My husband and I had such a great time here. Our visit was short but we really enjoyed the music, the drinks and food. The vibe is unmatched. Perfect place to have a casual chat and with your loved ones and friends.

The vibes are immaculate, with food to match. Sake list is incredible and the cocktails are inventive without being strange. Definitely a place to take your time, some of our dishes took extra time but this was not disruptive enough to warrant removing a star. The music was present at just the right volume, so you're not going to have a hard time enjoying yourself. Would absolutely go again.

Fantastic service and I don't mean just being prompt and nice. Our waiter had a complete and rounded understanding of the entire menu and was fantastic with recommendations. My cocktail was 10/10. I personally felt the food could've been not so mild but that's just a personal take. It turns into a vinyl party / dance place, tasteful tunes. Completely recommend.

Cocktails were good. The Kohi one was a good pick-me-up. Friendly service and the vibes are a good mix of cozy yet still social.

We came here on a whim. Our server (the lovely Mr. Alex) was given full autonomy over our order and he took us to flavour town. Incredible service. Plate after plate he tantalized our taste buds. And I know that Mr. Alex’s favourite rom-com is 50 first dates, and just like Drew Barrymore felt with Adam Sandler, this was a night we never wanna forget. The surprise discotheque that followed was the Wasabi on the Sashimi that topped off the night. <3

A space for all the senses, sounds of the underground and supreme service. Sans Soleil has everything under the sun for true music lovers, artists, the heads, the curious, locals and visitors alike. Had a beautiful Saturday night sojourn here that began with an amazing meal. We had the Onsen Tamago (perfect egg in a truffle infused broth), Legume Ohitashi (vegetable of the day was eggplant), Albacore tuna tataki and the delicious fried chicken dish. The Yune cocktail was a yuzu-infused take on the negroni -divine! - and Sake Paloma was bright and refreshing. Service was excellent - super big shout out to Andie for their amazing hospitality, kindness and menu suggestions (the team here knows a lot!), and Alex at the bar for awesome libations. We tried the special soy ice cream dessert -umami, sweet, savoury goodness! Not enough photos, was too immersed in the experience. Stick around for dancing and top shelf tunes curated and spun by guest and resident selectors. As a DJ myself, I'd be a regular here if I lived in Montreal.

Had a lovely dinner with friends the other night. The venue is gorgeous and the vibes are immaculate. We were 5 and ordered the tasting menu. The service was so dedicated and personal. I loved everything we tried, especially the sashimi and the duck. The cocktails were really good too, and the vinyl booth is such a cool feature. My only criticism was that for the tasting menu, we were served 4 pieces of fish despite being 5 people, and when we pointed it out, they brought an additional serving but charged us extra for it. I imagine this would not have happened if we were two, so I don't understand why it happened. I would still go back though!
