Best green chile in Valencia County in my opinion. Also, if you go for breakfast, the bacon is always nice and crispy. Good pancakes, coffee and iced tea.

Driving by you would think twice about stopping to eat here. Its not much to look at. A friend of mine told me to go, so I took the family to try it today. WOW! Incredible food and the staff and service were top notch! My 9yr old couldn't stop talking about how good it was as we all did! This is our new go to restaurant for many years to come. Highly recommended 👌

Ordered and paid for two burritos with extra bacon… ⁉️ There was barely any bacon on both 🥺☹️ On Yelp, someone mentioned they ordered a Breakfast Burrito from here, and it was filled with Potato, very little meat. It was a concern, but decided to try Sandra’s anyway, because the review was from 3 years ago. I was explicit to order extra bacon to avoid having the same experience as the Yelper had… Well, I guess there’s not much you can do! 🤷‍♀️ Good things about Sandra’s Breakfast Burritos: ☀️fresh and hot 🍅Salsa very good, it tasted fresh and homemade. 🥓the few bites of bacon which were present in the burrito were good… 🌶Green chile good 👍 Bad things: 🥔 Hash-browns were soft not crispy, some areas of the potatoes were so soft they tasted like eating mashed potatoes. 💸 the small amount of bacon… I’m not kidding it was such a small amount, you could make out a bacon bit every 4-5th bite… This was the case for both burritos. If you like warm eggs, melted cheese, and mashed potatoes then you will LOVE this burrito.

Sandra’s New Mexican Restaurant is our go-to breakfast spot! My grandpa and I eat here often, and it never disappoints. The breakfast is always delicious, with authentic New Mexican flavors and generous portions. The friendly service and cozy atmosphere make it feel like home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great local breakfast!

This place was great. There was a wide variety of things that you could order from and the food was great. I got the hevos rancheros, two sopapillas and a side of biscuit and gravy. They also give you a complimentary chips and salsa when you get there. And the price for all of this stuff was about ten dollars which I think is a steal. I would highly recommend going to this place.
