I came here to send a Gregory Backpack for repair. As per the Gregory customer service representative, " Rather than shipping on your own, our Samsonite Stores (Samsonite is our parent company) are happy to assist in the shipment to an authorized repair center. Stores are unable to evaluate and/or repair your product but they are able to create your Repair/RMA ticket, box, and ship your product to be evaluated for possible repair."
When I presented the RMA form to the store representative they refused to ship the bag - even after offering to pay the fee (for a bag that was less than 3 months old). The store representative instructed me to request another RMA form with their store address listed. Please note that I did not intend for the bag to be shipped back to this store.
After calling Gregory customer service again, I was informed that the store had the authority to process the RMA request and did not follow their company policy. I understand that I am not generating revenue for the store, but the lack of customer service is extremely disappointing.
