I came here to send a Gregory Backpack for repair. As per the Gregory customer service representative, " Rather than shipping on your own, our Samsonite Stores (Samsonite is our parent company) are happy to assist in the shipment to an authorized repair center. Stores are unable to evaluate and/or repair your product but they are able to create your Repair/RMA ticket, box, and ship your product to be evaluated for possible repair." When I presented the RMA form to the store representative they refused to ship the bag - even after offering to pay the fee (for a bag that was less than 3 months old). The store representative instructed me to request another RMA form with their store address listed. Please note that I did not intend for the bag to be shipped back to this store. After calling Gregory customer service again, I was informed that the store had the authority to process the RMA request and did not follow their company policy. I understand that I am not generating revenue for the store, but the lack of customer service is extremely disappointing.

Ashanti was very polite and professional. She explained all the steps on how to return items and who to call if I needed . Her knowledge of the brand was also impeccable. I recommend this Samsonite store for its level of service and professionalism.

Omar and his staff here at the Jersey gardens mall are fantastic. Their excellent customer service is excellent. There’re super friendly knowledgeable and warm. They always go above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling taken care of. I’ve been coming here for all my luggage needs for several years now. I only come to the mall for the Samsonite store. Thanks for the outstanding service guys. I’ll be back soon xx.

My experience was quite good. I went into the store three times all within an hour or so before closing. On my first trip, I'm sure the salesperson assumed I wasn't buying anything, but they were helpful nonetheless. I went to the other luggage stores and saw the garbage they were pracitcally giving away as well as the high end luggage store which is just unreachable. The second trip, I intended to buy something and the salesperson even said oh you're back, but I had issues with my credit card and possible fraud. The third time I gave up on that card and bought two bags. All three times they were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store looks a little tired, but that's more on Samsonite than the employees and management. I'm fine with others giving one star if they had a bad experience, but saying all the employees are bad doesn't seem fair.

One of four luggage stores in The Mills. There doesn't really seem to be any reason to shop here instead of the Samsonite outlet or the Tumi outlet since the prices are similar and it's not really clear what you're getting from this store. EDIT: If this doesn't seem to make sense, it's because I wrote this review for a place called "Luggage Outlet" saying that you should go to "Samsonite Outlet" instead, and then the yelp mods decided that to delete "Luggage Outlet" and move my review to "Samsonite Outlet".

My husband's suitcase broke in the airport and this was a desperate stop. The mall was packed, so much so that I was uncomfortable. We did buy a small, carry-on suitcase, but I wouldn't consider it a true outlet deal. ($170) Parking and traffic was terrible.

Manager of the store was super helpful! Went there with my broken Samsonite suitcase and the manager offered me a solution which was beyond my expectation! So glad I went there! And thank you for being so professional!

The moment when your suitcase is damaged you realize how important it is to have a shop who helps you. The manager gave us a brad new suitcase for our 7 years old damaged one. Without any additional payment. Thank you so much. Before they helped me and my friends several times to send the suitcases to the repair. A very customer orientated store. Friendly, competent stuff. I only buy my travel luggage there!

This Jersey Gardens Elizabeth NJ store is the most terrible store I have dealt with. I understand they may be independent stores but they keep canceling my order. After the cancelation I re-ordered for pick up again. Then I got a call from them asking me how much I paid, because they can offer me a better price. When I told them that would be unlikely due to the amount I paid, they told meI can pick it up then. Shortly after they canceled the order. So I made my way to Tinton Falls to purchase the bag and the gentleman at the store was the nicest person possible. It was a pleasure dealing with him. As for the Jersey Gardens store, I got another call and voice message from them while I was at the other store telling me I have a bike to pick up. Obviously they got the wrong person and don't even know it. Very unprofessional. I would have been happy to purchase in store but was not given the opportunity. Just canceled. This store does not deserve to be labeled under the Samsonite brand.
