Had few buffet in the last few days in LV, tonight we tried different kinds of all you can eat. It's $3 more than the buffet in Mirage but the quality of meat is much better. The server Jennifer is wonderful, we like the salad, beef SIRLOIN, lamb and bacon wrapped turkey.

Food was excellent and service was among the best. A little pricey but for an all you can eat I got no complaints.

My family and I had one of the best meals Ever! The GM, Pascal, was so very gracious and kind, and Louis, our server, among others, was simply fantastic. Everything they brought out was so delicious. We can't wait to go back and do it again. Thank you so much to all the staff at Samba for doing such an incredible job. We Loved it!

For what this restaurant is (a Brazialian steakhouse) there are far better ones out there. The steak wasn't seasoned well. The non steak meats were dry. The best thing hey had was the bacon wrapped turkey and the bread they bring at the beginning of the meal. Save your money. I wish we had paid attention to the reviews before we are here.

Having lived in Brazil for over a year, I had a good idea of what to expect from a Brazilian restaurant. My wife is a Brazilian, so she knows EXACTLY what the food should be like. Unfortunately, this restaurant falls short. The service is wonderful and the staff are friendly, but if one comes to this restaurant with an expectation of getting authentic Brazilian cuisine, they'll be disappointed. Strictly speaking, the food was good, but after our meal, we left with the feeling that we'd gotten an Americanized version. Basically, they made several meats sweet, so they tasted like American barbecue. We wished they'd stayed with traditional recipes instead.

We booked my wife's 40th birthday here for 13 people and made arrangements in advance to have separate bar checks. A few minutes after confirming this with the waitress, the manager stormed over, angrily waiving our contract in the air and stating loudly in front of all of our guests that this would be the only contract he accepts. My wife tried to explain that she had separate confirmation on her email, but he would not even look at her phone and made her go to our room to get the hard copy, as if we somehow forged an email. Our guests waited and my wife went to the room. After she showed the manager the hard copy, he stormed off complaining about his employee not having authority to do that, never to be seen again. And he did not apologize. After the first tound of meat and drinks were served, our service came to a halt. Our guests had to get their own drinks from the bar. We literally went 30 minutes without a server of any kind and had to track down an assistant to get things moving again. Ultimately, we had a good time, but the food was mediocre at best and, under the circumstances grossly over-priced. For $1,200, one would expect quality food, top-notch service, and at least a modicum of respect from management. Frankly, we could have overlooked the service and food quality if the manager had not been such a complete and embarrassing jerk right off the bat. Very disappointed in our whole experience and most definitely won't be back.

I expected so much more from this place. The food was very dry and the best thing to eat ended up being the bread they brought before the meat. Also, customer service there was anything but good. Hostess was friendly, however, everyone else, not so much. Our waiter was indifferent aND the older blonde haired woman bringing the bread and salad gave the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in Vegas. Not going back.

Filet mignon is delicious, tender and falls apart in your mouth. It's not as impressive as a true Brazilian steakhouse but the quality is excellent. The negative stars is because 2 out of our group of 20 needed to drop out, and they still charged us the $75 for both guys because we were "under contract" - not very accommodating.
