Trick Dog Teams Up With Idle Hand Tattoo for New Cocktail Menu | Eater SF

"As the beneficiary of the menu’s poster sales, San Francisco Rock Project is described as a nonprofit music school for kids, and proceeds from the $20–$40 screen-printed tattoo-menu posters by Lil Tuffy will benefit the organization." - Janelle Bitker

Yelp
SF Rock Project is truly a gem of a music school. The level of instruction is really high and the my kids absolutely love it. They create a really fun vibe there and they seem to really understand preteens\teenagers. My daughter attended a summer camp there a few summers ago and I was amazed at the progress they made by the end of the week. After that, she started taking private lessons and also joined a few of their projects. Pre-Covid, she was performing with her band a lot and it was great experience for her. My younger son is also taking private lessons there now and attending the summer camps. Rock Project has helped him find a love of music too. One last thing about Rock Project: they have a seriously impressive list of musical alumni . . . A LOT of people in the Bay Area music scene, got their start at Rock Project. They are definitely doing something right.

Yelp
If there was something around like San Francisco Rock project when I was a kid my life would've been totally different. SFRP is a safe space that teaches music seriously with experiences of being in a band and playing live venues where professionals play. And as a parent of 2 kids in SFRP I could not be happier that they are learning music and like practicing. Teachers and staff are kind and professional.

Yelp
When the SF branch of the original School of Rock was shuttered, The San Francisco Rock Project was put together as a nonprofit almost immediately to continue to provide an outlet for this incredibly talented group of kids... now headquartered in the same building as historic Maritime Hall, this group will eventually blow away any of the other legacy branches of the School of Rock

Yelp
The kids here are extremely friendly and talented, the staff are equal in talent and friendliness and their instruction is helpful and stimulating. The atmosphere is inspiring and encouraging. This is simply the best music school/camp in California!

My son West is a huge fan of the SFRP! We live in Marin and he begs me to drive into the city to jam with these amazing talented kids!
