She delivered her tour is a methodical way and was super entertaining! This tour is perfect because it’s a mix regarding the information- you get a slice of history and then you get the haunted spooky stuff too.

I was having difficulty booking the tour online through their website but their staff was very helpful and I was able to book over the phone. I believe our guide’s name was Betty and she was amazing! She knows the area well and has an amazing relationship with staff at the Georgian Hotel. If you’re into history and ghost stories, this is perfect for you.

Miles was an excellent tour guide! He was on time, had a great sense of humor and knew so much about Santa Monica history. He mentioned a lifeguard ghost, but forgot to tell us the story - we were chatting about so many historical items that we both forgot to revisit the subject! I will have to book another tour to hear all about it.
