400 Degrees Hot Chicken Celebrates New Restaurant’s Grand Opening | Eater Nashville

"I’m noting that Blvd in Belmont, which has been open for five years, is temporarily closed for the month of November following the devastating loss of longtime restaurateur Patti Myint; a handwritten sign and a social media post from her son and chef Arnold Myint explained the family and staff need time to regroup and that they have plans in the near future." - Delia Jo Ramsey

I'm very grateful for the help! It was difficult to figure things out on my own, but the staff explained everything clearly and with understanding. Whenever I have questions, I can always ask and get support. Thank you so much for your work!

Update 2025: I am not sure of his name, but he was beyond helpful. This was a ton of time later. An operator sent an email to the location since it was so hard to get in touch or help. Within 24hrs of receiving her email, they helped right away. It is a hassle at times to get connected, but very informative gentleman not only left a voicemail (as I was tied up at work), but answered the next day right away compared to all the other times. Not sure if he's been there for a while or new, but absolutely fantastic and helpful. Found the information I needed (for some reason it was never emailed or confirmed USPS, etc. I needed a live person, and he did confirm all that was needed). Once you connect (and w/the right person), it'll work out.

Sadly I was calling for my brother with disability and it took 7 phone calls to try to get a simple answer if they have received the redermination forms we mailed a few weeks before. None of the phone calls resulted in help. Too long to answer, actually never did evenif i stayed waiting 20 min+ Eventually someone calledback but did not even stay on phone Over a min so i can pick up. So sad the system is a failure

Whoever manages this place this is the worst management because that's the worst service I ever seen that's my fifth time coming here I provide all the paperwork you ask for even your worker told me that the case look good that's the worst of human service ever For 2 months I've been coming here for a food stamp card if I have to go to court I don't mind doing it

They do not solve the problem in any way and they do not help at all, everyone tells different things about anything.

Had a short wait to have documents scanned. Staff provided knowledgeable information and advice.

I'm fully convinced that anyone who claims to have a good experience here has been paid to bump up the review score. I haven't had a single pleasant or even productive experience in the six months I have unfortunately been dealing with this place. The workers are incompetent at best and I presume actively hostile at worst given how little they seem to care for anyone that dares to ask them for the services they provide. It is, to the best of my knowledge, impossible to reach them by phone. They will leave you on hold as long as possible, especially if it's closer the end of their office hours since they can just pull the plug at 4:30 and claim they've closed for the day. Thankfully, they also give you the courtesy of leaving messages that they will never check, let alone respond to. They do love sending mail, though! It's a shame they hate receiving it, though, since no matter how much information you send them they never seem to get it or put it on file. That won't stop them from posting you another two or three letters asking for that information again, of course. The only way you'll manage to get anything done is by going in person, and good luck with that! For a government agency dealing with low income families in an area with an already incredibly steep but also steadily rising cost of living, their office hours are actually insulting. Hope you're not living paycheck to paycheck and can afford to give up a day's wages just for the possibility of being given the privilege of speaking with someone and having them actually help you for once. Seek any other option before degrading yourself by coming here. Even throwing your sensitive information into an active fireplace would be more helpful. At least you're feeding the flames by doing that. EDIT: I'm noticing a majority of the positive reviews are from years ago. Do not listen to them. Assuming they're even accurate, which is a stretch in and of itself, something has clearly changed since then.

Went in for the 1st time. Very organized, and the young lady gave me paperwork. This was Friday, I received an appointment for tomorrow morning. Hope it goes well with a phone interview!
