Sam’s Club – Disappointing and Incompetent Customer Service
This is a business account that has been active for over 17 years, with three authorized purchasers. Despite this, Sam’s Club continually mixes up account information—moving phone numbers between individual purchasers and the business account, and vice versa. It’s sloppy and unacceptable.
Even worse, Sam’s Club repeatedly cancels our corporate tax-exempt status and then requires someone to physically go into a store to present the same licenses they already have on file. We’ve been doing this dance for nearly two decades. There’s no excuse for it at this point.
The final straw was a 75-inch monitor purchased online. It arrived with forklift forks rammed completely through it, from one side to the other. The shipping company took three weeks just to pick it up. Then it took over a month and a half—and multiple calls on my part—to get a refund.
This company has turned into a joke. Between poor systems, lack of accountability, and painfully slow resolutions, Sam’s Club has made it clear they do not value business customers or their time.
