We learned about San Antonio Wood Fired Pizza from Google map, I was checking the neighborhood when I visited Radio Bakery. They opened once a week on Friday which made us curious about how good it would be. We really enjoyed how they made pizza from scratch and the entire process was like a show. They also do catering with a reasonable price : $30 per person with unlimited pizza which we would consider for our next event. We had their Sweetie Pie and Truffle Shuffle to share. It was overall delicious, especially the pizza crust which was soft inside with crispy edges. My personal preference was the sweetie pie with the sweet & spicy flavor.

We had SAWFP as one of our wedding caterers and they did not disappoint! Anthony was really a gem to work with and was so sweet even making me a special pie on the day of. Everyone was raving about how delicious the food was and loved seeing the pies come right out of the wood fired oven for us to enjoy. I highly recommend anyone interested in a non traditional wedding vendor in the NYC area to give them a call. Thanks again Anthony!

San Antonio pizza may well be the best pizza in New York. The crust is a treasure in itself. I loved the pepperoni pizza, so stocked with pepperoni that it puts other stingy pizzas to shame. My friends, vegetarians, said the mushroom-basil pizza was superb, along with the plain tomato-sauce pizza. You can't go wrong.

Wood fire 🔥 pizza on a sidewalk in Brooklyn... what more could you ask for? I had the Margherita pie for $10 or $12. The people were super nice and had a great attitude. The dough stood out to the most with its airy texture and a slight char on the bottom. I believe they're there every Friday night. Enjoy!

Street side pizza, like food truck street side, not a brick and morter location. Made in a wood fired oven pulled by a trailer and parked on the curb. People line up for this place/location and not for nothing but this pizza tasted great, fresh. Not a new york style type of pizza which is different and you should not expect this either. I ordered the margarita pizza, and all the ingredients were combined to perfection where one ingredient does not overwhelming the other and cooled to a savory satisfaction. There were several folding chairs and some tables for side walk low budget dining. I noticed a couple bring a bottle of wine and glasses and enjoyed the street atmosphere.

Super quick preparation and cook time. Personal sized pizzas that could be shared amongst two as a SNACK or one full pie as a personal meal. Dough is a little salty but not in a bad way. Tons of flavors to choose from. Tried the margarita and say cheese. The latter had a very strong flavor due to what I presume was the Gorgonzola cheese. No sauce on it. Margarita was the standard fare. Can pay with Venmo, PayPal or cash. No card.

San Antonio's Wood Fired Pizza is amazing. We had him and for an outside event this weekend at my club, (COVID guidelines followed) and everyone raved about how good the personal pizzas were. We had 5 different pizzas to choose from and each one was delicious. Anthony was great and we had such a good time, that we are planning another event with San Antonio's in the summer. You can't go wrong if you hire him for an event or party. This isn't a typical food truck, but a nice Italian wood fired oven and you can watch him make the pies.
