Sam's Crispy Chicken

So DELICIOUS! The chicken sandwich was perfectly seasoned and cooked, had great flavor, was well proportioned to the bun, and had a great crunchy, crispy texture. The slaw topping was just okay, but Im glad they didn’t put too much on (which could potentially make the sandwich soggy). I ordered the Original Sam’s Crispy Chicken Sandwich via Foodsby and Sam’s UNDERSTOOD the assignment. I have no complaints!!

Absolutely disgusting. Pictures are catfish. I ordered loaded waffle fries but they sent me regular fries & even that tasted stale. Chicken was burnt.. everything tasted like it was cooked in old and used oil.. The macaroni was bad & based on the other reviews, just shut this place down immediately.

This restaurant is not worth the money or time. I had ordered the Original Sam's Cripsy Chicken sandwhich. And the main ingredients that make this sandwhich their main dish, were missing. They also barely put any sauce. The images are completely misleading. This is the second time I ordered from here and previously there was barely any sauce again. The food arrived warm and quick which I was happy about. But clearly this place doesn't want to make their food properly so I probably will not be ordering from here again.

I have ordered from here plenty of times and love the original sandwich. But today I am highly disappointed that they did not hold their standards. Someone thought it was ok to continue to make the sandwich after it was noticeably BURNT and overcooked. And of course they can’t do nothing about it since it was Uber eats smdh

The order came completely incomplete. I ordered loaded fries and they came regular. The original sandwich came plain when the description says otherwise. Terrible first experience.

Avoid this place. Minor issue- Ordered waffle fries and got regular fries Major issue- Chicken is undercooked. Booth sandwiches were raw in the middle

Perfect for a drunk night meal. Tenders came spicy did not request spicy. Fried very darkly but tastes good . Desperate meal eaten at work . Ordered through Uber eats

The pictures speak for themselves. I opened my food and burst out in laughter thinking that for sure this must be a joke. I decided to check their reviews after, and sure enough this seems to be a common theme. I hope someone sees this before making the same mistake I did. 😂😂😂

A very clear one star. It's hard to be creative or witty when the condiments and changes on your order are completely wrong. I get it, it's late night, but I'm the one who's had a drink or two. I'm counting on your food to avoid the after effects. Yet I asked for no Mayo, and that odious condiment was included. I asked for extra bbq sauce and Buffalo sauce. Those were omitted. To top it off, the sandwich was on the cold side even after a brief Uber ride from the gettogether to my house. The portion size was also small and the fries soggy. But wait, there's more. Their stock photos show lettuce and tomato while in reality this was just a smash burger. I'm no vegetarian but please be consistent with your stock photos (and I Do love tomatoes). All in all just a horrible sandwich and a spot I will likely avoid.

Found this place on Uber eats. I think it's a ghost kitchen? The food was good. I ordered extra sauce that didn't arrive, which upset me. The service was also pretty slow for being a ghost kitchen. But I would order from here again and try more items. Will update my review when I do.

All the food arrives cold inedible soggy - ZERO crispy CRISPY CHICKEN. The first time I ordered the food was soggy and cold. The second time I ordered the sauces had spilled in the bag all over the food. Soggy, coldand not crispy

RIP OFF. Ordered off UBER EATS and was notified that the package was delivered. No knock on my door and no call no food. I tried calling Uber eats and Sam's and got zero help. Then I placed a very small order for 1 side, just to see. SAME THING HAPPENED. I was notified that the 2nd delivery was completed but nothing was. THEN, I looked up their website and input my address and it told me that they don't deliver to my address. AINT THAT THE TRUTH. S C A M

The chicken sandwich was very good. The macaroni and cheese was excellent and the delivery service early.

I ordered from Sam's Chicken on Uber Eats tonight, and have had probably the worst experience of my life. No chicken delivered after over 2 hours of waiting, and what's worse, no communication from the restaurant nor updates. I've had to contact a 3rd party call service who doesn't know what the heck is going on. BUYER BEWARE... delivery times are wrong, hospitality is non-present. They haven't given me a single reason to ever try them again

Zero stars. We ordered about $40 worth of food and received none of the right order. We ordered 2 of the original chicken sandwiches with slaw and avocado, Mac and cheese, and loaded waffle fries. Instead we got 2 plain chicken sandwiches. We get off late and hadn't eaten anything during out 10 hour shift and by the time we finally got our order it was too late to order anything else, most places were closed. After reading other reviews this place is clearly a scam.

Wow, i have never had a worse chicken sandwich, i could only take 2 bites, the whole chicken soaked in clusters of hot spice. I love spicy but this sandwich was thrown together, tasted like cinnamon too. display of it as well terrible and looked very unappealing. will never order from here again.

If I could give zero I would. Partially thawed frozen fries, and slimy greasy smashed up chicken. Completely in edible. And the restaurant workers and owner did not respond to our efforts to reach them. Do not waste your money here.

I discovered this place via UberEats! Everything looked super delicious and I was excited to try the food. To my disappointment, the only thing that was edible was the fries. For a place specializing in making chicken, I ended up with a hockey puck for a pattie and sauceless cole-slaw. Image my disatification. What a way to teach people not to eat with their eyes! I am giving the one star since I am unable to give none and the fries were edible.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The chicken sandwich was 2 pieces of dry chicken tenders. The loaded waffle fries were regular fries that were soggy. The bacon on top of the fries weren't even cut up into pieces, there was just a single strip of bacon. All of the sauces were missing, when we tried to contact the restaurant it said it was unavailable. Highly disappointed because the photos were promising.

This is a pop up ghost kitchen, so getting in touch with the restaurant for delivery updates was a challenge since they're not listed on Google. The chicken sandwich was hands down one of the best I've tried. Will def order from them again

Got my order very quickly from UberEats, waffle fries were delicious with the truffle ketchup. Chicken was good and so was the chocolate cake. Overall 7.5/10 definitely a go to meal for a late dinner or post night out meal.

I didn't know this place existed until I opened up Postmates earlier today. The pictures from the menu seemed really nice and they had a BOGO special on one of the chicken sandwiches so I said why not. I'm glad I made the order because it was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had and the fully loaded waffle fries were super crispy and delicious. The one thing that kind of was "ok" about the order were the fries were already room temperature by the time I got them but it had great flavor so it didn't bother me that much. I was skeptical about ordering when I saw the other reviews and since Postmates merged with Uber (I hate Uber) I almost didn't complete my order but I'm a happy camper.
