Santa Maria Tri-Tip Company

Excellent food. I tried the tri-tip sandwich, pork rib, beef rib, mac and cheese, tri-tip taco. The truck is located in the parking lot of the chop supply company. But I believe it might move around now and then, So check their Instagram for hours and location. Owner was super friendly, He cooks the meat over red oak logs on a traditional Santa Maria style grill.

Tri tip is delicious even when cold. Beans are so good flavor just melts in your mouth. New favorite spot 💯

Hard to track down BUT OOOOOOOH MAAAAAAN THESE GUYS KNOW HOW TO MAKE MEAT!!!! Served my construction crew each a plate of Tri with a side of ribs🤠🤠🤠🤠 the ribs!! The beans!! 11/10

I can't say enough good things about Santa Matia tri tip company Amazing flavor and the value is insane $8 dollar tri tip sandwiches $10 tri tip combos with beans and potato salad $13 bbq rib plates beans and potato salad Come on people quit wasting money on fast food hit up Gilbert the food's excellent, the staffs on point, and you can't beat the prices for real food made with love.

If see SM Tri-Tip Co out and about you have to stop and get the best Tri-tip sandwich in Cali. I grabbed one from them when they were at ATLAS and was blown away. Ribs are fire as well. Keep up the great work!

Awesome tri-tip sandwich and the best potato salad we’ve ever had. Tri-tip was super tender, and the bread was soft. This is a food truck that goes to different places around town. The hardware store in this parking lot said he’s usually only here on Fridays. Highly recommend.

The best juicy ribs melt in your mouth. Tri-tip sand which amazing. If you haven't tried the bbq your missing out. Cheese cake cupcakes also amazing.

This is very misleading. Was traveling from out of town, looked up a tri-tip sandwich spot. Gps took us to a parking lot where his food truck parks on Friday's as told by the establishment where he parks.
