Dining at Sam’s Arze was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between cozy and elegant, and the menu is a celebration of flavors. Every dish we ordered was fresh, beautifully plated, and incredibly delicious. What truly elevated our experience, though, was Pierre, our waiter. His warmth, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the menu made all the difference. He offered thoughtful recommendations, timed everything perfectly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive without being intrusive. Whether you’re visiting for a special occasion or just treating yourself to a good meal, this restaurant delivers on every level. We’ll definitely be back — and next time, we’ll be asking for Pierre again!

Arze is a family friend, but since I live outside Lebanon, I had never had the chance to visit the restaurant until today 🤩 I truly enjoyed the food; it had the best Lebanese taste, with a special homemade touch 😍 The team was incredibly helpful, and their service was outstanding—from the hostess who warmly welcomed us, to the waiters who served us, especially Elie Kahale, who with his big smile and support helped us choose the items we would enjoy, to the manager who ensured our experience was excellent. I highly recommend everyone to try it. I came from Zgharta in the north of Lebanon to experience it, and it was definitely worth it. 😍

A spacious place having an indoor and outdoor. The view is nice. The service is good and the team is attentive. We tried several items and everything was OK but nothing was exceptional but the quality, for sure , is good. Sambousik could be filled more with meat and same for the burak cheese. Mixed grill are ok but the Kebab was tastless. a 3.5 will reflect better my opinion.

Very pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious, the service was great, the staff was very friendly, the view is amazing! The cuisine is Lebanese with a twist, and although many places try to do a twist and it doesnt work, Sama Arze's twists actually work. Highly recommend the Chicken Osmanliyeh, Maacroon bel Toum, Zlebiye Kafta and Chicken, Fatet Sfiha, and the Maamoul with Cheese and Chocolate.

Amazing place to chill in summer, great atmosphere, breathtaking view. Welcoming staff, polite waiters, friendly and well trained. We ordered many items in order to try something new, the service was fast and the food was very delicious and fresh, highly recommended.
