San Fernando Swap Meet

Found so many good items. There’s areas for eating as well. If you don’t find anything at first. Keep turning until you’ll get a glimpse of those hidden gems. They prefer cash. But some vendors have Zelle or cash transfer options.

I love coming here there’s always good energy and so many different vendors to check out. You can find just about anything: clothes, tools, snacks, even fresh fruit. Parking is usually easy if you come early, and the prices are fair. The music and food make it feel like a little weekend festival every time!

please be warned I usually go to the swap meet on the weekends 10/19/2025 I arrived at the green shipping containment by 8:30am. This day was particularly different day for me I had brought my therapy dog with me and was denied access. I know for her size she is small but she has comforted with my anexity as well as my ptsd this month has been particularly hard for me because this month is the 3rd year I have lost my mother she was only 48 when she died 💔 😢 if she would of been 50 this year. Anyway I know the rule for the swap meet states no dogs, but what about therapy dogs what is the restriction the lady there was cruel and heartless so we left in a hurry I do not drive so I took two ubers each costing me 20.00 a trip a waste of 40.00 plus a two dollar ticket which I was refused how sad is it 💔 😔 😢.

First time here. Saw a TikTok on this swap meet and had to come check it out. We didn't see many food options. But we did try their hot dogs, they were pretty good. Lots to see and they sell a little bit of everything. Bought some Nancies and plums on the way out, the add chamoy, taking and lemon. They are very yummy. Glad that we came to check this place out. Parking was a bit crowded.

When I went, the entrance fee was $1.50 and it was a bit hard to find parking. Other than that, it's pretty awesome once you go in there. They have power tools, things for if you work construction and that type of job, food, HABA, clothes, toys, live entertainment, cosmetics, produce, etc. Some prices were way below what other swapmeets sell for, other prices were higher.. all in all I had a great time checking it out. =)

I came to san Fernando swamp meet, I fail to notice the height requirements for kids, I was stop at entrance when a employee notice that my 11 year was tall, I felt that kids being tall for their genetics is diacramation, I was told to pay, I went to the office to have this clear to me and it was comfirm is based on hight only with kids, that is still discrimination based on hight.

Over the years this location has been more commercialized to fit the growing rate of inflation. The location used to be an actual flea market until around 2017 but ever since then it seems harder and harder to find a good deal in there. Another issue is that almost every vendor sells identical products at almost the same price. The reason it is getting 3 stars from me is because of the fact that even though it has some problems, it still has a friendly host of vendors that are all willing to bargain and an amazing selection of outside food. I would not come here if you are looking for a good deal but would come here if your looking to walk around for a bit and then grab a bite. Big place a lot of people and kind nice just a beautiful place to go to affordable prices live music walk around and relax...BEAUTIFUL

It's located on the corner of Glenoaks Blvd and Arroyo. It has a large self parking lot, with a few parking spaces available. There is a $2 / person fee. They have 2 entrances: one is cash only, and the other accepts credit card only. I thought that was confusing and weird. Anyways, once inside, it's like anything. You need to browse and search for what you are looking for. There is no particular areas in which it's like a department store, in sections. In terms of what they sell, you get what you pay for. Some sell cheap items, which in turns might be cheap and fake. You should know the difference, otherwise, do not purchase. They do however, definitely upgraded their bathrooms with A/C and a ramp for wheelchair entrance. They have several locations/spaces in which they sell beer throughout the swap meet. They even have a raised platform where they have live bands come and perform. There are tables/seating around, leaving the center for dancing. There is security as well. Overall, even though in the same location, it's definitely a lot cleaner and better equipped. I will return in the near future.

Definitely don't go in days it's going to rain Barley any vendors there and you still have to pay entrance fee lol I'll try coming on weekends or non rainy days

This place is amazing. Prepare yourself to rummage through clothes but you will find some awesome deals. Would definitely recommend showing up Early though probably right when the doors open at seven A.M. and also please be sure to take a cart or wagon of some sort. You will not want to be caring around all your stuff as you go from one vendor to another. Also be sure to take cash and small denominations I don't think I would take anything larger than a $10 bill. One dollar bills are ideal since a lot of spaces sell clothes at one and two dollars in certain piles.

Bad!!! It is an outdoor store They did not allow my tiny puppy inside. Once inside I saw many people with their dogs big dogs on leashes Never coming back there again

Like many are saying this is not the SF swap of years ago. Everything is new or unwanted overstock that's overpriced. I took a friend and wandered the whole lot looking for anything vintage or of interest and its just basically an outdoor .99 cent store.

great flea market experience just one issue I had that worker thing there the boss but everything else was perfect I bought some tools with someone space pw7 great tools and cheap prices

Great place to be on a Saturday, you get to relax the family and have some drinks. Shop around and eat snacks. A great variety to choose from such as hot dogs, esquites, cocktails, micheladas, chips with chile, etc.

Good deals on new and items. Good vibe and cumbia music are usually playing on weekends. You can even dance in between your shopping! Bring your sun hat because the sun hits the hardest out here.

If I could give zero stars that's what they would get. They say no dogs are allowed but yet they let dogs enter. I've been here many times and there is always dogs of all sizes. They are not even service animals so that's why I don't understand why they gave me a hard time about it. I had my dog in a stroller and well behaved and they did not let me pass. But just in front of me they let another dog in. Come on be fair. The lady who was checking the ticket was very rude and probalamtic making a big scene.

Went there looking for garden machinery. All the guys had stolen chainsaws and blowers Etc. and they were asking almost as much as new units from the dealer and would not budge on price. I'll just buy new with a warranty and not have to know that I have some poor guy's stolen machines. I know a guy that is a contractor for L.A. who had some trimmers stolen out of the back of a van on the job. He went here and found them and bought them back because they don't make his favorite model any more. That's about all this place is good for, finding your stuff that was stolen.

I've always loved flea markets and swap meets! There is something exhilarating about seeing people sell their trinkets. As the saying goes, "one mans trash, is another mans treasure!" You will find anything and everything here. You will find brand new clothes from brands like Marc Jacob and Michael Kors, to items I've purchased from Target with labels, to McDonald's happy meal toys, tools (New and used), makeup from brands like Kylie and Anastasia of Beverly Hills! Honestly, you'll find pretty much everything. They also have furniture wholesalers, although based on other reviews, buy with caution. Cell phone cases, chargers, kids toys and slime. Throughout, there are food vendors selling churros, corn, and fruit. On weekends a mariachi singer serenades you as you shoo. Honestly it's an amazing time. Come with an open mind, comfortable shoes and cash! You'll walk out of there with more than you expected! *Yelp 2018 Challenge 8/100*

Lots of walking to do here. Entrance is 1.50 cash per adult on Sunday's So many little stands with your typical Hispanic merchandise. Parking was a bit bananas, but what swap meet isn't? Just be patient lots of people leave you'll find a spot :)

If you don't speak Spanish, stay away from this place as most vendors don't speak English. If you decide to go anyway: #1: This is NOT the SF swap meet of years ago... 99% of what's sold here is new and at a premium $$ over dollar store or SAMS club prices. There are even people selling insurance and advertising their real estate companies. #2: DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS HERE. I've been burned too many times by sellers swearing that things work or are brand new only to discover otherwise. Unfortunately, I will not return.

Love this swapmeet! But I will say there are a few resellers that go every day and are buddy buddy with the sellers who put stuff aside from them. A bit shitty for people who are in it for the hunt. Needless to say the few times I've come I've definitely found some good stuff here and there but its very, very hit and miss. You gotta be willing to get there early , come consistently, and run around to each booth (also follow the resellers to their buddies booths) as they set up or the resellers are gonna take all the good stuff (if the booth sellers didn't already put it to the side for them). Don't blame the swap meet for the shitty resellers/shitty booth sellers but it does ruin the experience for me personally...

Signs were posted at the Ticket Booth/Entrances declaring a bold new policy governing admission to their fiesta of bargains--Open Only to those with paper money; and not just any paper money either. Only $1, $2, $5, $10 or $20 bills are accepted. If you got a Susan B., four quarters, a Visa, or a debit card, money order or a check--no pass Go for you! Now, I have gotta admit that I am mildly intrigued and grudgingly impressed by what I imagine is a substantial reduction in close-out times for the office staff. In most cases I would take issue with a company, which is seeking to do business with the public, that refuses to accept certain legal tender (accepting a hundred dollar bill will not get you robbed any more than if you take five $20 instead), but here I'm cool with the "no change/small bills only policy here for two reasons. First, the San Fer swap meet only sells admission to their events at a cost of either $1 or $2 depending on the day and secondly: almost everything being sold inside is cash only, too. Aside from the policy change I found various treasures at the best prices in the city, so Kudos to one and all!

The guy selling Milwaukee tools is a crook.he was asking $150 for a blower.Home Depot has the same blower for $129.I called him out on that and he got pissed.Mexicans ripping off Mexicans.

Parking is Free. Admission price $2.00 Sat, $2.50 Sun. All vendors set up Sundays. This is an outdoor swap meet w tons of vendors. Visit morning, cooler weather. wear comfy shoes, hst and shades. Enjoy live music, good food and drinks.

Right when I walked in I saw these DKNY little sport bras and thought, that looks like the one I bought at Macy's for $15! I take a closer look and they seem like the real thing! I ask the lady how much, she tells me $4 or 2 for $7. DONE. Take my money. Came home and compared them and yes, they're real. I looked at every detail and they're identical! I knew there would be a lot of knock off items (like the Kylie cosmetics lol) but sometimes you really gotta take a closer look, and a risk. -1 Star for not having the real raspados. They have a little stand, but it's more like frozen lemonade.

Ives been coming to the SF Swap Meet since I was a little girl! I have great memories of shopping with my parents! Yesterday I decided to go buy some fabric pieces and realized they started selling beer! So no you can have a beer and shop at the same time!

I live across the street from this place and it's not all that cracked up to be. Traffic is terrible with all the street vendors, the swap meet is over crowded (I thought we were supposed to social distance???) , there's nothing really of value that they sell

I make sure I squeeze a visit to this place in any time I'm down in the LA area. Since I'm primarily staying in the San Fernando Valley, this is the best, closest and easiest-to-access swap meet I've yet found. This swapmeet is special to me because it hosts a lot of vendors specializing in products pulled from Amazon and Target returns pallets. This means that many products might have something minor wrong with them, or even nothing at all, but the vendor is often willing to sell the item at a steep discount solely due to the volume of the items they get in their pallets. These vendors have tons of different electronics and related items. Most of the stuff is cheap Chinese knockoff junk like Bluetooth headphones and speakers, fitness trackers, WiFi indoor cameras, action cams and dashcams, flashlights, all sorts of USB cables and devices, and the like. You'll also find a ton of outdated accessories like cases and screen protectors and batteries for generations-old, outdated phones. That being said, some valuable finds are scattered among the junk. Outdoor security cameras from reputable companies, dashcams, and PC components like Intel processors, high-capacity hard drives, fans and heatsinks, graphics cards and RAM are some of the things I've seen. There are also some vendors that have $1 tables piled high with junk. These are often the busiest areas of the swapmeets because there are sometimes incredible deals to be had, like a new Oral-B electric toothbrush. Be aware of the common pitfalls of buying things though. Sometimes items you buy won't work, so be sure to test them if at all possible at the swapmeet, or at least get a confirmation from the vendor that you can return something if it doesn't work. I've seen external 8TB hard drives with a 15 year old 160GB drive inside, motherboards with bent socket pins, fitness trackers without charging cables, broken lightbulbs, faucets with missing hardware, locks with lost keys, and all sorts of other devices that don't function properly. It's always a risk, so make sure you get a confirmation from the vendor on the item's functionality OR pay a price appropriate for an item that might end up being junk. Also, be prepared to barter with the vendors. At the end of the day they want to move their stuff to make room for new stuff, considering the pallets they buy are mostly filled with junk. Feel free to name a price (in Spanish, more often than not) and see if you can find a middle ground. All in all I love going here for a couple hours a couple times a year and rooting through all the junk just to find a diamond in the rough. Highly recommend going as well just for the cultural experience. It's like no other place I've been to!

Love this place. I don't speak Spanish so it is difficult buy I manage. Not many food vendors and no diet coke on-site. I go there for the guy who makes car remotes.

This is a Really big swapmeet , u have to come early cuz the parking lot , its a chaos , i found some cheap stuff , so far so good , I've probably come Back with more time, i like it

Alot of fake stuff and the gold there is fake for sure parking is always hard ro find. None of the restaurants there are any good really its like a jungle in there im giving 3 start and not 1 cuz i do like 1 or 2 places in there there saving this place from a 1 star Most of the stores look at u like ur gonna still stuff from there when u look around its horrible any way check it for ur self if u dont believe me

Don't go too early. Breakfast and churros not ready till after 10. We were there at 7:30. But if you want to find love, my mom (75 yrs old) sat down to wait for a cup of coffee and my husband watched as his mother-in-law was hawked by an older gentleman made a bee-line for her and basically proposed with in 5 minutes. LOL

Yoooo San Fernando Swap Meet is what's up. Literally my happiest place on earth. I can't even go to Target or a mall anymore. Go to the swap - change your life.

It all really depends what you are looking for jn which you will find a good deal. Do not think about buyin any health food supplements, not cheap and there's no negotiations. Clothes aren't cheap either. Your better off getting something at the mall. I come around once in a looong while. Bought a box of incense for $1 from India. I typically get it for $2.50-4 anywhere else, small business shops. I bought decent size herb plants for $1.50... that made my day! It was like I struck gold. my mother told me that she saw the same size plant I bought at the Swapmeet in wal-mart for $3.99. I also bought a well desired water bottle. Asking price was $3 i asked the what would be the price if i buy 2 bottles. The gentleman gave me 2 for $5 and gave me another one for FREE since it had a crack at the top, I gladly took it. I am a happy camper!!! lastly i've purchased named brand nail polish for $1 Tips: Arrive early!! you've been warned. Attempt to get there as soon as it opens if u can. Have an Umbrella on hand and a water bottle. It gets warm quickly under the sun and I am sure the water bottles are pricey$$

Great idea to come on the day we have a heat wave; a great idea on my part. The best time to visit is early on in the day when the sun is not beating down so hard, but remember to bring a hat, umbrella, or both. Nobody wants to get a sunburn. Ticket prices range from day to day from $.50 to $1. Vendors range from all categories: electronics, clothes, beauty or home items, luggage, and food. In the middle is a designated eatery where street food is sold, but if you're looking for snacks food vendors are lined throughout the lot. Time does not exist once you cross the entrance line, as walking up and down the isles can take all day. Every table distracting any and all that pass them. Once you've bought what you came for plus a few other items, the exits line the lot and you can get a hand stamp just in case you wanted to come back in. Parking can sometimes be hard to find or at least not closer to the door on weekends.

This place is really fun. A nice mix of new, used, weird, inexplicable and useful items. It does get pretty hot, so like they say wear good shoes and go early. The parking lot fills up but go west on Glenoaks and there's an additional lot at the building on the other side of the canal. We usually get a fruit drink or something and after we get enough visual stimulation we head for local hiking spots nearby in the hills. We buy tools, bird seed, t shirts, music, authentic Mexican kitchen implements and ingredients... oh and pretty good tamales (see photo I posted.) Weird sights include tables with rows and rows of garish multicolored giant bras, which resemble a psychedelic mountain range; a guy sitting in front of a new coffin reading a book; and this ancient guy with a Cantinflas mustache dancing for quarters by the entrance. Way to keep fit, abuelo (other photo.) Cheap entertainment if you have nothing better to do on a weekend morning.

I've been here as a shopper before but this was my first time as a seller... everyone from the office.. other vendors and even shoppers are so very friendly... makes a refreshing change from a**holes I've had to deal with in years of retail sales.. I will definitely return as a seller.. it was great

Great place to chill out with friends and family. There are variety of stuffs, cheap and lots of $1 items. Recommended bring your hat and wheelcart.

This is a good place to walk around early in the morning. I get really good deals here. Example: Sony Headphones reg price 90 , price paid 13 (damaged package) Cobra 2 way radios worth 55, price paid 8 dollars (charging dock missing wire) Energizer battery charger worth 13, price paid 5 (for the 2 way radio) 3 yards of fabric for 1 dollar a yard and much more.

I had not been to a swap meet since i moved here to the Valley from Ontario in 2003, and i have to say, i had forgotten all the usefull things you can buy for CHEAP! like socks for a fraction of the price that i pay at walmart or sears and stores i usually go for those kinds of things. My husband (I can do it my self kind of man) baught a lot of tools he had been wanting to buy for under $10, i wasn't looking for anything in particular but saw bright colors and sparkles from the corner of my eye and was drawn into these beautifull fashion earings and rings for $5 that i usually pay $15-$20 for, she also had a beautiful maxi dress for $15! I had just baught one for $45 ) : It was hot and the swap meet is huge so be prepared. I'll forget the gym on Sundays and bring my running shoes and water to the swap meet for a walk in the great outdoors while i dig through goods!

Alright. Let's just start off by saying that I've been coming here for as long as I can remember. Seriously! For anything and everything my mom was always like "Vamos al swam-e" lol. But I never hated on that because that always meant I was coming home with something. Whether it was clothing or a toy. I loved it! This place is HUGE. They have anything from new to used things. It's all sectioned off too. They sell food and sometimes even have live music with clowns for the kids. I strictly come for clothing and for home essentials. Everything is dirt cheap! And if you're lucky you can even come across name brand items too! There's a girl here that sells forever 21 and fashion Q items for $2.00. Can you say "come up"? :D I sure can. This place is awesome! I do avoid it during summer though because the sun beams down on you and there is absolutely NO SHADE. Unless you're under a little hut. You can easily spend hours here and not notice. Best days to come are definitely TUESDAYS and SUNDAYS. Dint forget to bring cash. No cc are taken here.

Love this place I have been coming here for years, sense my granny use to take me as a child. It cost a dollar to get in, but its well worth it. They are open Tuesdays, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. and Sunday and it stays busy. Lots of cheap clothes, video games, stereos, cleaning products, hygiene products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Its seriously just fun walking around and looking for deals. Parking does suck, so come prepared for that nonsense.

Wasn't super impressed by this swap meet. I was looking for vintage toys from the 80's and 90's. I only found one vendor who had fair prices for the condition of the Merch she was selling. Several other toy dealers had cool items but they needed a lot of tlc and they were charging what I could get on eBay for nib. I'll save gas and go to Santa Clarita swap instead.

Came here looking to get my cracked iphone screen fixed. Multiple little pop-up stands where you can negotiate a 20-30 minute repair for $50-$75. Took only 20 minutes and now it's brand new! A crazy bargain considering the apple store does it for $150. Look for the big flags that say "REPAIR." There's 3-4 places in all, but I would go during the weekend when the "repair guy" is there. 4 stars for fast, awesome repair. Even gave me the old, cracked screen back. The rest of the swap meet is a huge collection of little stands seemingly right out of Mexico -- mostly selling produce (with enormous bags of cicharrones), clothes of unknown origin, as well as random assortments of household items, electronics, and home goods. A tiny food court is there selling tacos, tamales, etc. Costs $1 to get in. It's all outdoors with little shade so put on that sunscreen and hat, and avoid really hot days. Did get a lot of weird stares being two Asian people that don't speak a lick of Spanish.

Back to the swap meet today, in the heat, to find some art objects for a sculpture project. Picked up some great sunglasses, some interesting kitchen items for a buck, and a few bead items and dolls with which to get the figures composed in the art studio. After a while we had to leave for it is hot and we were whirling down aisles and suddenly seeing familiar tables go by as though we were in the desert seeing an oasis or passing the same sand dune over and over. We still love it and felt it was cleaner, more organized, and had more food options than previously. For a buck you cannot lose.

There is a female vendor that steals and sells dogs at this swap meet. She just sold a husky a day ago. A dog that she stole, the owner was notified that this lady had her dog; when the owner went to retrieve her dog the lady lied to her and told her he ran away. Owner got a call from one of the vendors that saw the same lady who said the dog ran away sell her dog at the swap meet this weekend. The vendor sells collars and leashes from and she steals dogs. Beware of the thief, who knows how many other families she has hurt by stealing and selling their dogs. If this is handled by the swap meet contractor a complaint will be filed because they don't have the permits nor business licenses needed for animal sales.

I love going here. I have great memories of coming here on Sundays with my in-laws. The atmosphere is so vibrant and welcoming.. I try to go whenever I get a chance. I like to buy shoes here and sometimes clothes.. Parking SUCKS get here early..

More expensive than most swap meets I've been to. Lots of empty spots, so you just end up walking a lot in heat. They don't limit amount of people inside, so it's very crowded.

This place is awesome. Make sure you get a raspado, churros, home made lays and spicy nuts. Reasons I come here. - Buy video games, 64, super nintendo, etc. - Good place to walk, get a tan, and enjoy some heat. - Nice hispanic vibe where you find random stuff. - Nice place for the wife to get cheap clothes.

We have always enjoyed going to this swapmeet. There is something for everyone. Great entertainment on the weekends.

I went here because I'm a avid videogame collector, they did have their fair share of videogames, but they were not good prices. I found a copy of Yoshi's story for n64 I tried to offer the guy 10 bucks he said no its 25, I then say 15, he said 23 is as low as he could go. This was the same story for multiple places, 15 for bart simpson on NES, no thanks I can get better deals at gamedude or go to ebay and try to win some. I was pretty disappointed.

This place is huge!!!! Bargains are at every corner. You can find find everything you are looking at a reasonable price. They sell fresh fruits. Vegetables, candy, clothes, shoes, tools, plants, vintage items and even Services, direct Tv, phones, I even found Dignity Memorial they offered me preplanning for funeral and cemetery services- and I signed up thanks to them. Well this place is huge, being comfy shoes and cash.

BEWARE!! DO NOT go and buy at the pine custom made furniture. my husband and i ordered bed frame from this guy name EDUARDO. we gave him down payment and he promised to deliver it on a specific date and it took us almost a over a month negotiating with him (EDUARDO) he is a liar and fraudulent . he wasted our time. PLEASE BEWARE
