Sansotei Ramen Sainte-Catherine

I wanted a table behind the door because there was a draft coming in the front where we sat. Waitress said no would be busy. I understand, but I was there just when it opened. It's not like full house within the 45 min to hour that I sat and finish my noodles. The noodles were great. Service was great as well. Just would have loved to have something block the cold draft

Some of the best ramen we've ever had...the broths were full of flavor and great noodles with fresh ingredients, excellent service....the only downside is that seating is a little tight.

Sansotei never disappoints! We ordered the miso black and tonkotsu black and both were excellent (I personally preferred the tonkotsu but my husband liked the miso). The corn croquette was meh. The service was great, even when it got pretty busy. Would recommend!

Casual place for a quick ramen. Recommend for rainy days. Recognizing that this is a chain, here’s a few things I liked/ disliked: Liked: Service is quick, and the server to table ratio seems good. The bamboo shoots and eggs are quite good with better texture than most places Disliked: The chashu still has a hint of gamy pork taste, but the texture is great. The broth could be better and having basic toppings like scallions would be great Overall a good experience

Very decent Japanese ramen shop. Their consistency is key and so is their quality. Any time I ordered, the meals were not extremely hot when they arrive. Soups that are way too hot is a thing. But here they come at the perfect enjoyable temperature ready to eat right away without burning your lips too much.

Been in mtl for almost 7 yrs. I've had my go-to ramen place but has been close for months already. Tried to find another ramen place that's close to my workplace and house, and I am so happy to share that this ramen place is a MUST TRY!!! OMG 😍 the tonkotsu black ramen was divine! The chatsu is so flavorful, the soup is undeniably sumptuous. Also, very affordable! 21 cad for a ramen with a glass of Sapporo!!! Perfect combo!!!!

I would say that this Ramen-place is my favorite in whole Montreal: I'm eating here regularly for 1 year, Tonkotsu Ramen is awesome, as well as staff members! Also, you are able to find a free table at any time!

Best Ramen to date I've tasted, great atmosphere, quick service, and friendly staff, not sure you can reserve, but it does fill up quickly at eating time, I had a great experience.
