I really want to love this place but they make delivery impossible. Claim to offer debit and credit but they force JanePay or cash… This has happen to me twice and they don’t even offer to work with you. Shoddy business if you ask me. Go two blocks down or order delivery from Purplestar, great folks who always deliver on time and have the best deals.

I was on this place on a trip, once i asked something about this donation program and both of the workers over there actually started to attack me and my friend starting to sell me lies and political propaganda! I just wanted to buy and go and they end up getting in politics and a disgusting behavior This place have a very bad service and ethics

Hamza is been my budtender since the store was open. He’s always great helping me find what I am looking for and always have great recommendations about new products and deals. Got to say that everyone that works there are super friendly and welcoming!!!

I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff was rude and showed little to no respect toward customers. Instead of providing a welcoming and helpful environment, they made the interaction uncomfortable. There was also a display about children around the world, and when we simply asked a question about it, the staff shifted into an unexpected political conversation. It felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional, especially in the middle of a purchase. Overall, the service was unwelcoming, disrespectful, and made us want to leave immediately. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend.

Hands down my favorite club in the city. Always great deals and a happy, welcoming vibe everytime I come in that makes me keep coming back. Nancy and her staff are always fantastic when it comes to answering my questions about certain products and I always leave a happy customer.

The Best experience on life. They were so helpful explaining to me what different strands did for my pain. Awesome deal. This is the number one spot in the Bay area to come to. SHOUT OUT NANCY, ARI, ALEN, AMELIE.
