Best in the West.
Out here, the only folks that know what a great pretzel is, are those that moved here from the NorthEast. There is no comparing a fresh pretzel from a vendor in Manhattan, or the sweeter softer version from Philly. Picture a thin fresh bagel, and you are at least on the right track. I was very prejudice about pretzel's and felt either it was East Coast or nothing. Then, a friend recommended I try this. I ordered a bag of small, large and a few Phillys'. I have to admit, I am very impressed. First is ingredients. Less than 2% of food producers that ship, use all fresh ingredients. This is one! Flour, filtered water, brown sugar, butter, yeast, sea salt. Look! No additives or preservatives. Sure, they are only good for a week, but much better for your body. every year I order special foods from all over the country, and this is now officially on my list.
Try them, you will not be disappointed.
