Sammamish Farmers Market

We look forward to this every summer! While the vendor selection is small, everything is high quality, and the atmosphere is always lively and fun. Just be prepared—parking can be a bit tricky.

Love everything about the farmers market except the food trucks and food vendors charging 5 star restaurant prices for 2 star quality. For example, $25 for pizza for one that taste average. I can get large size pizza from near by pizza places that serve 4 people for the same price.

Always a great variety of food and booths. Easy to get to and a beautiful evening each week. Fun friendly atmosphere. You have to love Sammamish Farmers Market!

Small, but that's what makes it charming. There isn't an abundance of vendors, but everything you need and anything you really go to a market to buy is there.... And it's all delicious. There is also a skate park and playground adjacent to the market for kids.

Plenty of parking space in the tower just behind. Sitting is limited compared to the popularity of the food stands. Some merchants like the bakery are overpriced. Good for fruits and vegetables shopping.

Came for the first time and won't come back. It's a pretty small farmers market and I bought a crepe, strawberries, ice cream, and baklava. The crepe and baklava did not taste good at all. I paid almost $18 for a pack of baklava and was tempted to throw it away. It was the most tasteless baklava I've ever had. The crepe was not good either and my toddler took one bite and didn't want it anymore. Because the food was not good I would not come back. The issaquah farmers market (near Costco) on Saturdays is much better.

First time to the Sammamish Farmers Market, definitely will be returning throughout the summer. Only a few weeks into the season, so just a few fresh produce vendors, I'm sure it'll grow to more, as well as more produce choices, as we get into summer. Lots of Cherry choices already, they had me as soon as I saw the local (Yakima) Rainiers, one of my favorites! They also had a hybrid of the Rainier, that I had not heard of or experienced yet, a Strawberry Rainier.. a little sweeter with a different taste, maybe strawberry, but definitely tasty. The vendor had options of single or mixed choices of multiple cherries, I mixed the regular Rainiers with the Strawberry Rainiers, and am happy with selection, all just rightly ripe. I also picked up some Washington asparagus and canning cucumbers, both will be enjoyed with cooking dinners, and mixed in salads. Looking forward to adding more veggies next time. Also the strawberries looked great! All the vendors are friendly and easily answered questions, also for some produce sampling was allowed. Quite a few information booths and merchandise as well. Multiple options for food trucks and ice cream and pastries too. I tried, for the first time the Samsa's , best way they were described was a Pakistani pastry hand held pie, I tried the Chicken curry, which was very flavorful, plenty of meat, not spicy and delicious, and the Spinach vegan which was full of spinach, potatoes, and onions, also very delicious, probably my favorite of the two. Flaky buttery pastry in both was delicious, and held together well. Service was quick and friendly. Always love the atmosphere of the farmers markets, being on both sides of the table has always been enjoyable. Looking forward to some more fresh produce and trying more food next time. Also a great park to stroll around adjacent to where the market is. SYOY! God bless and healthy eating!

This one stall charged me $10 for a bunch of vegetables. Absurd! There was a booth with Indian flavored popcicles and other pre-made foods. I"m glad they have something but I am not impressed with the vendors.

Since Sammamish keeps doing constructions and more people are moving, this place is a nightmare now due to the lack of parking and super packed. Also the vendors want a tip when you use your card. NO THANK YOU. I'm happy going to Trader Joes.

Quite small as farmers' markets go. You can browse through the entire market place in 5-10 minutes tops. There's a a handful of food trucks, some of which rotate from week to week & a few other regular food vendors with the typical kettle corn and shaved ice & similar fair-type foods. In my opinion the food trucks are well overpriced for what is offered & simply not worth it. There's a few other fruit & vegetable stands from some "nearby" farms and some limited craft options, but really nothing that makes you want to visit again. The same or better fruits & vegetables can be gotten at several nearby grocery stores at better prices. It pretty much is there to serve the locals on the plateau & I live closely, yet only check it out 1-2 times a season and am regularly disappointed. If you don't live on the plateau, don't waste your time visiting this market.

The Sammamish Farmer's Market is one of the smaller farmers markets in the Puget Sound area, as it clearly serves those on the Plateau. I was heading to the library an hour after the market started and the place was already packed, as the Market occurs right next to the library and city hall. Because of so - there was hardly any parking, and several people were circling the limited parking lot and underground garage, designated for the library. Several people ended up parking next-door to the church, where there is a sign by the library, stating that the church will accept farmer's market traffic, which I thought was nice since the lot for the library is on the smaller side already. Once I arrived I was surprised by how packed the place was. Perhaps because the market itself is on the smaller side, it felt even more packed, but the place was very busy, especially with families. At every market I do a walk-through before committing to a vendor, so that I know what else is out there before making purchases, and here at Sammamish - you're able to walk through the entire market in about five minutes. There aren't very many vendors, and was disappointed by the lack of food choices here. Also, before I came here, I looked up what vendors would be here from the site and one of the food trucks listed on the site that I anticipated would be here was unfortunately, not. There were some artisan vendors and informational booths for non-profits, as well as live music. I also saw that they do not allow dogs, which is too bad. Overall - I'd only come here if I was already in the area, but it's not a market I'd make a point to visit.

I appreciate having a local option for those in the area, and I wish I could come support the vendors, but the "NO DOGS ALLOWED" rule makes this farmer's market a no-go for me.

I really wanted this farmers market to be great because it's so close to home but it really was disappointing. There was literally only 2 farms and the produce choices were not that great . There was many local business places that had a booth but nothing that caught my eye. I think the best part was the few food trucks that were there . The issaquah farmers market is so much better , if you have a chance to go to that one do it !

We love going to Sammamish Farmers market during the summertime. Local vendors usually have vegetables, handmade jewelry, honey, etc. It is not a big market but nice fun place. They have some kids activities there. We usually go for their food (pizza, shaved ice, popcorns, Mexican food, etc.).

Many options for fresh fruits/vegetables/flowers. There are also arts, crafts, pastries, snacks, and a few dinner options. They often have entertainment for kids and music for people of all ages. Market runs from 4pm - 8pm on Wednesdays throughout the summer. Park next door at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church and walk over. Be sure to bring cash, as not all vendors are set up to accept credit/debit cards.

Not the largest one around but some good stuff. Parking can be a pain but overall it's worth it.
