Mike, the owner, has crafted something unusual and amazing here. I have been to this fantastic restaurant twice now. I can't say enough about the place. I jokingly told my date last night that I was taking her to a horse stable and wouldn't know where we were eating. I technically didn't lie; it was a stable like 100 years ago. The staff is so well trained and its just a fantastic experience. I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion. For a first date or a 40th anniversary. I don't speak English as well as some people; I wish I could eloquently describe the full and amazing flavors of the food and the cocktails. It's so good

OH MY GOD. THE FOOD HERE IS PERFECT. I came here for my birthday and it was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed every dish we ordered. The Chef apparently changes the menu constantly which is fun and surprising each time. Every little thing on that plate had a special unique flavor. You must try it! Check out the photos I posted from that night. Also the furniture is very unique, apparently the chairs are from a bishop. Love the story. Authentic. Beautiful. Cant wait to try it again asap!

Date night was fantastic here. Very attentive server and fantastic staff all around. I recommend the drink that's named Afternoon With Hemmingway. The duck was fantastic and my partners steak was perfect.

We had dinner at the Sanctuary prior to the Garth Brooks concert on Saturday, May 4th 2019. The seating was tight. The room was loud. We received our meals over an hour after ordering. I had the lamb. While tasty, there was scarcely any meat. Please see the photo. Seriously, to wait an hour for almost bare ribs? My date had the scallops. three medium sized scallops! It was basically an entree at $40 with an appetizer portion. Seriously small portions overall. Left feeling hungry late, and ripped off.

The food is amazing! So many delicious flavors and combinations there are no words to describe it. I had the duck which was very tender and nicely seared. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone willing to treat their tastebuds to fabulous food.

Quaint and cozy atmosphere with outstanding service. The wait staff was professional, courteous and friendly. And, above all, the food was delicious. I had blackened sea trout that was perfectly seared over a flavorful bread pudding. Pread pudding is not normally high on my priority list at restaurants, but the overall dish was memorable. My wife had bone marrow and salad, both looked well presented. We are already planning on coming back with friends and family. I recommend this nook of a restaurant. Instagram: _vartsana_

In a sea of breweries and pubs, sanctuary lives up to its namesake and does not disappoint. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. The tasting menu at $35 is the best deal around.

We arrived about 10 pm... and OMG! Amazing service... Waitstaff social and was very welcoming. The drinks were great, food amazing! The bartender Alex was also very nice! Will totally be back!
