Nice location close to the ocean.

From the moment I walked into the room, something felt off. There was a strange smell I couldn’t quite place at first—until I looked under the bed and found three sweaty, smelly T-shirts left behind by previous guests. A closer look showed the carpet hadn’t been cleaned properly either, with used bandages and other bits of trash still on the floor.
The staff experience wasn’t much better. I’ve stayed here twice, and both times there were issues. On my first stay, I waited 25 minutes at check-in with nobody at the front desk. When I eventually rang the bell, the receptionist scolded me for interrupting his lunch break. After a transatlantic flight and 20 hours of travel, that’s hardly the kind of welcome you hope for.
On my second visit, I raised the issue of the dirty room and was promised a 10% refund—but nothing ever came through.
I don’t want to sound like a Karen, but honestly, basic cleanliness and decent customer service shouldn’t be too much to expect.
