A short, simple menu. Ramen with three soup bases, sides, and accompaniments of gyoza or edamame. Popular and I liked the food, but frankly expensive for what it is.
Chris and I ordered the tonkotsu (pork-bone) and miso (they do red) bases, some tonkatsu and gyoza. The gyoza are nice, but nothing particularly special. The soup bases *are* good, although the traditional way to do it is to make it a bit too salty, which just doesn't fly with me. I prefer not being thirstier after a bowl of soup than before.
One might complain at the relative lack of vegetables, but this is standard amount. You've got there the bamboo shoots, the wood-ear "mushroom", bean sprouts and a bit of seasonal greens. The average ramen shop in Japan will give you less, replacing them with domestic, manufactured foibles such as fish tofu.
So, it's something to fill your ramen yearnings. if I lived in Brussels, I'd prefer making my own most of the time. I *would* eat here for the pork-bone base. (It's comparatively much harder to make.)
