Santa Claus Holiday Village

The hotel room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged , really made my stay enjoyable. I also booked a trip to meet Santa Claus .Was truly unforgettable, thanks to our wonderful guide #Tuula. From the very beginning, her welcome was exceptional—warm, friendly, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Her driving was very safe and comfortable, and she made sure everything went smoothly throughout the trip. When it was time to say goodbye, I honestly felt like I was saying farewell to a friend or a family member, not just a tour guide. Thank you, #Tuula, for making our day so special. I highly recommend her to anyone visiting!

location:There cannot be any good location in Rovaniemi other than this village resort. A luxury option with excellent amenities. |Atmosphere: The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart.I recommend that pother visitor can enjoy this atmosphere and I can assure that they will never regret it. Everything is as shown in the pictures. I’ve booked a suite, which is a little farther from the cottage houses, but still beautiful. I was surprised with the size of it, as well as the cleanliness. The hotel is a family one, still nice for couples on holidays. Service was a bit slow during lunch time and breakfast. I believe they could be understaff since the season just started however they were very friendly when asked questions. They have a place to keep the luggage a little longer after checkout, which helped us a lot.

Fun touristy spot! Went there last month in October to catch some northern lights. Pros: Having a sauna in the room was great, especially when it's cold. Comfy bed and spacious. Lots of shops to explore and walk around. Cons: The food was not that good, everything was pricey too, definitely a very touristy spot. There were also large group tours that booked up all the reindeer rides, so unfortunately I didn't get to try that. Book first so you don't miss it! Tours are also expensive here; book through GetYourGuide for better deals! They'll pick you up at the hotel.

Great place to visit what ever the budget. Super nice in the snow. We went end of nov and was quite quiet. You can take your own drinks and food too... Make your take marshmallows for the open fires and they are expensive to buy there.

Our family rented a whole cottage (2 twin cottages were a whole house), for the night, and we absolutely loved our stay! We had 2 Finnish Saunas, 2 fridges, coffee, shampoo, space, and we saw the northern lights, through our camera lens, right at our Holiday cottage, around 11pm. Christmas trees were also on our porch, and the whole scenery was beautiful. Breakfast was also included, with our stay, and a mini market is within walking distance, if needed. We definitely recommend this place, to families, if visiting Santa Claus Village. Enjoy!

We had a fun-filled 2 nights staying at the Santa Village, especially greeted by the first snow! Lots of food options inside and around the village. The Santa Claus’ Post Office and reindeer rides were the key highlights. Private Finnish sauna was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated! SCV truly Magical even for the adults!

It was magical even in October. Only thing what were missing was snow. Santa, elf's and atmosphere in Santa office was great too. There was almost no queue. We're waiting just few minutes. My son was looking forward to seeing reel Santa and he wasn't disappointed. Highly recommend.
