Sanbang Restaurant completely redefined cold noodles for me. Their version was refreshingly clean yet packed with flavor. The noodles had that perfect chewiness, and the broth was icy cold, tangy, and invigorating, ideal for Jeju’s breezy weather. I loved how the dish was served with perfectly marinated beef slices and a boiled egg, adding richness to the bright broth. The restaurant itself was simple and no-frills, focusing purely on good food, and the service was fast and friendly. It’s the kind of place where locals go, and you can taste why.

Perfect spot for lunch while exploring Olle Trail. The portions are quite big. Grilled mackerel and kimchi soup were definitely a highlight, but also this place offers some banchan items not always available in other places (e.g. dried spicy baby octopus, chili anchovies, kelp with garlic). If you just want a main, their bimbap was very hearty and filling.

The cold noodles with pork slices are perfect for the summer. Good example of the jeju specialty dish. Portions are generous (can choose between regular and large), but the flavors weren't anything spectacular. Worth trying once.

boiled pork is so soft and deep. you can enjoy good pork and cold noodle, side dishes (kimchi) are also nice. My children also like the noodle (not spicy one)

My favorite 밀면 on the whole of Jeju. Frequented both by locals and tourists, it can be packed with waiting lines, especially around lunchtime during weekends, holidays. Thus try to go on weekdays, mid-afternoon.

Delicious and cheap. But too much waiting and crowded place :(
