable, which is saying a lot for this town. Yes, you are eating in a bowling alley, so the atmosphere is casual. We had the Mahi Mahi Tacos and the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, both were great.👍 There is a full bar too.

Google
I really liked the mahi mahi tacos 🌮 and the spicy spam musubi! The salad dressing was so good. The garlic salt and pepper chicken wings were really really salty I do not recommend. Atmosphere was very nice and happy mood and service was great. It is inside a bowling 🎳 alley place so you can eat and then bowl if you want. Seats r comfy

Really good hawaiian meatball bowl and salmon bowl!! Fun ambience as it’s inside Bowl Incline. Great service

Love this place. It's located at Bowl Incline, which has been wonderfully remodeled. In the summer they have a great outdoor seating area with yard games where the kids can run around. Staff is always friendly and efficient, and almost everything I've had has been good. I love the spam musubi and the pork belly ramen, though the musubi has about twice the rice that you would get in Hawaii. Burgers and tacos are also good. The thin crust pizza, however, is abysmal. The crust is worse than the worst frozen pizza from your local grocery store - really disappointing.

I am surprised this place doesn't have more reviews! We loved it! We ate outside. There were outdoor games. There's a bowling alley and arcade inside. The food was amazing! I had the Hawaiian meatballs bowl. My husband had the poke bowl. Our friends had the sticky chicken bowl and teriyaki chicken bowl. Everyone loved their food.

Google
You might pass on this restaurant because you are thinking it’s bowling alley food. Do not! The food was delicious. Some members of our party love and eat poke regularly. They were excited when they realized this was a Sam Choy, the godfather of poke, restaurant. My husband said it’s the best poke he’s ever had. Our server was not the greatest, but a nearby server recognized that and stepped in to help. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to give us the best experience.

Google
Great place to hang out, with bocce courts and other backyard games. A bit shady in the afternoon but otherwise great. Food is a different story. Poke should be the star, but it feels like it is more of a planet reflecting the light the name gives it. It lacks character and it gets covered by sauces, never a great sign when it comes to raw (ehm marinated) fish. Spam roll is a bit of a mess, with no clear flavor. I’m

We just left Sam Choy's after having the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. We had reservations and showed up promptly. After being seated, we waited 20 minutes with no server coming to our table. We had to get up and find someone to bring us water and ask for a server. Once we got a server and water, we had to flag her down again to order appetizers. When they were delivered, we had no plates or utensils and again had to flag someone down to bring these to us which came randomly from 3 different servers we had to flag down. We told our server we were feeling a little neglected and even went to the front desk to ask for a manager, which obviously did no good. When we told our server we would like to order she left our table and continue to take orders from other tables. In the meantime, the table next to us came after and their server was constantly at their table tending to them. After an hour, we decided to leave. I asked the hostess for the manager and it took nearly 15 minutes from the manager to come out. Come to find out, she is one of the owners and offered NOTHING! She said they were very busy and sometimes that just happens. She just stared at us as if she truly didn't care. BEING BUSY SHOULD NOT MEAN BAD SERVICE!! I will never recommend this place to anyone, just because of the owner's attitude.

Yelp
This place is overrated. The wings were super dry and salty. The proscuitto & burrata pizza was handled the wrong way: they loaded the crust with way too much jam, and they baked the prosciutto and burrata with the pizza, which totally ruined the whole thing. They serve a locomoco - esque dish with no gravy and egg. How is that even possible at a place that has "Ohana" in its name? It's like serving tacos without salsa. The poke nachos had very little fish and too much chips. Bottom line is: come here for the beer and tots, but skip the rest.

Yelp
Delicious hidden gem, absolutely worth the stop. Get the sweet and sticky chicken bowl and musubi appetizer! Service was delightful and the ambiance is relaxed and fun. FYI - It is a bowling alley, right next to you for the indoor portion, so keep that in mind. Would visit again in a heartbeat!

Yelp
"Ohana" is the Hawaiian word for "family" This comfortable, pleasant companion to Bowl Incline has a nice menu of creative comfort foods, served by a friendly staff. The standout dish is the Sweet and Sticky Chicken Bowl...delicious pieces of crispy chicken with a choice of two sides. Also enjoyed the Teriyaki Chicken but did need to ask for extra sauce as it was a bit dry. The fresh giant soft pretzel with cheese sauce and sweet mustard was delicious. Hoping to make another visit soon.

Yelp
When our group from LA hit town they said they had to come to the Ohana. For a few it was the first time in Tahoe, but, they had heard about a Poke joint with wings, fries, spam, pretzels and......PIZZA? A) How is it I've never heard of it? B) Maybe I'll take a pass on this one. So glad I didn't. We literally had two guys order Incline bowls. One with Skirt Steak, one with Teriyaki Chicken. Both tasted unbelievable. Two bowl burgers, a salmon wrap and of course, a Hawaiian pizza. Dale L and I split two other orders. More 2 come The girls ordered this nasty wasty spicy Spam with egg and rice wrapped in nori called Wusubi. Everything around the spam was yummy. Did they have to put the s*** in there? If you love spam you'll love this! Two must try items are the Mahimahi Tacos and the Godfathers Poke Bowl. This is what I talked Dale into splitting. When you're in an eatery with the legendary Sam Choy's name on it. You had better ask for all the Hawaiian you can eat. Knowing that, we scored and I have a new buddy! I talked the table into trying the Edamame Hummus. Bittersweet. The California Kids didn't like it so I got the lion's share. It tasted great! Are you sure you're from Cali? When this group gets together we send food around the table or cut off samples for everyone else. A taste testing gala. Sam made a huge positive impression. Interesting. Should have seen their faces when we told them we're headed to a bowling alley!!!!! Unfortunately, the afternoon was almost ruined by a server with a severe attitude. Turns out one of the other servers is a family friend and tells me that landing a group of eight really pissed the other one off. You couldn't have switched groups? Upon hearing this the Delegation Lead buys everyone another round. Making a third afternoon mixer for a few. Thank God these people are chauffeured everywhere. The decor was a throw back. Very comfortable and inviting but nothing all that special. The cost? I feel funny commenting on price because these groups almost always cover my end. It's my opinion that it's a bit pricey but remember you're in Incline Village. Still, I feel it's reasonable. You really come here for the incredible Island dining experience. That comes at a price. 01/25

Yelp
This place is a vibe. Easy going, great service and clean. Our food came out so quick. Portions were big! Not over-seasoned, well balanced and really had a great amount of variety on the menu. Very happy we tried the food here, will be back for food in the future and to bowl.

Yelp
Wow! This was a surprise for us. We've had some ok dining experiences around Tahoe but this was by far our favorite and out of this world!! We are huge musubi and poke fans and didn't expect to get this up here in Tahoe. Super fun location. Great service and wonderful selection on the menu for any appetite. Thanks for taking great care of us!

Yelp
Man, what a surprise. We have been talking about trekking up to check out Sam Choy's 'Ohana diner. Not only do they have great food there is so much fun to be enjoyed. You can bocce, play in the arcade, and go bowling. Glad we finally made it. Good times.
google avatar

Yelp
Laura Ann is a fantastic and attentive server! This is possibly the best casual restaurant in all of Lake Tahoe ... sticky chicken, meatballs, watermelon salad ... absolutely delicious. Great beer/bar menu! Outside patio on a nice evening is perfection!

Yelp
Sam Choy's Ohana Diner is located inside a bowling alley. It's a great location for families as it combines the ambiance of a fun bowling alley/arcade with a Hawaiian themed diner serving vintage greasy spoon island food. Sam Choy is well known as the Godfather of Hawaiian cooking and the menu reflects that. Small bites to share or large plates of diners to share, choice is abundant and everything has a Hawaiian twist. This is a great location for a big family or just for kids to hang on a weekend. You can either sit at the table for table service or order it to be eaten at your lane. The space is clean, parking abundant and just all around fun. The food is homestyle Hawaiian, meaning Hawaiian BBQ, poke, loco moco and other breakfast items. For my taste, the poke tacos were great, but since we were there for brunch the loco moco definitely hit the spot. Who is this place for? Large families looking for a family gathering. Birthday parties and just friends looking for a fun place to hang on the weekend. Who is this place not for? If you're looking for ambiance and fine dining then you should look elsewhere. Overall, don't come with expectations and you'll leave happy.

Yelp
If you have been to Hawaii, you have probably heard of "Sam Choy." He no longer has restaurants there, so it was a little nostalgic to here his name on a restaurant in Incline Village. The food is good and lives up to his reputation. It is located in an upscale and renovated bowling alley. We went during shoulder season, but during peak summer times, they have different menus for the dining, bowlers, and even the upstairs dining area. The owners are very nice and have wonderful stories to share. Just remember to make reservations during the busy season.

Yelp
We are hiking along Tahoe's trails, fresh from a funeral. The youths among us were whining for food, and I'm on the hunt for an eatery that allows me to do more than order a side of green beans. Then, as if summoned by the event horizon that is teenager hunger, we stumble upon the treasure that is Sam Choy's. This place isn't just a restaurant; it's a culinary carnival in the heart of the Sierra Nevadas. Craving some Hawaiian-style sushi that'll knock your flip-flops off? Sam Choy's has got you covered. In the mood to throw a few bowling strikes or toss pétanque balls like you're strolling through the south of France? They're ready for you. And oh, ever heard of Cornhole? They've got that and a bunch of other games that I swear were invented by someone after a few too many ciders. Speaking of which, the cider here? Absolutely bonkers. I could sip on that all day, lounging outside under the sun. I absolutely am in love with this place!!!i

Yelp
Great variety of Hawaii food, including poke bowls, salads, pizza, and sandwiches. This place is located in a bowling alley and also has a big outdoor patio. Food is good but a little over priced. If you are planning to bowl before or after eating then it makes sense, but otherwise, might not be worth it. Overall, very fun place with arcade games, bowling alley, great beer selection but if you really just want food it was average.

Yelp
Had a great time! We ate the spicy spam musubi starter and the poke nachos. Both were absolutely delicious! The nacho chips were freshly fried! We had a pitcher of beer and the dragon fruit mojito. Both great The service is really good! The people are nice ! Enjoy the bowling and get food right to your lane!

Yelp
What a funny place! The restaurant's name is on the sign near the street but not on the building so when we pulled into the parking lot we were still looking for a restaurant. The building is a bowling alley and the restaurant is inside, not separate from the bowling alley. The good news is that the food is really good. My friend is from Hawaii and she loved her BBQ chicken bowl. I got the salmon sandwich which was super and came with yummy fries but nothing was hot which is why only 4 stars. Seriously, nothing was hot. This may be because there was not much staff because there were so few customers for lunch. At any rate, we both said we would go back which for us is the whole rating!

Yelp
Had the pleasure of eating at Sam Choy's with my family while on vacation and it was the best food experience we had while staying in incline! The food was delicious - we had all sorts of items poke tacos, spicy chicken tacos, teriyaki chicken bowl and more. We enjoyed that the teriyaki chicken was not overly coated in sauce, and the poke was super good and the soft tortilla with crispy one inside of it was so great and gave great texture! I personally got the spicy fried chicken tacos and the spice level was perfect! And afterwards we got to bowl at the alley inside! If you're ever thinking "oh dinner at a bowling alley" on this occasion - quite worth it! They also have games on the lawn to play (i.e. cornhole) it gave very brewery vibes which was so cool! The service was good - a bit confusing on who our server was specifically but everyone was helpful!

Yelp
I've been wanting to visit one of Sam Choy's restaurants and glad I found one while visiting North Tahoe! We had the godfather poke salad and the sweet and sticky chicken. Both were absolutely fantastic. The tuna in the poke was so fresh - it just melts in your mouth. The veggies made for perfect bites of refreshing crispy flavor. The chicken was really good and unique - sweet, salty, with a crisp skin and chewy texture! The restaurant / bowling is an odd combo but they have a really nice outdoor space so you don't have to hear what's going on in the bowling alley. Also, the place is immaculately clean and updated. I do wish I took a few pictures of the outdoor area however I did grab a fun t-shirt on my way out!

Yelp
Food was fire. So were the fire pits. We ordered the Kailua pork fries (wish they added more pork), poke nachos (wish they added more poke) and truffle mushroom pizza. The pizza was def the best of the three. We just chilled while it downpoured for an hour under the awning. It was refreshing. The service was slow though but bc we had nowhere else to be it didn't matter. I would def be back.

Yelp
Awesome all the way! Poke tacos, or any bowl or pizza! Excellent service-Pliny on Tap. Good wine selection!

Yelp
We had a reservation for the 2 of us and we were quickly seated at a table for 2. Our server was excellent but I did not catch her name. I started with a Ketel One tonic. My wife ordered the crispy fried chicken sandwich with crispy thin fries. I ordered the Obana poke salad. We shared our meals after we ate half of our meal. Both dishes were delicious. There was an upstairs room for other dishes where we had eaten before but we chose to eat food that would reconsidered as BAR FOOD. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a family meal.

Yelp
Aloha in Tahoe! Restaurant with a side of bowling. Had a seminar to attend over the weekend so we prepped for classy Incline Village pizza, barbecue, and burgers. Much to our surprise, this luau within a bowling alley attracted us for not just one visit, but three times! Nothing says Five Star better than repeat visits. Highly Recommend for Five Senses: Kalua Pork and Poke tacos! They add bulk combination of flavorful ingredients on strategically-placed homemade nacho chips inside the soft tortilla. Thus, they created a delivery system into my mouth that delivered the perfect crunch and flavors with the right timing and sequence. So not only were they beautiful to the sight, incredibly tasty, had inviting scents, provided perfect mouthfeel, but they surprisingly offered sounds of crunching essence that officially rang all five senses! Additional Recommendation: the Spam Musubi (either spicy or regular) is a majestic work of art. Best looking Spam Musubi in the planet-- right there in Lake Tahoe! The Service: Extremely attentive, and with some of the fusion complexities, the super friendly staff and servers were top-notched with matching us with their recommendations when we needed assistance. The Extras: You can take your food down to the bowling area and have a fun time while crunching on your tacos. Incredible and unique ambiance not found anywhere else!!

Yelp
What a fun spot! The tables overlook the bowling lanes and there is also an arcade and a large bar area. Kids can watch the bowling action and it's pretty loud in there so they won't cause a scene if they get a little rowdy. My daughter was skeptical when I suggested eating at a bowling alley, but we enjoyed it so much we came back a few days later. The first night I had the Poke Tacos and she had the Noodle Mania. We both loved our dishes - 5 stars! Our server was very friendly and was on top of things even though the place was packed for ski week. On our second visit we both ordered chicken bowls - mine was the Sweet N' Sticky fried chicken and she got the teriyaki chicken. Here came with salad and rice. I upgraded to broccoli and fried rice. The portions were pretty large, and the entrees were cheaper than what we ordered the first time but we both thought they weren't quite as good as the tacos and noodles. Better value but not as tasty. The sauce that came on the teriyaki chicken tasted similar to the sweet and sticky chicken and fried rice so probably would stick with the non-fried options and be mildly more healthy. They also had Dole Whip - prices weren't posted but I think it was $7 for a whip or $8 for a float where they add some Sprite. We didn't bowl but dropped some coin in the arcade both times. The food is expensive but is so good and if you are on vacation go ahead and splurge!

Yelp
My daughter picked this spot from yelp specifically for the menu options. I wasn't expecting much since the photos online mostly show indoor bowling. I assumed it would just be like bar food, etc. We're traveling from out of town and brought our very well behaved dog. We didn't expect to bring him indoors and we're hoping for maybe a bistro table outside or something. However, upon arrival we were surprised to find a gorgeous outdoor patio with umbrella seating, patio furniture, bocce ball, corn hole, and a full bar. Very family-friendly, clean, fresh! I feel like other people need to see this area so I'm attaching photos. Our server Ariel was amazing, friendly, super helpful and very personable. The food was awesome! We ordered the Korean chicken fried sandwich, the spicy musubi, kids cheeseburger meals & fries (which came with dole whip for dessert!), a chicken club sandwich, the edamame, and the pretzel. Everyone loved their meals! Looking forward to coming back again when we're in the area.

Yelp
Went with some skepticism, having been burned by celebrity chef places in the past. Started with walking into a clean bowling place with new booths and a great vibe. Bowling lanes are new and clean, not your normal bowling place. Staff were welcoming and took our order quickly. Ordered chicken teriyaki bowl, grilled cheese (added slice of tomato) W/tomato soup, and chicken bacon ranch deep dish pizza. While waiting we sat at the bar, to my surprise they had Pliny Elder on tap and it did not disappoint! Food was ordered to go and ready in 20 minutes. Teriyaki chicken came with a very large portion of fried rice and the taste was great. Pizza turned out to be a medium sized gourmet pizza with heaps of chicken and thick smoked bacon chunks, amazing flavors working together. Grilled cheese and tomato soup also met expectations. Plan to put this place on our must go to every time we are in Tahoe!

Stephanie P.

Yelp
Wow! We had an amazing time on the outdoor patio. Music Monday was an amazing time. Where do I even begin? The food was AMAZING. We loved the new Lane 17 lounge food... Our server, Willie was very attentive and helpful. Willie had great insight on the food and was very knowledgeable about the restaurant. What great employees!

Yelp
Decided to come here during Memorial Day weekend so we made sure to make a reservation ahead of time. Really enjoyed our food! My absolute favorite was the Kalua Pork Fries. The sauce on there was like crack. Wings and spam musubi were great, too. The only thing that could've been better was the poke nachos. The texture and consistency of the wonton chips seemed off and way too doughy. I would prefer them to be crispier and thinner. Poke itself tasted nice, tho. Very cute place and I couldn't stop looking around at the cool decor. Also fun if you want to bowl. You can get the food delivered to your lane.

Yelp
Highly DO NOT recommend this place. The owner is well in over their head. We had a reservation and after 20 mins of no one stopping by our table we finally stopped a server and barely got water. Then after 40 mins got an appetizer in where we had to ask for plates, silverware and napkins which all came at separate times with multiple people asked. We asked the front for help in getting actual service after another 20 mins of no one coming we decided to leave. We asked to speak to a manager on the way out. It took 15 mins for a manager to come out. After telling her what happened she said I'm sorry I can't do anything, I'm too busy. Then mentioned she is part owner. Do not support this place, especially if you are on vacation and expect to have service.

Yelp
If I could leave lower review trust me I would I came here with my family. As soon as we dig into our food it was so salty we asked for a new batch on two different kind of wings and were told they use the same sauce for both wings so they weren't even different flavored. Yes we got a refund but two different workers came to talk to us. The "sweet" wings were even saltier than the garlic salt, yes I understand for the second one but that tasted like pure salt. I also got an alcoholic drink and the server was so rude! I came up he looked so uninterested to serve me when I came up and said hello he just looked at me like I was bothering him he was much interested in talking to a different customer who seemed that was a regular there but I can't believe the attitude I got from him, no hello, no smile, just okay on my drink and walked away to make it. The whole ambiance of this place felt cheap and abandoned now we understand why nobody comes here.

Yelp
What a great find. One of the nicest cleanest most modern bowling alleys I have come across. We didn't even go there to bowl, but rather to eat dinner. Great Hawaiian infusion food in Lake Tahoe of all places. The restaurant could stand alone, but paired with bowling was quite a treat. There is even a small arcade with clean, modern games for the kids. But back to the food, everything we tried was excellent, including the kids meals. Will definitely come back.

Yelp
Picked up an order of Sticky Crispy Chicken Bowl to go. It was delicious. Tangy, and a good portion. The steamed and lightly charred broccoli was also perfectly seasoned. Staff was eager to help. The Bowl is a fun (and loud) environment and a great IV asset.

Yelp
We visited here and got a little worried when we pulled into the parking lot and there was only one vehicle. It was noon when we arrived. We thought maybe it was closed but the neon signs showed open. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by staff and asked if we wanted to bowl or eat or both. Initially we wanted to eat so we started there. We had the options to eat outside which had a great outdoor setting in both sun and shade. The outdoor area also had cornhole and large connect four games. We opted to stay inside which was fun too. Chill diner feel to it with the seating and colors. Right behind us was the bar, arcade, billiards, stairs to the upstairs area, and desk for setting up bowling. In front of us were all the bowling lanes, which you could also order food and drink down there. The food was good and decent portion size. We did decide to bowl afterwards. You pay for bowling by the hour. It was fun and by the time we left there were more people there bowling.

Yelp
The food here is always the best. The service and ambiance are fun and energetic. My go to order is the poke nachos followed by a delicious non-dairy dole whip. My partner usually orders something different each time and has never been disappointed with his choices. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

Vini C.

Yelp
Great food and extremely family friendly, especially sitting outside and letting the kids dance and roam around a bit. Tiffany, the host at the front, got our table of 7 in despite the dinner rush and was extremely accommodating. They were very busy but food and drinks still came out in a timely manner. Great Mai Tai and short ribs!

Yelp
I'm rating the food a 5! Hubby had Godfather's Poke Bowl, I had Poke Tacos, and we had a little Sweet & Sticky Chicken too. All 5 out of five! The atmosphere gets a 3 1/2 only because it's just so loud in there. Don't get me wrong, there are bowling, pool tables. arcade games and not to mention football on many of the giant and regular TVs. A busy and fun environment, very family-friendly! Adding club-level music noise is just too much. Everyone I saw sitting together was shouting to be heard by the person right next to them. All of that said, the great service and amazing food still earn this restaurant a 5!
google avatar

Janet F.

Yelp
We ordered the mahi tacos, poke taco and meatball pizza. Followed by dole whip and Ube cheesecake. The flavor was delicious. Portions were large. Not cheap but hey it's worth it. Cute 50's diner decor. So excited to have another go to in Incline Village!

Yelp
What a difference a year makes! We decided to give this place one more try based on recent good reviews and the fact we wanted to go bowling (always fun). Unlike our previous visits, the restaurant was fully staffed with friendly and attentive servers. Food came out relatively quickly and we got several refills. No more having to find our own pitcher of water! Overall the food was as delicious as ever. The visit wasn't perfect though. We were seated at a table near the entrance which was noisy and had a lot of foot traffic passing by. We asked to move to an empty table across the way, but they said it was reserved for a party coming in 15 minutes. (We had reservations too.) I didn't remember to look at the end, but at least as of when we ordered dessert the table was still empty. We shared a couple new (for us) menu items which disappointed slightly. The pretzel was fine but unremarkable. The churro fries were dry and underwhelming though a generous amount. Despite the minor complaints, we were very pleased with our experience and will now happily return!

Yelp
Really cool vibe and great food. The Korean fried chicken sandwich was our favorite followed by the Poki nachos! The salt and pepper chicken wings and the tater tots were crispy and well seasoned. Friendly service and a good assortment of arcade games. The bowling lanes were fully booked so we couldn't bowl but maybe next time!

Yelp
Fun to eat overlooking the bowling lanes. This is definitely family friendly. Good service and a good selection of beers, cocktails, pizza, tacos, and bowls. We both had the poke bowl, which was quite good, though there wasn't much poke and at $30 it was pricey for what you get. Still, if you are looking for a bit in a lively, fun setting, it is worth trying out. They also have arcade games and a bar and the decor is super cute.

Winn F.

Yelp
To all the husbands out there enjoying their vacation I advise you to not go here. We had horrible service and of course as we all know that became my problem and then I get to deal with a hungry wife who is in a bad mood. Not worth the 30mins to just get a drink and a hangry wife.

Yelp
I'm so happy we found Ohana Diner! We've been here three times and can't wait to go back again. The service is great, the atmosphere is fun, the food is tasty - what's not to love about this place?! My personal favourite is the Sweet 'n Sticky Chicken Bowl with fried rice and macaroni/potato salad. We've also tried the Spam Musubi, Poke Nachos, Mahi Mahi Tacos, Godfathers Poke Salad, Incline Noodle Mania and the Dole Whip. I'd recommend trying any/all of them. It's great that there's an awesome restaurant nearby that offers something other than the usual burgers/steaks/pizzas etc.

Yelp
Seems like a brand new place, or at least they've renovated it recently. It's within the Incline bowling alley. Service is friendly and attentive, the menu has a lot of variety. I should have tried the poke bowl, but got interested in the Kalua pork fries. The sweet chicken bowl was probably the most flavorful thing we tried. The mahi mahi tacos were crunchy and had some unique ideas. The bowling side again looks new with stepping stools for kids in the bathroom and over priced arcades and bar.

Yelp
Fantastic, friendly service, great place for kids and adults. Sure, food is semi pricey but well worth it as the quality, creativity, and portions are impressive. Also it's incline village people. Fun games outside, super chic retro decor and clean. Poke tacos were insanely good as was the summer special watermelon, arugula and ricotta salad.

Yelp
I honestly had low expectations for this restaurant in a bowling alley but I'm happy to report I was very wrong! Tam and her team took excellent care of us! They were super attentive and friendly, really giving us that aloha spirit from the islands haha and the food was delicious! We tried many things including the wings (excellent flavor we tried the most popular sweet one) and the wings were still crispy and not dry! The poke salad - fresh fish, edamame, seaweed salad and more over mixed greens with a tasty dressing. The PB and J pizza (pineapple bacon jalepeno) which was super flavorful and had a good kick to it! There wasn't much crust but crispy cheese on the end! And also the delicious fish tacos which I highly suggest you ask for lime on the side to add a little something! Overall a great experience! And next time I'd stay to bowl or just hang out since the bowling alley is newly remodeled!! Almost forgot we missed out on churro fries because they ran out but we got the pineapple dole whip to share and that's always a treat! Thanks Tam and team for a great time!!

Yelp
Five stars for ambiance, five stars for good service, five stars for good vibes, but knocking off two stars for the food being kind of terrible? Like very salty and basically mall food. Especially the fried rice which is just rice doused in soy sauce (though the white rice was pretty bad too.. weirdly buttery with a strange texture). My kids left smacking their lips from the dehydration from all that salt.

Yelp
If you have young kids, great place to go. We sat outside on picnic tables. They have corn hole and other games and the kids could run around and play while we waited, or color with provided crayons. Attached arcade and bowling alley for after dinner. The food fell short. My husband enjoyed his burger and fries but the rest of us tried the Hawaiian bbq options. I've had much better at chain restaurants. Based on the ratings I expected good food, but it was a bowling alley at the end of the day. Had a nice area for sitting outside to have cocktails as well. Overall great atmosphere very mediocre food.

Yelp
Horrible experience and when we tried to give feedback to Allison she was completely checked out of the conversation. Has zero hospitality skills and then we learned from her she's part owner. Yikes !

Yelp
