I came here while visiting Montreal to try their almond cookies, which have a lot of varieties, and they actually taste good and fresh. I am also surprised that they don't charge tax on their receipt, unlike what I usually get in Alberta. The atmosphere is incredible, and the service is also very good. Well recommended.

We ordered a cake from San Pietro for my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary and my son's baptism, and it was absolutely perfect! The cake was not only stunning but also incredibly delicious. The golden-themed design was elegant and beautifully crafted, capturing the essence of these special milestones. Every layer was moist and flavorful, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was. The attention to detail was remarkable. Beyond the cake itself, the service was outstanding. The team at San Pietro, especially Pina, was professional, kind, and accommodating, ensuring that everything was just right for this once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Thank you for making these events even more memorable! We highly recommend them for any special occasion. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was in charge of my sister’s wedding cake in a very last minute notice. They were able to fit me in and I only asked for a plain white cake so I could decorate it myself. These are the results.

Been coming here for many years!!! Lobster tails ricotta must have gotten wet during flood and shrank to half size. Was a time when the most you can fit in one large box were 5. Last time I got 8 in same box with room to spare. The cheesecake while very good has gone to half size at almost double price. Guys I don't mind paying more but keep the same size. The taste is great but not worth the money and the 15km drive anymore. Thanks for the great years

The pros: very affordable prices The cons: food is hit and miss. Some things are good (small tomato pizzas), other very disappointing (like the bread and donuts) The service is horrible. I've been going once in a while for years, never a smile, always a long wait though often one of the employees is just behind the counter chatting instead of serving people until she notices people have been waiting for over 5 minutes before deciding to serve them. It's very disappointing as I always walk in with a smile and would love to encourage a local bakery, I always feel like an inconvenience more than anything

It was my first time I bought tail of lobster pastry ( coda di lagostina) and must say was a bit upset. The shell wasn't crispy as I was expecting!? Sadly my five 5⃣ pastries were a waste of money 💵. The filling (cream) was perfect though. The store is beatifully decorated and staff very kind.

Yelp
Came here to buy a cookie and the freacking thing had a WORM on it... Will never go back there. Disgusting place. 2nd edit: To answer you back! Yes you do sell them and make them at your disgusting bakery! I just bought it not even 20 minutes ago for 1.25$ and returned it to the two ladies that were there working (ask them) and to be more precise they are located in an oven plate that is on the top right side of your checkout (customer facing) I have no time to waste on lawsuit. I will never go back there again and I am good with this review and your lies. 3rd edit: After giving all the details on my previous paragraph he deleted his comment what a place!

Yelp
Montréal is known for its many authentic Italian bakeries and San Pietro is no exception. They offer all the typical baked goods, including breads, cakes, cookies and pastries as well as pizza and sandwiches to order. We came for their famous zeppole (that special Italian treat that's only available during the month of march), and ended up also having some tomato pizza, focaccia and tarelli. Their zeppole are available with both custard and ricotta filling, and both were quite nice (although I'm personally more of a ricotta fan). The pizza was fresh as was the focaccia. As an avid cannoli lover, I had planned on having one, but given that they were pre-stuffed, I decided against it. This isn't the best bakery in town, but it has some nice authentic Italian options in the neighbourhood and I'm happy to have discovered it.

Yelp
It is zepploe time in Montreal and we made it out to San Pietro for our first taste. It was a typical Montreal Italian baker with the cannoli, bread, pizza and cakes. And we tried a few things. Everything was good and at really good prices. I didn't find one thing they did better than anywhere else so I'll have to try it again. So for now, I would call it a good generalist for an Italian bakery, especially if you live in the area. Enjoy!

Yelp
They have a decent selection of pastries and the staff are always very nice. It is my favourite guilty pleasures spot in the neighbourhood :)

Yelp
Best pizza rossa around! Cookies are great and some of the pastries are not to mess with. A good neighbourhood joint for pastries. Cornetti aren't to my taste but the almond or chocolate ones are fine.
