Our dinner @sancarlorestaurants on Regent Street was a true culinary adventure through Italy’s finest flavors. 🇮🇹 The ambiance was pure elegance - perfect before the theatre! 😍
We kicked off with the Parmigiana al Forno, a classic Sicilian delight of baked sliced aubergine, Parmesan cheese, and tangy tomato sauce that was pure bliss on the palate. 😋 Then came the pièce de résistance, my choice, the Spigola alla Griglia o al Sale – a whole sea bass expertly baked in Trapani salt. 🐟✨ The showmanship of its preparation matched the extraordinary taste! 🌟
