My experience was quite good. I went into the store three times all within an hour or so before closing. On my first trip, I'm sure the salesperson assumed I wasn't buying anything, but they were helpful nonetheless. I went to the other luggage stores and saw the garbage they were pracitcally giving away as well as the high end luggage store which is just unreachable. The second trip, I intended to buy something and the salesperson even said oh you're back, but I had issues with my credit card and possible fraud. The third time I gave up on that card and bought two bags. All three times they were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.
The store looks a little tired, but that's more on Samsonite than the employees and management.
I'm fine with others giving one star if they had a bad experience, but saying all the employees are bad doesn't seem fair.
